Vital Reds

I drink Vital Reds daily, and I love the taste when I make it as a hot drink. I have plenty of energy now, and friends have told me that I look better. I have been working on weight loss and am not seeing a quick response; however, I am more interested in cholesterol and Lp(a) reduction. I will have tests for this in about three weeks, so we shall see.

I did have a repeat on glucose tests the other day as they have been elevated, and I was surprised to see that they had gone down.

I have a high calcium cardiac risk score. I won't know if this and my medications have helped on that for at least a year. The plaque build up is something Dr. Guidry claims to help with this product. We shall see. It doesn't hurt. A lot of products make my heart race; this does nothing but make me feel better, so that is good.

I want to know if Vital Red's contain GMO's? I cannot find anything on the package (maybe I missed it), so that leads me to believe this is a GMO product, which would cause me to not purchase it again. Can anyone answer this for me?

I am very pleased with the delivery. I ordered on the 9th, and they arrived on the 11th. I was concerned after reading a bad review about this, but my experience with delivery was great!

Be aware that these come in very small containers, which was a big surprise to me. Each container is 3" by 3". The serving size is very small also, so it should all work out. After watching the video, I expected a much larger container.

Today is day one. I will let you know how it goes.

Vital Reds is very tasty and is helping me quite a bit. I do not spend nearly the amount of time on the toilet as I did before drinking this tasty mixture. And the time spent is not nearly as uncomfortable. I love the taste, and although it did not remove the issue, it has helped tremendously. Thank you!

I am into my 3rd week of this product. No digestive problems at all. I definitely feel better overall. It has helped lower my sugar by about 20 points across the board (I’m type 2 diabetic). I have inflammation in my right shoulder and left hip. The pain has subsided by about 40% and I haven’t had to take any Advil. I have a high metabolism so I don’t really see a boost in energy. My wife is also taking it and she has noticed the energy boost for sure. Here’s how I take mine.

I add it to a bottle of water (24oz) and add some Berry Pomegranate MIO water enhancer. This blends with the Vital Reds really well and tastes great. I drink on it for a couple of hours during my work day. It seems to have helped in the ways I have described. Now, the marketing behind this product is really bad. It’s like watching a mop commercial on late night TV!

If you can ignore that, I recommend trying the product. We started with the 3 jar order. So far so good.

I noticed the increased energy after about three days. However, I also have really reduced my intake of sugar, bad carbs and wheat. I also began a 12-week workout regimen that includes cardio, machine and free weights. The combination has really made me feel much better. I originally didn't lose weight, but now I am losing about 2 lbs a week.

The only side effect I can possibly attribute to Vital Reds is loose bowels. I had a few days that I was going to the restroom non-stop, but now I am regular. I take my Vital Reds first thing in the morning either with just water or water and a splash of BAI coconut water. Yummy. The end is a little gritty, but not bad at all. I am on my second jar and am satisfied so far.

Hi, I don't often write reviews, but wanted to share my experience of taking Vital Reds.

I'd been suffering for a long time with adrenal exhaustion and even though I'd recovered a lot (over six months), with the help of a naturopath and doing a total gut cleanse, I was still lacking energy and was operating in a less than optimal way, and was still at least 20 kilos overweight. I'm a 61-year-old woman, by the way.

I had read Dr. Gundry's Diet Evolution and had read the many positive reviews of Vital Reds. Of course, I was attracted by the weight loss aspect, but more importantly, just wanted my energy back. I've been taking Vital Reds for over three months now, and while my experience hasn't been "wow!", I definitely have regained a significant amount of energy since taking it daily. This in turn, has led me to feel more motivated and ABLE to resume my daily walks with the dog (which I had been unable to do with the adrenal fatigue) and while I haven't seen any decrease in weight, I'm sure that this will come with continued use and exercise.

I should say that my diet is good, but I have also recently cut out carbs and sugar, so again, feel this will help with the weight over time. I have re-ordered another three-months supply of Vital Reds. Oh, I know it's made a difference because I did the experiment of stopping for a few days and REALLY noticed the difference.

I bought three jars three months ago based on Dr. Gundry's reputation and pitch. Specifically, I was interested in whether Vital Reds would reduce belly fat when combined with daily exercise. The answer is no, at least none that shows beyond what moderate exercise alone accomplishes.

I cannot comment on whether it fulfills its other claims, as I obtain its vitamin and probiotic benefits elsewhere; nevertheless, Vital Reds contains well-reviewed, heart-healthy ingredients and is probably worth its price for its rich polyphenol and metabolic boosting blend.

I've been talking Vital Reds for a week now. While I've noticed an increase in energy, for the last two days, I've been waking up with slight headaches that come and go throughout the day. I've also lost three pounds in the last four days. I'm on high blood pressure and anti-anxiety meds.

I would really like to continue talking Vital Reds, but since it isn't FDA approved I'm not sure if it's worth the possible interaction with my meds and getting the headaches that didn't start until taking Vital Reds. Are there any suggestions on how I should be taking this supplement? For example, should I take it every other day or with more water or something?
