Vital Reds are amazing

Before Vital Reds, I was tired all the time, to the point that even after sleeping all night, I would get up a seven o'clock in the morning and by 11 or 12 pm o'clock in the afternoon, I was so tired. I would make myself stay up until at least 2 o'clock in the morning, then I would get fog brain (what I call it). Sometimes, when I needed to go shopping, I would go very early the next day because I didn't even want to drive.

Well, after getting on Vital Reds my life is back. Within a couple of months, I can see an extraordinary difference. I don't even take naps now, and the fog has even gone. Also, with the long winters we have, well, I'm the type that needs the sun, and through the years I dread winter because I would get a mild depression, and that seems to have gone also.

I will ALWAYS be on Vital Reds, and I'm telling others. Love it. Oh, my doctor wanted to put me on prescription drugs, and being that I am against taking drugs, I will pick natural every time.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Review of Vital Reds supplements

I took it for the first time today. It did give me energy, but it was scary. I felt like pacing the floor nonstop. If I stood still, I felt panicky and jumpy. My heart was beating fast.

It was not a good or nice feeling energy. It was uncomfortable and disturbing. It did not give me a natural or normal energy. I have heard that there weren't any negative reviews. Well, now you have one.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Very unhappy

I watched the video on Facebook and decided to order the Vital Reds. In the video, it states that it was a so free trial and wouldn't have to pay to return the product. Well, that was a lie! Plus, it does not mix well with any products, and it tasted bad.

Horrible customer service experience! Very disappointed.

I placed an order on 1/15/17 for three bottles. I received an email thanking them for my order of nine bottles!

When I called customer service approximately five minutes later, I got a voicemail. I then proceeded to leave an email stating that I was charged for two additional invoices that I did not order! It is now two days later, and I did not receive any response back, so I called customer service agent Hazel Hernandez, and she told me the order was on its way and that I would have to pay shipping and handling charges on the return!

At this point, I do not want to try the product at all! I am extremely disappointed and feel as though I am being taken advantage of here. Being charged for nine bottles when I ordered three is absolutely absurd. I will be disputing this with PayPal and my bank account. This is a horrible way to treat a customer.

As a cardiothoracic and open-heart transplant nurse, I was extremely excited to try Dr. Gundry's product. However, I will be returning all nine bottles due to the way I was treated by customer service.

Disappointed and frustrated.

Never received it

I ordered this three weeks ago but never received it. I called them after ten days, and no one could tell me why my order wasn't shipped. I called back seven days after that, and no one even knew whether my order was shipped or not. I was told there was a tracking number (which there was after 17 days), but the tracking number showed that it never even left the warehouse. I was told I would receive a callback, but it never came. It's been three weeks, and I never received it. This looks like a scam.

I will try to at least see if I cancel and get my money back, otherwise, it's a loss of my hard earned dollars. I should have know better than to fall for this.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Refund for six Vital Red jars awaited.

The product did not work for me but caused an adverse reaction. I mailed back all six jars (less two scoops) on December 23, 2016, and followed up with four email reminders that the jars were received at Dr. Gundry's designated address on January 11, 2017, but have NOT yet received the refund. (Tracking # DX587585531CA).

This tardiness does not reflect too well on Dr. Gundry's assurance about refunds. Perhaps he does not know what is happening in his empire.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Worthless

I used the product for a month already and felt no changes at all.

This is another waist of time and money product. You feel during the documentary that you finally found someone you can trust, someone who knows what he is talking about, someone who won't betrayed you, but you end up finding that's he is a scam like all the others.

Refund

I ordered a 30-day supply for my husband. After taking it for 30 days as directed, he experienced no change. It was our understanding that we would be refunded if we are unhappy with the product. We were told to return the unused bottles (which we didn't have?) and they would send a refund for our (in good faith) purchase.

This is based on flavor alone

I couldn't wait for it to get here! This morning was our first time drinking it. I would rather have no sugar than the fake sugar taste!

Yuck! If you hate the fake sugar taste, you'll hate this because it overpowers any other flavors and lingers on. I made it with sliced fresh ginger and slices of lemon and poured steaming not boiling water over it, and I still had THAT taste.

I''ll use it up but I'm not getting any more unless they take that gross taste out! I'm SO disappointed.

Stomach pain

This company is a J-O-K-E.

I ordered more than $300 worth of product directly from GundryMD on January 25, 2017. When I received an email confirmation of the order, I was startled to see that my order had been DOUBLED and charged to my credit card. I immediately contacted their customer service, who advised me there was nothing they could do to correct the problem, even though they agreed that it was their error. I was informed that I could return the excess product but that the return shipping charges would be my responsibility to pay, and that no refund of shipping charges would be issued.

After some argument with the customer service representative, I was told that a customer service manager would call to try to resolve my problem. THREE weekdays later, I was contacted by said Manager, who promised to correct my order and to send a corrected email verification of my order. No such email has been received, and I have no verification that the order and my payment have been corrected.

The Gundry, MD website states that delivery by USPS would take 2-7 days. It has now been eight days, and their customer service has informed me that my package has not been mailed. According to the customer service representative, the company has been experiencing high demand for months, and all shipments are delayed accordingly. If that is so, why is the website falsely promising timely delivery?

Upon contacting their customer service again, I am told that I have no recourse except to wait for another 7-9 days to receive the products. No notification is made to customers regarding the extended shipping period. Basically, the order process is flawed to benefit the company, their customer service is ineffective at best, and the information provided on the website is false.

There are many quality superfood products on the market at a considerably lower cost. Why deal with this aggravation and company?
