Vital Reds

Prior to starting Vital Reds (about three weeks ago), I was so tired mid-morning (around 10-11 am), that I (more days than not) had to take a nap on the sofa. My normal rising time is around 5-5:30 am. I just assumed I was not getting enough sleep and needed a nap, even though I was getting around 6-7 hours of sleep each night. There are two things I like about Vital Reds. One, it mixes easily and tastes great! After my morning water, it's the first thing with flavor to go into my body, and I find myself craving it.
