I am having a baby soon and since they tend to have a lot of cute baby and maternity stuff at good prices, I spent a couple of months ordering quite a bit from them. Probably five separate orders in the past three months. I'm done, I won't shop with them again, and here's why.

I never know if I am actually going to receive what I ordered!

I always order at least three items in an order, which makes me feel ok about the shipping costs. So it's safe to say I have ordered around 20 individual items. Five of those items were canceled by Zulily WEEKS after they were ordered. They send a little email and give you a $10 credit for the inconvenience, but let's be real, the $10 only barely covers the shipping cost if I were to order something else. I'm sick of never knowing if I will get an item or not, it's like an online shopping roulette.

So I'm done with them and their ridiculous inability to actually ship the items I buy on their site. I'll stick with Amazon Prime with their FREE shipping and actual delivery of items I order.

This has been the worst site to order from (no idea when you will get your item), so do not plan on wearing anything for a special occasion since you would have no idea when it will be shipped to you. Now I have to return items, trying to get return labels for three days and every time I try to get someone to assist me, I'm being told that the site is experiencing issues. I finally got a return label emailed to me, but of course, the link is not functional. Now they will be sending me the return label via USPS mail, and I am being told it will take seven days.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

So if you READ how the shipping works, and pay attention to the sizing and where it tells you something runs small (or whatever), I think a lot of ya'll would have had a different experience.

I bought it on a whim...out of curiosity. I missed My Habit, and this is pretty close. I'm hooked! Things that I needed (but did not need bad enough to go out to a store) to buy anyway, boom, found it half price! Yes, it takes a while, but why not use it as a practice for patience! This world is all instant gratification. A little waiting never hurts!

Long store short. I love them. I love every item I have purchased, and I will be purchasing again...and again...and again!

If you want to throw your money away, then buy from Zulily! The quality is substandard and their customer service is a joke. The clothing is practically see-through, and sizing is stupid. I am so disappointed in a quilt set I bought as I washed it and it fell apart! There was thread and filling in my washing machine, so it is now in the garbage and my money down the drain. I am not too sure what kind of company this is, it looks like they sell rejects from other foreign mass producers. Save your money or buy a lotto ticket instead, you will have the same chances of getting anything good in return!

I accidentally hit the "proceed to check out" because it was down on the bottom of my back button. So when I realized I did it I canceled the orders. I know it was my fault for not paying attention but I canceled both of them within seconds and to get my money back can take up to 10 days, that's ridiculous. I think it should go right back into our account. What if someone needs that money right away, what a shame. Because of this, I will not do business with them ever again.

I shopped at Zulily for years and I never returned an item. I had an issue with an item last year and they never fixed it. I still gave them a chance until I bought a watch for $340 and as soon as it arrived I saw it wasn’t functioning at all. I called in, they refused to return or exchange, they asked me to contact Citizen warranty (noting that the watch was brand new) and when I called Citizen, they assured me that they cannot cover anything that is not bought from a Citizen dealer and Zulily is not one of them. I even asked Zulily for a sales slip as they request and they never even provided that. They sent me the warranty that I can look up online. The manager itself hung up on me and customer service didn’t communicate with me because they don’t care about their clients. I just wasted $340 that I worked very hard to make because I trusted this company.

Never fall for them, go buy your stuff for the same price and most of the time it’s cheaper somewhere else. Better than regretting it later.

Worst company ever created. I will die before I waste another penny with them or support them in any way. I had more than 9 people of my friends and family referred by me, I made them all stop using it and I will spread the word as long as I’m breathing.

Go online and look for all the cases against their company and you will never give them business.

I have ordered quite a few products for myself and my baby and have been very satisfied with every item. They do take a while to ship but are upfront about that. They have great discounts and super cute kids clothes. I did have to deal with customer service once I accidentally ordered two of a product and it was super quick and they were very personable. I would recommend this site to anyone especially someone with a small child. I get compliments on the unique clothes I find on Zulilly for my girl.

I have been shopping at Zulily since 2014. It has so far been a great experience.

Sure I have made some mistakes with sizing, but that was not really their fault. I just gift them to someone else, so they are never wasted. A couple of times the product size was so way off that I let them know, and they gave me a credit. I never asked for it, but they offered and still let me keep the product to re-gift.

Items are well priced for what you get, also, some of the items are quite unusual, and I get lots of compliments.

You can't be in a hurry as it does take a while to ship, but they let you know when things will be shipped, plus you get a tracking number when the item is shipped. All in all, I feel very good about ordering from this company.

I only tried to change my order and thought they canceled the whole thing. They didn't; I just received the piece that I wanted. They never fail to amaze! I will continue using Zulily in the future for my future shopping needs oh, they always have the best tunics. I love shopping on their website.

My first and last experience with Zulily. I ordered two dresses and based on the size chart I ordered a larger size (Small) to ensure they would fit. However, when the dresses were received, they were way too small than your normal size Small. Actually, they looked like they would fit a 12-14-year-old girl.

I requested my monies refunded, but Zulily's policy on refunds is a credit. I don't feel I should be penalized for an incorrect size chart. Additionally, I am actually being charged more shipping and handling fees to return the items than I paid to receive them, as well as a stocking fee. This is poor business practices.

I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone and will not order from them again. Don't make the mistake I did and order from this company unless you have no problem on returning items that may not fit for a credit, only minus additional charges for shipping and handling fees as well as a stocking fee.

I have placed eight orders with Zulily over the last couple months, purchasing a number of items for an upcoming trip overseas. The merchandise has been a really mixed bag of good and bad. The name brands - Flitflop, Propet, Ruby Rd. and Cutter & Buck have all been fine. So have a couple of the "unknowns." But some of the other unknown items have been awful - chintzy fabric and construction, too small or too large and non-colorfast jeans with dye that rubs off on my hands and legs.

I think the lesson is that old adage "you get what you pay for." I'll probably order again, I have some substantial credit, after all. But I'll stick to the name brands.
