This is by far the greatest probiotic I have ever taken. My gut feels activated and no longer bloats, not even after drinking coffee. And my energy level is up so I already feel much healthier than before and I've only been taking ActivatedYou for less than a month.

I really think this product is helping me a lot. I am going to continue taking it. I have an autoimmune disease, and trying to lose weight and feel more energetic was nearly impossible. I was having digestive issues, which are much better now. I still have bad reactions to certain foods, especially ones that contain soy. My stomach gets distended, and it is painful.

I had to change my whole diet, but with the help of this probiotic, I am feeling much better! Thank you!

So many times we are reactive to discomfort, but this is a way in which I can participate in the health of my own body today and pass it on to those I influence the most, my family. It took a lapse in shipment (because I had shared my first bottle with my almost 15-year-old) for him to admit out loud, mind you, that he felt a difference when he wasn't taking the Restorative Probiotic and asked if I had ordered more.

I’ve been using this product for a little under a month now, but still waiting to see results. I suffer from severe bloating and gas pains, so I thought I should give this probiotic try after hearing Maggie Q’s testimony. The bloating has decreased a bit, but it’s still enough to bother me. I’ve also tried changing my eating habits (cut down on sugar), which helps with the bloating and discomfort. I bought a two month supply, so maybe I’ll see better results at the end of these two months.

I started taking the ActivatedYou Probiotic as well as the Prebiotics Morning Complete about three weeks ago. I have always had regular (above regular maybe, 2-4 time a day) bowel movements but my issue has always been extreme gas and bloating. Since I have been taking these, I noticed that I suffer from slightly less bloating and no change in gas levels, but I have also been suffering from indigestion in the morning. Is this normal? I take the Prebiotic with water in the morning as well as the probiotic and don't eat because indigestion develops shortly after and I take peppermint tea to soothe it. I am curious to know if indigestion is considered part of the "die off."

This product has been wonderful. I just finished my first bottle and am very happy with the results. I suffer from hypothyroidism and was searching for something to help with one of the main side effects of regularity. It has definitely helped. I believe it has also helped with energy levels. My workout times have increased to my surprise. I would like to make a suggestion for a more [green] product. The wonderful brown glass bottles that you provide would definitely hold 60 capsules. Perhaps this could be an option for those of us who know we are going to continue to buy ActivatedYou and possibly pass along some of the savings of less bottles to the buyer.

I wasn’t sure it was really working until a few days after I had finished my original 30-day supply and my stomach had blown up, and I had gas pains. I thought about what I ate the day before and couldn’t figure out what it could have been. I was looking for relief to my constant bloating and slow digestion when I saw this product advertisement.

Now, I am on week four already, and I am happily surprised to say that this product is doing exactly what it claimed. I like this product; it's definitely helping with regularity. The feeling of a balloon in my gut was still not going away though until I went on an antifungal. I think it's important to do both or people may get discouraged with the probiotic and think it's not helping. In my experience, taking antifungals is the fastest way to see improvements with the probiotic. I also love the continuous correspondence with their customers. It feels like they genuinely care about how we're doing and that's important to me because they're not just out to take money from us, they're here to help us feel better.

I struggle with IBS and have for the last 15 years. For the most part, I can keep it at bay with appropriate diet choices and stress reduction. However, my monthly cycles always bring on horrible bouts of it that I can’t control since it is also hormonally induced. I wanted to see if this would help during those times. I am happy to say that during my monthly cycle for this first month’s use of the probiotic, I had greatly reduced IBS symptoms - almost nonexistent. I did have a bout with IBS about four days after starting the probiotic, but I am crediting that to having just gotten in my system. So I am willing to try it out now for a second month to see if the results are consistent. With the exception of that instance right after starting the probiotic, I have had no other flare-ups. If this continues to work, I will be a customer for life and will upgrade my review.

I am already pretty careful about what I eat, and I tend to load on the veggies more popular in Asian cuisine, however, I do have that stomach pouch that Maggie Q was talking about so I was intrigued. After about a month of using this probiotic, I have noticed that the BM is consistently softer and even though contradictory, feels cleaner and intact. I was actually pretty impressed by that, but the stomach bloating or pouch was the main issue I was after. I've actually started work out classes to try and tackle that area. I'm hoping that if I remain consistent in taking the probiotic, then the stomach pouch will go down. It's not a big pouch, but I am skinny and lanky where to me it looks odd and sort of affects my self-esteem. Here's to month two of ActivatedYou!
