Before I started the probiotics, I hadn't had a regular bowel movement since 2012. Previous to that, I suffered from chronic diarrhea. In 2015 one doctor wanted to remove large bowel. That same year another doctor wanted to do an ileostomy. Then a doctor I saw in 2016 said that she had found that taking out the large bowel sometimes lead to issues with the small bowel.

Since taking your probiotics, I have gone to the restroom on a regular basis. My bloating is less. I'm passing gas better much easier. Just feeling better all around. I'm only halfway through my first bottle.

I have suffered from IBS, GERD, and Colitis for close to 20 years. My outbreaks have worsened as I have gotten older and my trigger foods have expanded drastically. I am terrified to eat certain foods outside of my home, fearing a rapid and painful bout of diarrhea could occur with no notice.

I have been taking the Probiotic along with the enzyme and the GI Primer drink for close to one month. I have not gone through such a long period without a problem in over 10 years. Something is working. I wish I knew if it was one of the products or a combination of the three, but I am optimistic that I might have found something that takes my pain and embarrassment away. I should add that I have tried at least 10-15 Probiotics on the market with few results.

Taking all three of these supplements each month is cost prohibitive for me, so past the next order, I can't realistically afford all of them. I am hoping more people try it and like it so that hopefully, the cost comes down. I am definitely working on my budget to see what I can cut out.

My experience with ActivatedYou Advanced Restorative Probiotic is I found it simple to use. Although I took it daily in the morning, I did expect to have daily bowel movement and possible weight loss, which I did not. Overall I felt ok. I had seen Maggie Q in the ads on Facebook many times before finally clicking on it. I read all of the information and success stories. Since I do follow a nutritional program (most of the time), but still struggle with gas and bloating, I decided to give ActivatedYou a try.

I keep it on my night table and take one capsule when I wake up with a cup of water. I generally rest in bed for about 20 minutes before getting up. Now, this is the best part - within that 20 minutes, I feel the urge to go to the bathroom. I have struggled with constipation my entire life. Going every day now is a blessing! I have been having issues on and off with my GI tract since my 20s. I am in my early 50s now. I have used this probiotic for a month now. I immediately noticed an improvement with bloating, both in comfort and size. I have been struggling with constant bloating and nothing I have tried prior to this helped. For that purpose alone, this product has been a gift from above.

I have always wanted to try this product because it sounded so "natural" and whole-food-ish and healthy. It works ok, but I still feel like I hit a plataeu now that I have tried this whole bottle. Not to mention the frequency of me having to visit the restroom (although I'm thinking that is a good thing). However, probiotics that don't work wonderfully for one person, can be the perfect one for another person, as our guts are so individualized. You just have to do some trials to see which works best for you. This one does look like they have a really great company ethic with clean sourcing. I did notice a slight boost in energy so I will continue to use the product and see what happens. Plus the personalized letters/emails from Maggie Q makes the fellas at work jealous LOL.

I am on my second jar of the probiotic capsules, and while I am noticing a difference, it’s mainly just my bathroom schedule. I’m going more frequently and normally than I used to but no other real changes as of now. I still have a bloated lower abdomen (which is honestly 50% me not working out), but there is definitely still some bloating. My sleep schedule hasn’t changed much, and I don’t feel generally better or more happy/healthy. In no way is this a bad product, it definitely works but not as well as it says? Not sure yet as I’ve still got another bottle to go, but we shall see.

I would bloat out after eating anything. By the time I went to bed at night, my stomach had looked as though I was seven months pregnant.
