Lift and Firm Cream

Dr. Layke advertised this product for "turkey necks". They said, you will notice a difference in one month if used as directed. Well, of course, it did not work. Getting my money back $130.00 for 3 jars—I only used one. Save your time and money and do not order.

Fraud -- do not order

After falling for the promotional offer, I was then billed another $89.95 to my card 2 weeks later. Having called and being put on hold and then transferred around for 50 minutess, they initially offered me a 25% refund. When I went to town, they offered 50%, and finally after another threat to expose them etc, they said they'd refund 75%. They said it would take 3-5 days to refund. This is a total scam, and I am going to post to BBB and every site available about them. And the product itself is worthless.

Horrible Company

I ordered the 3 jar special of Crepe Correcting Creme. The website pops up with a chat person. This person assisted in the special price BUT the company scammed me.

I was sent the 3 jar special & 2 additional jars which I did not want. Of course they got all the money off my card. I contacted them 4 times on the website and via email - NEVER A REPLY. I was requesting to return products for the refund & guarantee.

The doctor emails me for my opinion of the products. I advised him I am NOT happy and he stated someone would contact me. This NEVER happened so I got stuck with 5 jars of creme.

Also, the sealed jars are half full. Creme does NOT work nor was there any improvement.

Worst customer service, as there is no customer service, no refund or guarantee honored. Beware of this company.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I received the product as a gift "Beverly Hills MD Lift & Firm sculpting neck and face cream"

Save your money!

I was very excited as I received the cream called Beverly Hills MD Lift & Firm Cream as a gift. My dear sweet elderly aunt purchased this for me knowing I very much wanted to try the product. I had wanted to buy the product myself but thought the price was expensive. I found the cream to be non-greasy, faint to 0% odor (good nor bad) but had ZERO results/effect as far as firming or sculpting. I used it more than 3 times a day and travel with it in my handbag.

I have to give my review as unpleased, and I do not recommend spending the money (nor the time) in ordering. Being it was a gift, I feel I am in a position where I cannot receive a refund because I would have to tell my dear aunt who bought the cream for me as a gift that I don't like the cream (and I feel that it would be rude). However, I also feel bad that she wasted $120.00 for something that works as much as any $15.00 in-store cream which claims to do the same thing.

You’ll never get your money back if you are not satisfied

I used their product faithfully for 30 days. I stopped using it because I felt there was not a teensy bit of improvement, then emailed asking for a refund. Crickets! I asked a second time. Still crickets! They got my money, and I got a bunch of large, useless capsules! Don’t waste your time or money!

Be ever so careful

I bought some face cream from Beverly Hills MD. The cream has collagen in it. After using an entire jar, I noticed no positive effects. However, the collagen entered some of my pores, causing large pimple-like bumps which took several months to disappear. My attempted return experience was absolutely horrible. I returned three jars of the cream, one of which was the original jar. This was after I had called the company at least three times to determine the return policy, which was not posted on the site. Each time I called, I received different information. I have never received my $130.80 refund. In my opinion, the product is worthless and is a scam. I get better results with Olay Total Effects.

Deep Wrinkle Filler

I thought this was horrible, it was like a gooey mess that wouldn't dry. I don't believe any of these reviews that said it was wonderful - it was horrid. I returned it and have yet to receive my refund.

Have not received the poducts

I bought sculpture cream and serum for 162 US dollars. Six weeks have passed but there is no contact with them and I have not received anything. Very shady for some reason.

Looking to join class action law suit.

Never wrote negative reviews before, but these products damaged my skin & am looking to join class action law suit! Company has not:

1) Answered two emails sent over two weeks ago on returning the products.

2) Has not posted my negative reviews on their site I wrote over two weeks ago - Odd there are no negative reviews posted.

3) Replied to my dispute through payment server.

4) Replied to request for help through the Better Business Bureau.

Bought: Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment, Dark Spot Corrector, Lift + Firm Sculpting Cream.

Dark Spot corrector left my skin darkly discolored and looking bruised. Wrinkle treatment and Lift Cream did nothing. These are the worse products I have ever tried. I never even once complained anywhere near like this and am beyond baffled that the company is not trying to rectify this.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Waste of money

I was taken in by their promotion to buy more Crepe Correcting Body Complex only to learn of their short shelf life. I made two phone calls to customer service and was told nothing can be done. A disclosure was never given regarding the shelf life, why would anyone buy in large quanties?

NOT one of the "good guys!"

Late last night, 2/15/2017 at 11: 38 p.m. EST, after watching one of their videos, I did order the Crepe Correcting Body Complex, as well as the upsell purchase of three Lift + Firm Sculpting Creams. After researching the BBB and other consumer feedback sites, which I should have done before ordering, I had quickly decided that I did not wish to continue with the purchases, and I wished to cancel and have both orders refunded in full, as promised on their video and website.

So first thing the next morning, I did call the customer service department, 2/16/2017, 9:13 a.m. EST, (6:13 a.m. their time) at 1-877-828-5528 requesting to cancel, stop and refund both of my orders, as well as be removed from the auto ship immediately. The representative, who was abrupt and would talk over me instead of listening to me, said that she would cancel the auto ship, but that the orders were already shipping, which I absolutely do not believe that they couldn't be stopped in this short one-hour time frame from when the warehouse opened.

I work for a company that is very similar and know how the shipping process works, and we would have been able to do so easily and with no hassle or rudeness. They definitely should have been able to as well!

So now I have to pay to ship them back? This is an unacceptable and bad business practice. Thus, when I receive the orders, I will be immediately returning them for full refunds as promised and guaranteed by their company, and will expect a swift resolution on the full refunds. Otherwise, I will be calling my banking institution to dispute and chargeback all the charges.

I was hoping they were one of the "good" guys, but obviously not. Learn from my mistake and check them out on BBB and consumer complaint websites first!
