Horrible Company

I ordered the 3 jar special of Crepe Correcting Creme. The website pops up with a chat person. This person assisted in the special price BUT the company scammed me.

I was sent the 3 jar special & 2 additional jars which I did not want. Of course they got all the money off my card. I contacted them 4 times on the website and via email - NEVER A REPLY. I was requesting to return products for the refund & guarantee.

The doctor emails me for my opinion of the products. I advised him I am NOT happy and he stated someone would contact me. This NEVER happened so I got stuck with 5 jars of creme.

Also, the sealed jars are half full. Creme does NOT work nor was there any improvement.

Worst customer service, as there is no customer service, no refund or guarantee honored. Beware of this company.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Dark Spot Corrector does not work!

I fell for this product also. Wish I had read all the reviews, they are correct. This product is worthless and does not work!

My Miracle in a Jar!

I bought my first jar on a whim. Best whim I have ever had. I have had dry, sensitive skin all my life. I also have had several areas of skin cancer removed so, as you can guess, my skin has suffered all of my 70 years. I am delighted with the results that I can see on my face. I am still working on my neck and upper chest but both areas look much better. I will continue with this product as long as Beverly Hills MD continues to make the formula. I believe Miracle in a Jar is a better name!

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Beverly Hills MD Neck Cream

I recently (June 2016) placed an order for the neck firming product. My credit card was charged immediately. I did not receive the product. I called to inquire about the status of the product and was told there was a problem with delivery. I was told the product would be reshipped on an expedited basis.

When I called again to check on the product I was assured by the "customer service" team that the product was on its way via UPS and would be delivered to me the following day – two at the very most. A tracking number was provided. Again the product was not delivered as promised. When I tried to track it myself with UPS they had no record of the tracking number or delivery instructions.

I then spoke again with customer service and it was confirmed once again the product could not be tracked. Out of frustration I asked that my order be canceled and my credit card reimbursed. My credit card has been reimbursed but not for the full amount charged. No explanation was offered to me as to why the order was never shipped and why I have not been fully compensated.

I will not be ordering anything further from this company and am warning others not to do so as well based on my experience. This is genuine feedback and should be published.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not one improvement after 120 days

I tried my product religiously and followed all the instructions given to me on the brochure. I kept trying the product every night for 120 days and the before and after photos did not erase one single small line. None whatsoever.

So I got the next shipment the following month and I continued to do the same Daly and nightly routine. Nothing happened for 120 days. By then I realized that it was a scam. So I called customer service and they told me that I was the first person that the cream had not worked. SCAMMERS. I request my money back by by now some stupid people like me have been taken.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Beverly Hills MD products produced no, nada, zip, nil results for me.

I used there dark spot remover and their crepe correcting lotion. I used as directed twice everyday for their trial period. The crepe correcting lotion I applied to the right side of my body but used the left side as a control. After 60 days I saw absolutely no difference in the right side compared to the left. The dark spot remover did nothing. The only positive was that they did refund my money without any problem. I believe companies like these make their money just from the vast majority of people that probably never ask for a refund. Too busy, too shy, forgot to call before the expiration, etc.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

OK cream, Fraudulent Billing

After watching the (very long) ad for this company's crepe reducing cream, I decided that it couldn't hurt to give it a try. They sent it, and really, the cream has a nice feel to it. It does NOT change the skin texture, but it goes on smoothly and is a decent moisturizer, so I was going to keep it and not send it back for the promised refund. Well. Imagine my surprise when 30 days after my order, I got an email thanking me for another order of the same stuff, for an amount of $0.00. Even more surprising a second order showed up on my PayPal account, but this one was for another $44.00! The charge is in dispute now. Hopefully, it will be resolved. But I would certainly not recommend doing business with this place!

Vein Cream

I ordered their varicose/spider vein disappearing cream, 3 bottles. It has been over a month now and I finished one bottle and almost finished the second, using twice a day as recommended. So far, I have not seen any change or difference. I emailed the customer service for a refund instruction but did not hear anything back yet.

Very disappointed

I have purchased many items, mostly in large quantities because of the hype of the limited offer for breakthrough products. Nothing I have purchased has worked. I spoke to customer service saying that the products weren't working and was told to give them more time. Now I can't return them because the 60-day time limit is up. There is always a "new, revolutionary" product being offered in limited quantities. Great marketing, poor performance.

So So Cream, No Credit Issued for Return

I found the cream to be of little to no benefit to me, so I called after about 45 days to get a return authorization and was assured I'd have a credit to my credit card with 3-5 business days. I returned the cream November 29. Today is December 13, and had I not called the credit card company to check if I had a refund, the 60-day period during which my credit card company accepts disputes would have expired and I'd be out $117. You may like the product; but if you don't, be sure you check to be sure you get a credit before the time limit for your credit card company expires, because I don't trust these people and don't think you can count on their "60-day money back guarantee."

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
