I did not have a good experience with Bombfell and do not recommend.

The pieces I received were sloppily put together, and I didn’t feel like it was worth the money I was outputting. I also found the customer service too amateurish. This whole experience did not feel premium - really disappointed.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

There always seems to be a problem with my cards being hacked. Meg, representing Bombell, in her response to my email, was professional and courteous. Her reply was helpful and allowed me to know that all was corrected. I have always been treated with kindness and understanding when dealing with problems that arise from Bombell orders. Thank you, Meg, and Bombfell in general.

I was a bit skeptical of this service, thinking that I would have to pay first for all the items then be refunded for returns. To my surprise, it wasn't that at all. Although this was my first box, I was very happy about reviewing the suggestions. I really liked the style that the stylist was going for; unfortunately, the sizes were a miss. That's all okay; it was the first time after all. Now you have a base to draw from. We can get this thing right quickly. The good thing is that I didn't have to pay upfront. I was able to keep one of the items and the returns are very easy.

I'm looking forward to the next box.

I was traveling and would not be able to return my clothes by the required time. I emailed my stylist and Martha quickly responded extending my return time. She represented Bombfell very well. Please consider Bombfell if you plan to order clothes to be delivered to your home. The clothing items I have received in my first three experiences have been of great quality and are very comfortable.

I had dropped off the items I was returning and for some reason the store showed that I dropped off three days after actually doing so (of course Christmas was in that time frame). Great products, I just did not need to spend the extra money this time of year. However, my card was charged, and to see that on Christmas Eve is never a good experience. I was frustrated when I found there was no number to call. However, the first working day after I made the complaint Megan responded, got to the cause of the issue, and took care of me. I was ready to cancel the service but her actions reminded me how much I enjoy the service and will be staying. Thank you for your care and attention!

This service has been great! I purchased this for my husband, who hates shopping and trying on clothes. Taking him shopping for new clothes was always such a chore! I am IN LOVE with this service. I stumbled upon it by accident, and it has truly turned out well. The personal stylists take the time to find items particular to your specifications, and you get to approve EVERYTHING before it ships AND you get a try it before you buy it period to ship back anything you don't like. And Lisa in customer service is a rockstar! Give it a whirl...you have nothing to lose.
