So I started with StitchFix and was disappointed with what I received then I was told about Bombfell. I had a lot of questions, many were answered on the site, others were answered by the quick staff. From the start, everything is made simple, they are helpful and allowed me to decline items that didn't fit my style before they even left the showroom. It is for this that I would recommend this to everyone.

I like the idea of Bombfell. The clothes that were sent to me were tasteful, quality, and it felt like very lasting material. I only got one item because I'm a broke college student, but had I had the funds, I would have taken all of the clothes. The return instructions were not very clear, especially the fact that you have to go online to let them know what I'm keeping and what I'm returning. Other than that, it's a pretty good product. These jeans are sexy as heck.

I was called out of town and unable to return my products as per original due date, so I needed to extend return date, and Bombfell's assistant was quick to answer my email and accommodate my request. Thank you Bombfell!

I was hesitant about signing up for a clothing service, not wanting to get involved in wrong fits, returns, frustrations, etc.

That all changed with my first, then second orders.

I really loved the selections sent to me, which meant someone (my stylist) actually listened and gave thought to my size and preferences.

My wife really likes the clothes I sport from Bombfell. On the one occasion that a shirt did not fit after the first wash in cold water, they promptly solved the matter.

I’m looking forward to my next order, and clothes for colder weather.

I’ve been a regular customer with Bombfell for over a year now, and one thing that’s consistent is their Customer Service. Each interaction I have with them has been pleasant, speedy and has fully resolved the issue or answered the question I had. For example, today I asked a question today via email and within minutes, I had a response from Lisa with an answer. You just can’t beat they way they treat their customers!

I’m a new Bombfell customer. I received my first box just before Thanksgiving. My stylist, Zach, did an outstanding job of making selections for me. Fortunately/unfortunately (depending on how you see it) I have recently lost some weight, and all but one piece was too big! I sent an email requesting assistance on how to get proper sizes and such. This is where Xavier comes in! He answered all my questions (even on the holiday) and helped make sure Zach received all the information as well. So far, I’m very pleased with Bombfell, Zach, and Xavier.

I hate shopping. I used to love it, but now it’s depressing. My Bombfell experience has been wonderful. It’s like having someone who knows you really well stand outside the changing room throwing clothes over the door saying "here, you’ll look great in this!" And they’re usually right.

Though I don’t know my person, Megan, it seems as if she cares how my stuff fits and feels.

Stuff is pricey but worth it.

I am a new member and I received my first box recently. Great work by my stylist, Mandy. I only picked 2 items, but it is because I am in the process of losing a few pounds and want to get into the next size down. Dealing with a new online shopping experience (Bombfell) is baffling at first. You have to trust your personal shopper. You have to realize that if you don't understand the protocol the first time around - the staff of Bombfell is understanding, professional and empathetic.

Dealing with Xavier made my shopping experience feel like dealing with a friend rather than an online robot. He understood what I needed, provided it quickly and made me feel - even if it's not me - someone here will have answers for you. You will never feel like you're talking to an impersonal, invisible robot. There are people at Bombfell - from the personal shopper to support staff - even the website developer - have a way of making you feel that your needs will be met close to 24 hours a day. Plus Xavier and I share the same first name!

Everything arrives on time and in a timely matter. My stylist chooses clothes that are to my liking, and if I ever am not happy with something, it is quickly taken care of. Returning items that did not fit well or weren't up to my liking is easily sent back using their prepaid shipping label and the provided shipping bag.

I was a Stitch Fix subscriber for a while until their customer service just imploded. I am glad I stopped using them because most of my clothes are falling apart after only several months. I don't wear them that often, just poor quality.

Flip to Bombfell, and while the clothes are more expensive, the quality seems to be there. I haven't liked all of my shipments (on my third), but I have found something in every one that I've kept so far. I did like the engagement (even if it was scripted) from Stitch, but I don't need the fluff, I need good clothes that I wouldn't go out and get myself, that look good and fit right. So far, on the items I've kept, Bombfell has done it. But that's only three stars - meaning, they met my expectations.

Today I had an issue where I completely forgot to ship my returns back and then lost the label. I emailed customer service and a couple of hours later received a very friendly, no worries response with a link to a replacement label. There wasn't anything about missing the return window, we'll have to charge you next time, nothing. Just a helpful person (Janelle) and a clear, correct answer. Now I have them at four stars. If they start crushing my shipments and I buy them all - five.

I have just started using Bombfell to order clothing for my boyfriend. His closet is stocked and he has good taste, so sometimes it is difficult for me to pick out pieces for him. My first shipment arrived with a sweater and a button up shirt, both of which he liked. I also had to use their customer service because I had an issue with shipping due to the location of my home (very rural). Lisa was helpful, understanding, and quick in responding to my concerns. If they keep it up, I will be very happy to use Bombfell's service long term.

Thank you Xavier and Bombfell. I had a death in the family that took me out of town during the entire try-on period for my last shipment. I didn't realize until I saw the charge on my credit card for the full amount of the shipment. When I emailed the help team asking for an extension for my try-on period, they gave me a full week extension AND reversed the charge on my credit card. I am SO thankful!

And honestly, I'm very inclined to make a purchase in exchange for the excellent customer service.

Janelle was very helpful and accommodating. I was shipped an order with no return bag and wasn't sure on how to return my items. Janelle answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently and was easy to work with.

I saw Bombfell being promoted on YouTube by Alpha.M, so I gave it a shot. I filled out the questionnaire and my stylist Enjoli recommended two outfits, shirt/chinos polo/jeans. I wasn't sure about the tops but said what the heck, returning is free.

The package arrived and I was VERY impressed with the quality of the clothes and the detail. They fit great and matched. I would never find these clothes in stores or think of these combinations. LOVE IT.

I had a question and Xavier replied the next morning with a professional and friendly email. I'm really liking Bombfell.

I live in a community with limited style choices for clothing, limited being Walmart and JCP. While JCP has good clothes, the store is small, meaning over an hour drive to a mall for more choices. Martha did a great job styling my first box and offering selections I may not have thought to try on myself. I really like the convenience of trying on clothes at home, and the style variety that comes to my home which I cannot buy locally.

I have been using Bombfell for quite some time now and they always have a fine selection of clothes. Recently I realized that during the one-week try-on period, that due to travel, I would not be around in time to try on the things in my box and I sent an email to them. Janelle got back to me rather quickly and immediately gave me an extra week to allow me the time needed to return home and try on my clothes. Great service!

So, I'm not one of those guys who hates shopping, and will start to grumble as soon as they see a department store. At the same time, though, the only time I go clothing shopping is when something gets so worn out, or otherwise ruined, that I can't wear it anymore. I have shirts in my closet that I've owned since High School (I'm in my early 30s). I look at more fashionable (male) coworkers and would like to look like them, and I knew I needed to update my wardrobe, I just had no idea of how to go about it.

Enter Bombfell. Fill out their style survey and your measurements, and they send you monthly (or more, or less, frequently) boxes of clothes that look great, and are super comfortable to wear. Try it on, keep what you want, send back what you don't. As an added bonus, they're also budget conscious. The stuff they send is quality, so don't go in expecting bargain pricing, but you can set a budget and your stylist (a real person you can talk to through email) will try and stay within that. I've gotten a couple of orders now, and have been really impressed.

Their customer service is also top notch. Whenever I email them, I get a response almost right away. When I had an issue pop up with an order recently (my fault not theirs), I reached out in the evening one day, and by lunch the next day they had everything straightened out.

I'm really glad I found Bombfell and gave them a shot and would recommend the service to almost any guy, whether they hate shopping, are just clueless and don't know how (me), or are just looking to try some pieces of clothing they wouldn't otherwise.

So far this is my first order and overall I'm satisfied. The only problem I have is it seems the arms are tight.
