Another Infomercial lie

By Amy, Washington, Verified Reviewer

I tried this product because I believed in Jamie. What they show on the infomercial is trickery. It's like I'm putting nothing on. The only product I actually liked is the Lip stuff. I have a box of the product I received after my 12 weeks (which was actually much less than 12 weeks) that I am going to have to fight to get sent back. Luckily, my bank changed their card numbers so I don't have to worry about getting overcharged. Don't get this stuff!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Product didn't cover as claimed

By Sharon Lebel, Texas, Verified Reviewer

I ordered the introductory kit. The foundation caked up and the mascara was too thick and the powder looked awful. When I called to cancel, they really try to talk you out of cancelling until it's irritating. They send a return label for auto shipment that shipped exactly 30 days from initial purchase. They refunded $31.97, but they charged me $11.97 for shipping and handling; shipping and handling was $5.99 per invoice, so apparently charged me double. Bare Minerals complexion rescue works way better than this. Do not recommend at all.

I was pretty upset

By Theressa Gonzalez, La Crescenta, CA, Verified Reviewer

When I ordered the trial kit, I specifically instructed them NOT to put me on their automatic offer. I only wanted the trial kit even though I would have to pay a bit more for it.

The kit came and I tried it, the tan is to light and the rich is to dark. With about a week of receiving the trial kit, another box came. It was after costumer service hours so I left a message inquiring about it. That was March 2016. As of today I never received a reply and it is still under my sink unopened. When another box came today, I was able to get through to costumer service. She said I had been placed on the automatic send program.

When I told her I didn't care for it and that's why I didn't want the automatic program, she said that it was too late. She would send a return label for the one today but what they have taken from my account they would not accept the return of the unopened box from march and secondly, not refund the $193.77 they have taken from my account. I was told the intro kit was $59 something if I only wanted it but as you can see, my order was completely disregarded and IT Cosmetics basically stole money from my account.

I don't care what the cost is, if the product is good and the company is honest, you don't have to use underhanded tactics to make money. All you're making are enemies.

Predators

By Judith Rogers, Snellville, GA, Verified Reviewer

I originally ordered the trial $39.95 kit in January. I was not impressed. I immediately called and canceled but the girl on the phone kept trying to sell me other product.

My son was killed on his job in 2013. It was horrible. He was my only child. He has two children that were placed in foster care the day after Christmas, so I moved to Florida to help take care of the kids. I had no luck getting in touch with Customer service in January so I emailed them February (as so many other people who have complained about this company have also had an impossible time reaching customer service).

So I sent them a notice of cancellation on February 1st to cancel any "membership" and "cease and desist billing my credit card." I have been through hell. In March, I noticed I was still being charged for product that I was not even receiving because there is no postal service in the remote area in which I live, everybody has a PO Box.

So I did not receive mail February or March at all. They didn't even have the correct address, yet they still kept billing my account but I was not receiving any product. Finally, in May I caught them. Not only had they not canceled my account, they had not reimbursed me for the extra charge from January 4, February, March, April, and May of 53.94.

I filed fraud charges with my bank. I'm still paying for my son's funeral. I do not need this expense and heartache they have caused me. Ive received nothing from them except one kit. I went through 33,000 emails and found where I had advised them to cancel and that I had moved and left no forwarding address and to cease and desist billing me.

At this point, I've filed reports with my bank, the company (which sells its product under one name and bills under a completely different name, and has a totally different email for returns), the BBB, Rip Off Reports, Highya, and ultimately the FTC. I want to be reimbursed from February as I have proof that I have moved through May 2016.

Knifed Again

By Madeline Semple, Verified Reviewer

I purchased this product at a cosmetic store hoping to get rid of the redness in my checks & tiny scars from poison oak, that occurred a couple years ago.

Well what a disappointment! Not only did it not do anything it claimed, it was not any better than my six dollar concealer.

Created by plastic surgeons, I personally think this is considered as knifing the public with false claims.

Save your hard earned money and don't waste it on this product.

The worst product ever.

By Deborah Hermosillo, Las Vegas, Nevada, Verified Reviewer

Worst and most expensive make up I've ever used. This does not give full coverage but feel like you're wearing nothing. It's thick, heavy and cakes horribly. And the website uses tricky wording. You have a choice of FULL OR TRIAL SIZE. To most people, trial means sample. So you choose FULL which is over $100.

Do not waste your money. I would give ZERO stars but it's not an option. I don't remember my order number because I canceled and choose to forget IT COSMETICS.

Bad product!

By Destiny , Tacoma, WA, Verified Reviewer

I seen the infomercial on TV a lot so I decided to finally give this product a try since it says it works miracles. Well, it was worst decision I have made in my life. I've struggled with acne all of my life and this product says it will improve your skin that is a lie. After using the product for one week, my skin looks the worst that it has in my life. I am very dissatisfied and will be returning it for a refund.

It's okay but not worth $50.

By Karen, Northridge, CA, Verified Reviewer

After seeing the infomercial, I figured I would try it. I bought the $39.99 kit which came out to $49.00. First thing I did not like was the auto-shipment/auto pay. I figured that if I really really like this stuff then maybe it's ok. Here are my reviews on the make-up I received.

The foundation itself is actually nice. I liked it. Unfortunately it doesn't last. I am used to my long lasting Revlon's Color Stay. This foundation did not last at all. The powder was horrible. It's ORANGE. I felt like an Oompa Loompa! Ridiculous. The concealer was actually good. I liked that. I also liked my free gifts-two-sided brush and highlighting powder.

The mascara? Well, their mascara has a great butterfly brush but the mascara itself is horrible. Does not last. The lip stain would have been OK if it wasn't so PINK.

All in all, I will continue to go to Target for my make-up. I did not have a problem canceling the auto pay/shipment. I called and told them I wanted to cancel. They said they had something new but I didn't want to bother. It's definitely not worth $50 every month.

Disappointed

By Brenda Religa, Pennsylvania, Verified Reviewer

I personally believe the Bye Bye Foundation is over priced and not any better than some drugstore bought make up!

Save your money because it's not worth it at all!

Disappointed

By Sandra Albritton, Sapulpa, OK, Verified Reviewer

I don't have a lot to cover up, just a few fine lines. After applying the foundation, I looked exactly the same. The mascara was not nearly as good as what I used previously. I loved the blush and brush! I was under the impression that the second shipment was much less than it was. I called about it after the first installment was charged to my account and I was told that two more installment would be charged of the same amount.

Surprise! They charged them both at the same time. I honestly don't feel the product was any where near worth the price! I was definitely taken advantage of. At the age of 55, you would think I would know better.

Decieved about what it was going to cost.

By Toni, Orlando, FL, Verified Reviewer

I decided to order it about two weeks ago. It does go on real nice. I have rosacea so I have to be real careful what I use. I love the product. It does stay on all day. Sometimes it burns a little, but you can sleep with it. Just unhappy about the pricing scam. I thought I was getting the introductory offer, not the full size. They were going to charge me three installments.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
