Taking first thing in the morning before walking the dog and noticed I had heaps of energy all day. Did not experience the 2 pm dropout as I call it. Seemed to make me much more alert at work and not wanting to stop, haha, which is unusual for me.

My wife is 72 and I am 74. We take Vital Reds in the morning, Heart Defense in the afternoon and now we are taking Energy Renew in the evening. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to feel a difference. For the first week, I didn't notice any difference in the way I felt. After that, I definitely noticed a change. I have my own cleaning business and I would start to have a lag in energy after about two hours of work. Now I still have energy to spare when I finish a house! And best of all, I am sleeping better. I've been taking Energy Renew for quite some time now because almost immediately after starting to take it I experienced a massive increase in my general wellbeing and energy levels which increased my productivity both mentally and physically. I usually add my Energy Renew to my morning blended drink of spinach, half avocado, macadamia nuts and berries...delicious!
