Good morning. Quite simply, have not notice an appreciable improvement.

I am still bothered by persistent malware which I had hoped would be taken care of by this product.

Disappointed thus far.

I misplaced my FixMeStick and Laura contact me to see why I had not done a scan on my computer for an extended length of time. I replied that I had misplaced the Stick and she graciously said she could replace it a no cost to me. I should receive it in the next day or so! I have two computers set up in my study (I'm retired) and have another one in my office at my daughter's house some 500 miles away near Little Rock, Arkansas. I really value having the FixMeStick.

I didn't know that my computer was infected with the Dr/FakePic until I ran the FixMeStick. It infected my whole computer. Even had to let Support take over my computer and fix it. No other anti virus or malware will catch this virus. The Support can't be beat! They are the BEST! Kudos to Shruti for the help!

I had to clean three different laptops with different degrees of infestations. I am quite impressed with FixMeStick. I just use the stick so I am not sure if there are any more issues with the laptop, but my initial response is a glowing hallelujah.

I recently moved (November 1, 2018) after I sold my half of my townhouse to my sister. Unfortunately, I had some unwanted help in packing. When I began to unpack at my new place, putting my comp, stereo, and TV together, both remotes for my DVD Players, my TV, and stereo were missing from my electronics boxes along with my FixMeStick. The reason I waited so long before contacting FixMeStick was the forlorn hope they would turn up eventually. (That, and I had surgery in December and was in the hospital for 22 days.)

Now, I am not a geek. I can surf the net, send emails and go on eBay and Amazon and buy some things, but without FixMeStick or another good program, like it, my computer is filling up with unwanted junk. Having given up on finding any of them, I phoned FixMeStick and begged for help. The call was accepted by Jessica Szarek, and in a most pleasant voice, she quickly reassured me that things would get better fast and that they would mail me a new FixMeStick promptly, and that I would get it in the next five business days. GREAT SERVICE! Five stars out of five.

This is the second computer I have used it on. The first was an older laptop that an IT person told my daughter was "toast," not worth working on. It got that laptop up and running pretty good for a 10-year-old laptop.

My desktop is just running slow all the way around. I had cleaned out a lot of files, done disk cleanup and defrag, run cleaning software and malware programs. After using the FixMeStick, the speed improved a bit, but not near as much as I was expecting it to.

I first tried the FixMeStick in 2015, and successfully cleaned up my desktop computer. It took a few hours, but was totally worth the wait. I'm happy to hear that it's still available for reactivation. I have been recommending it since my first time using it.

When I received the FixMeStick I did exactly what it said on the packet, but unfortunately, it would not work on my Windows 10 PC. I rang the helpline and got through to a very pleasant agent who talked me through the procedure. I must admit it took 3 attempts for it to work, but it did state that this can happen, anyway we finally got there, in all fairness it took around 30/45 minutes to work, but we got there in the end. My agent, Alexandra, was so patient talking me through this, I cannot thank her enough. So if you have any problems, do not hesitate getting in touch with Support, which is free-phone.

Not sure when I purchased my FixMeStick, so do not know when it expires.

I used it yesterday, on my home and laptop computers. Worked very well, found problems on both, cleaned them out. One on my laptop was never found by my WebRoot software.

Once again, great product. I would recommend to anyone that asked.

The FixMeStick somehow fell out of my pocket and I couldn't find it. I notified customer support and was told a replacement would be delivered in 6 to 10 days. It came within 3 days. Support from FixMeStick could not be better. I wish other companies had as good of support.

Amerin2 stands for American Indian 2 which is the name of my computer. I found the process the FixMeStick used was an excellent tool, it managed to get rid of some demons that I never knew attached themselves is hidden places. I knew the scan would take a bid and glad it did because I knew then that the product lived up to its name. I have a couple of other computers that are sitting here and will be using them with the stick. Thank you for the product and I look forward to hearing from you lot again with an even better product. My computer was running slow and kept freezing up. I have an updated version of Kaspersky anti-virus and Maleware bytes on my computer. I used FixMeStick and it found two viruses and one maleware file on my computer which it was able to remove. Now my computer runs perfectly as it did before I had these virus files. I don't know why my antivirus software let these files through but FixMeStick worked and I couldn't believe it. I will definitely use FixMeStick again and highly recommend this product.

I emailed FixMeStick because it got stuck on one page before the scan started. I rebooted, did a virus check to no avail, so I emailed them. They were quick to respond, I was very slow to react due to my schedule.

When I finally followed the procedure they sent me, it was an easy fix.

I've been with them for many years and this was the first hiccup, so I'm happy with the stick and support staff.

Even though our communication was all done in a texting manor on our computers, everything went well and I was happy to know that the two infections, or you might say Malware, were removed by Kyrstin.

Being 82.6, I have a little trouble sometimes understanding how to get new items. However, I got the FixMeStick to work and am very pleased with how easy it is to use. Anyone younger could figure this out a lot faster than I did because I use my computer mostly for surfing the web and sending e-mails.

When I was in the US I had the Stick and it worked very well, I was very happy with the performance, left it to the family and they are using it. Now I am in Europe and like to have this over here, it's very handy, who knows, I might buy more in the future, it's a good tool to have, and it's easy to use and it's handy. Thank you.

I had a bit of trouble installing the FixMeStick and after about 6-8 tries with reviewing your instructions, I finally got it to run. I let the program run overnight. The next day it said that the program had finished and fixed. In my opinion, my computer is running slower than before, now what do I do?

I had a chat with Jess today for up to 4 to 5 hours. I had great service from him, but nothing was repaired. He will call me tomorrow and we will try to solve the problem. I hope so.

Maybe change the stick.

I'm not great with computers but this FixMeStick was very easy to use. My Windows 7 did it by itself no problem, but I had to watch your video for my Windows 10 set up, following your instructions it was great, very easy, even I got it right. Thank you.

Instructions were confusing because you had three ways to do it, and that wasn't including the way to install it on Windows. One I figured out to do was easy. I had the scan done and had some stuff that had to be quarantined. It was easy to do and I was done for that month.

So far the best Stick to really clean out my computer. Wow, a big difference in speed. Anyone who is thinking of buying one, do not hesitate, it really works. No worries if you don't like other programs? They take good care of your request or help questions very quickly.

FixMeStick worked well after some fiddling about (rebooting, etc.) and various warnings about encrypted drives.

However, after cleaning my desktop PC of 5 various treats I wanted to go back and review the threats and maybe research them. The system does not keep a detailed record of erased viruses etc., just the number identified. So I have no record of what threats were identified unless I write them down before erasing them. Other systems I have used actually identified and named the threat in detail.

I've had a FixMeStick going on two years now and I love it. It keeps my computer running smooth and by testing it every month, it keeps my mind at ease. Thank you FixMeStick. Sorry, this is the best I can do, I'm not good with spelling a lot, but I'm so glad I got my FixMeStick two years ago. I love it, and I always tell my friends to buy one.
