I have been fighting Windows 10 ever since they gave out that free upgrade and have hated it, though Windows 8.1 wasn't a whole lot better. My favorite Windows was 2000 Professional, which I used for many years in my photography business and personal until they quit supporting it. I also HATE Facebook, with a passion. I have been into computers since 1985, when I went selling systems to Oil Jobbers for my cousin, but things keep getting more and more complicated and more and more lousy, because of lazy cheating scammers and other hackers, until most of the fun has gone out of computers nowadays.

That being said, like most people on this planet, I am addicted to them, but fortunately, NOT cell phones (yet!).

I am 77 and retired for 15 years now, had polio as a kid, many accidents since, and along with old age, plenty of health problems, so I don't need the aggravation of bogus computer problems and the like. So I THANK FixMeStick for coming along, and they have helped me so far, only one application, in removing 6 viruses and one Trojan from this computer. I didn't give it 5 stars as it is not perfect yet in the way it should run in my opinion; but will try it again soon and see IF that helps at all.

I just think it is sad that people are even allowed to exist that are so devious and mean and uncouth, as to want to destroy or harm innocent people who are trying to lead a live and let live life, free from the nasty things that are so prevalent in these increasingly wicked times on earth today.

I for one, of many millions, can hardly wait until this all ends and will be replaced by much, much better things.

In the meantime, I will try to do my best at whatever I do, and enjoy working on my projects and keeping up on the good (and bad) news of this system we call home.

Keep up the good work at FixMeStick, so we can have at least some hope from all the leaches out there that are making it so difficult for us real, honest people to survive and have some sense of order and peace in what we have left of our imperfect lives, whether we be young or old, or in between. Thanks.

IT WORKS. With all the tech out there today and not knowing who to trust and wasting your money, trying this and that product. Well, I took a chance on FixMeStick and let me tell you that it really does work. STANDS UP TO ITS NAME. I used on all three computers, with one being an old Windows 7 with many problems and was ready to kick it out the door, but FixMeStick cleaned it and rid it of 13 viruses that my Virus protection missed or could not find. Don't hesitate on this product. Highly recommend. Well worth your money.

I am very disappointed in my FixMeStick. I followed the directions on the packaging and the first time I used it the boot device is stripped from my hard drive leaving my laptop inoperable and needing an operating system. The customer service person was very nice, but after many tries, she was unable to resolve the issue.

I have heard such great reviews. I am really disappointed. It worked great, did everything it was supposed to do. It found three viruses and one Trojan, it said clean. I clicked and waited and did not remove the items there. I ran FixMeStick two more times, same results - the same items came up each time and cannot remove. What a disappointment.

Hello Guys and Gals, I have installed my FixMeStick. It only took four and a half hours to complete its task. It found several viruses and removed them. I have an old Lenovo computer. It is slow. I had expected the speed to improve after the treatment. However, that is not to be. It is as slow as it ever was. So I have concluded that although the FixMeStick did its job, my computer is still a pile of crap.

I thank you for the effort and am sure it will work wonders on a new computer, once I can afford one.

Initially, I had trouble getting it started. My high schooler got it going Friday and it's still going. It has never been cleaned, and I'm almost afraid of what's on it!

So I honestly can't give an accurate review as I haven't been able to access my computer yet. But it seems to be working. I'm very excited to be able to use the FixMeStick from home. Not in our budget to take the computer for repairs. I hope this helps someone!

I just received my FixMeStick and used on my laptop. After six hours it said it removed a few malware and viruses.

The claim from FixMestick was my machine would be faster after first use and to use monthly to maintain. I personally do not see any difference in the speed of my laptop, and in fact may be a little slower now after the scan.

Live and learn I guess. I may be sending this back, although I really don’t want to lose the shipping expense.

I would never recommend this to anyone else as I do not believe the claims. I will chalk it up to be a sales tool and nothing more.

When I bought the FixMeStick, I certainly was excited, I had seen it quite some time before and wanted to try it; never got the opportunity to make a purchase until I saw it on the Shopping Channel. The instructions on its use were quite simple, so I got going on the cleaning of my laptop. Cleaning seemed to be successful and my laptop restarted.

However, immediately after I restarted, I got a message that there were viruses on my laptop, and the popup adds seem to be a bit more aggressive. Sent a message to the help center and did receive a quick response. It bothered me that my laptop did not seem to be any faster and really began to question the claims made on this anti-virus stick. All this happened on the weekend.

By the Monday, I did a live chat with one of the team agents at the FixMeStick help center and after the agent remotely did a scan and installed popup blocker, etc., my laptop seemed to be just fine. What happened with the agent is what I expected to happen the first time when I did the cleaning with the FixMeStick.

I ran this on a new PC with one issue I wanted fixed. I had to write the help desk to resolve it in Windows. It took 18 hours to run and not the 20 minutes I expected. It did fix registry errors, but Windows comes with as much as 50% registry errors and will work just fine. I also ran it on a slow running Panasonic Toughbook and it took 5 days with a 500 gig drive in it. In the end, it found a ton of errors, but five days later when I tried to click on "fix problems," it was frozen. I can't say if this product will work for you. This is only the two times I used it.

I was looking for some help using the FixMeStick for I am a greenhorn at the computer, so I was looking for someone to talk to, to help me get it to work. I would like to see it work on my Mac computer.

I am so satisfied with my FixMeStick! It cleaned up my PC which seems to be working faster now! The Support Team and their follow up is fantastic...they get back to you quickly and their instructions and comment are understandable. I am so glad I decided to buy their product!

The FixMeStick was easy to use but unfortunately was unable to remove my file that said "this program contained a virus and was deleted" error, which prevented any file to be downloaded. I opened a support ticket and the whole support team I found to be very responsive and helpful. They spent a long time over two days trying to fix my problem connecting remotely. They followed the difficult steps I found on the web for that problem but I wound up having to reload Windows 10 with their guidance, but my files were saved. I do believe that the stick would be useful for most other threats and that the support team is there for valuable assistance if needed.

For years and years, I have been playing with PCs. I could avoid most infections but if the worse happened, and it did, I would simply take the time (and a lot of time it was) to go into the registry and other secret places and find the culprit.

Times have changed, with malware, viruses, PUPs, etc. It is a constant bombardment towards my PC.

I bought the FixMeStick on a whim. I had been infected by something. I spent a day weeding through my PC, looking, and while I didn't find the culprit, I found lots of other stuff hiding in the "weeds" so to speak. I ran my FixMeStick after receiving it and even though my manual search had been very thorough, the Stick found even more!

Needless to say, I was very impressed. My knowledge is above average when it comes to PCs, so to just run a USB jump drive to fix a computer seemed ludacris. It did have a guarantee, so I took a run at it. I am glad I did. I know have a lifetime tool if something happens and I don't have to be sitting beside the PC anymore staring deep into the screen.

I find it to be proficient, economical, and it helps me get the most of my laptop without being distracted and/or preempted by viruses, infections, or slow, sluggish performance. I bought this for my Dell Inspiron laptop to fix a suspected virus. It made my laptop unusable. Could not access windows. Used the solutions on the FixMeStick website over and over again to no avail. This is going back to Amazon. My laptop is now garbage. It would cost me $200 to assess the problem. I can buy a new laptop for $300. Thank you FixMeStick!

I ran FixMeStick on one machine and it worked fine. When I ran it on the second one it could not find a virus and it left me with a white screen. Not telling me what to do next. I thought my system was lost. Playing with it I was able to get it back. You need more instructions. I'm not sure it's worth the money.

When my other anti-virus didn’t solve the issue with my computer, I gave the stick a go.

It found malware and other stuff on my computer that the top anti-virus software didn’t. Saved me money in the long run.

I plug the FixMeStick in my Windows 10 computer and after 8 hours it did not complete the scan. I am very unhappy with the FixMeStick. I bought it at HSM2 FOR $64.00, IT DOESN'T WORK! I would like a REFUND.

I am an old customer and just upgraded to the latest version of FixMeStick. I have told so many people about it that have old computers or are having trouble with their computers running slow that some have bought from retail, but most have bought from HSN since they don't have to pay a renew fee every year. From what I have heard from them they love it and their computers have all been running a lot better than before they bought the FixMeStick.

This product does just what its advertisement claims it will do. I purchased the FixMeStick 02/08/2019 and ran my first scan. The product is idiot proof, no Ph.D. required. The scan completed in 3 hours and 20 minutes. Upon complication of the scan, my computer is very responsive. It starts up and shuts down, I able to work on it again.

I purchased the FixMeStick, just to see what it could do before I threw my dead junk computer in the garbage. I'm not throwing my computer away thanks to FixMeStick. I have installed a good anti-virus software and I'm happily using the computer I hadn't used in three years.

I had a long chat with two marvelous ladies on their chat line. They were so kind and gracious, something that is rare these days. The third person I spoke with was on the phone and received the same kind and gracious treatment. I have the most respect for this company and the people they employ. Keep up the good work.

I learned about FixMeStick a few years ago while watching Dragon's Den. I was very excited about this purely Canadian company doing something so worthwhile in this rather dubious Computer Era that we live in. I am proud of how this company has grown in leaps and bounds since it's inception. This is a true testament to the quality of this product. With that in mind, I have recently purchased my first FixMeStick and am very happy with it. I especially appreciate the added benefit of the NordVPN virus protection package along with it. The support staff has been extremely prompt and helpful also. I now feel safer while using my computers in my home.

It works really well, the amount of time it took was exceptionable, it found two viruses the Windows antivirus didn't find. Making a limit on the amount I should have to put here is really out of hand.

My Fire Stick works great and my computer is now working at a better rate of speed. The FixMeStick works and delivers everything they told me would be. It is so simple to use, and I feel anyone requiring help with that computer should purchase this item. Thanks.

Day 2.

Tia was of no help. Tons of attitude and rude. Carried the company's attitude of take it or leave. Got the money, now run. Could not fix the problem. The longer I have this software, the less compatible this is with Windows 10. Every update makes it more difficult to run. At first, autorun would bring up the main menu, then next time we have to look for the EXE file with the file explorer to start the program. Now we have to do a Bios boot to start the program. Still, it cost the same money but is losing some of the features as we go along. Is this what we are paying for? Her point is software changes with fewer features and that's ok for the same money. Having to teach other users that I talked into buying this thing how to Bios boot is not what I signed up for when you can't keep up with the OS changes.

My Acer laptop was running incredibly slow, and constantly not responding, due to whatever got passed my high-end Kaspersky Total Security software.

The FixMeStick was soooooooooo easy and friendly to use, with super-simple instructions.

Took only about 2 and 1/2 hours to find and eliminate, again whatever was affecting my laptop.

My laptop runs like when it was brand new. I adore this device.

You guys developed an amazing product. GOOD JOB, 10 stars!
