So far, everything seems to be going really well! All of the Focallure products I've seen look very lovely and there are sooooo many eyeshadow pallets I want to try! I actually signed up for the free first BabeBox and I'm currently waiting for it and super excited. Hopefully, I get one of those eyeshadow pallets I'm wanting! Customer service seems fair so far, I commented on an Instagram post and someone from Focallure actually responded quite rapidly and resolved my issue just like that! So overall...it's going pretty good so far! Yay!

I love the packaging of the Babe Box I received first of all. The only product I have tried so far is the lipstick which I’m not super impressed with it honestly. But the products are different than most boxes you get where they tend to be the same. It’s cute and priced really well for getting full-sized products!

Absolutely satisfied! Very good quality. Very good price. Large selection, on trend in fashions, colors, and palettes. Was quite surprised at the quality of the cosmetics versus the price. My go-to line of products for sure. Would recommend anyone give them a try.

There were lots of good quality products. Lots of different products I had never heard of from good brands. Shipping took longer than expected but well worth the wait. Products actually work well, and are worth buying a second time around.

Thank you BabeBox for the amazing customer service in offering me a lite box with reduced monthly subscription fee. I love BabeBox but it was a bit too pricey for me after factoring in the US exchange rate and shipping cost as I live in Canada. I get the best of both worlds now. I still get to enjoy a few products at a reasonable monthly subscription fee that I otherwise wouldn't have without the help of BabeBox. With Covid and its financial tool, a nice little box of joy is nice once month. We can all use a little pick me up during this time.

Timeliness was a little slow. Quality products that coordinate. Customer service was very responsive. Wish they asked questions about complexion, hair, and eye color to color match or provide shades that are flattering.

The product is smudge proof, kind of sticky, but very sparkly and beautiful color and smells like cookies! I did apply a little powder to help with the stickiness, and it worked. I am excited to wear it to work tomorrow and see how it holds up. Not overly priced so I would suggest you try it out for yourself! I purchased the pink and love the color.

I waited a month without an email other than saying that my order was confirmed. I then emailed asking about my order, and they said that the reason I still hadn't received my order was because it was out of stock. They shipped it within two days of that response, and hopefully, it will be here soon.

I have only had the lipstick for a few days. The color is really pretty, and just like the color I saw online. I was disappointed that the lipstick does not stay on like it was advertised. It stayed on for less than an hour.

I got two colors; one a deep red color and the other, which I thought was a pink amaranth color from what I saw in the picture swatches. The pink amaranth color turned out to be a more purple color, which really didn't compliment my face tone. Anyway, I was hoping it would be a long wear, smudge proof as it promised to be but sadly not. After a few hours of wear, not even eating anything, it started to smudge and bleed around my lip line.

Not impressed or satisfied.

I would love to post a positive response, but unfortunately, I have not received my products yet and it has been over a month. The company will not give me a full refund only 10%, so I decided to wait. I sure hope it's worth it.

It took almost a month to get my order, and when I got it, it was nothing special. It still rubs off and leaves your lips dry like all other matte lipsticks which it claimed to avoid. I’m not unhappy with it by any means because now I have a color I love but I was just expecting more.

The product arrived quickly. I have been looking forward to trying this. I have a wedding that I'll be in, in a couple of months. I thought this would be perfect so I wouldn't have to continually reapply throughout the event. I tried it today and I am a little disappointed with the time length that the color stayed on. I bought the gold lip gloss color and it lasted maybe two hours. I will definitely continue to use it, but I was expecting this would stay on a lot longer.

So far, I’ve tried one of their pinks. I followed their advice and exfoliated my lips before-hand, but the lipstick doesn’t blend well with the lips. It is very long-lasting, but looks dry with a thin coat, and is super sticky if you apply enough to smooth out the lipstick. Overall, I would say I’d need to keep a layer of a different lip product over it for it to look natural.

The color was great, however, it never seemed to fully dry. It was always tacky/sticky. My lips would stick together, and to anything that I used to try and wipe it off. Having your lips constantly stuck together when trying to talk, really detracts from the “sexy” one tries to portray.

The color is pretty, but it doesn’t last as long as it was advertised. After one time eat/drink the color is gone. I was going to purchase more but now probably won’t. It took over three weeks to receive my order, not as promised.

I bought the Focallure waterproof matte liquid lipstick number 4 (French Beige). I feel it doesn't suit my natural lip color but I am picky when it comes to color on my lips. I don't know if that is possible but would be great if there were pictures of what the lipstick would look like on different colored lips.

I ordered five lipsticks for an event I had coming up and when I ordered, shipping said 5-7 business days. The product took 3 WEEKS to get to me. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund after 12 days of not receiving my order since it would not be here in time for my event, and they said they could only refund 10% of my money back (which they still haven't). I finally got my order and tried the lipsticks today, and I do love the product, it is super long lasting. Although I love the product I'm not sure I would order again due to lack of good customer service.

I would like somebody to contact me to tell me what is happening with my order.

They took more from the account that I see at the end of my order with the shipping and everything. They took only $7 more, but it is $7 they didn't tell me about.

Even though I have not tried this product yet (this is my first time ordering, and I have not been given it yet), the website was helpful and easy to look through. The prices are reasonable and seeing ads on Instagram of people wearing the product is very interesting and I have been looking at it and wanting to try it for a while. I can't wait to try it, will be inquiring purchasing more if all go well when the first product arrives.

I tried the #6 Rose Quartz waterproof metallic lip gloss and honestly, I’m not that impressed. I put it on when it first came in and it stayed sticky. I tried it again a couple of days later and even dried it on the cool setting with my hair dryer, but it is still sticky. I am not sure if I’ll try another one or not.

Great product, not too greasy on my face and fast shipping. I’ve been using it for a while and my skin seems smooth.

The only thing is the smell. I feel like it is a stale smell, or maybe is just the oil. I put it on day and night, and I still put my serum at night. I guess that helps too. During the day I put it on after I cleanse and put the sunblock cream for the face, other than that, I have nothing much to say.

The quality of the lipstick doesn't seem very good. I was super excited to get this in the mail, but for one, it did NOT arrive in 2-5 business days. It was closer to a month.

Two, they forgot one of my items.

Three, I told them that they forgot one of my items and they wanted me to take a picture of the items I did receive and all the packaging. Luckily I still had it, but honestly, who saves their packaging after they get something in the mail?

Four, the lipsticks weren't very easy to apply. They went on streaky and very bright. And they were not smudge-proof. They wore off unevenly and fairly quickly. I prefer other liquid lipsticks to this product.
