The advertised "free" box costs you $40, no matter what. I saw the surprising charge the day after I received my "free" box. No one in customer service has gotten back to me yet (other than to say no one is available in customer service to get back to me for 4 days) so I went to their social media and saw numerous complaints similar in nature. The company’s defense was that this $40 charge (on top of the $7 you pay to have your "free" box shipped to you) was listed in their FAQ section. I’m currently seeking a refund.

I signed up for a subscription in November via a promotion which allowed me to receive my first box for free and pay for shipping. Once I received my first box, I was highly disappointed with the quality of the products. The packaging for each product was cheap, the quality of the products themselves were very poor. The products look like they came from a Claire’s, not a company attempting to provide reputable beauty products to consumers. I then attempted to cancel my subscription, which can only be done by emailing the company. They do not have a customer service number, mind you. After THREE WEEKS of back and forth communication and speaking with FIVE different employees from the company, not only could they not provide proof that their promotional policy required me to pay for the full price of the first box if I chose to cancel before receiving a second box, but they charged my card a second time WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Furthermore, I had it in writing no less than FOUR TIMES that I DID NOT authorize a second charge and requested to cancel my subscription! I have never dealt with such poor customer service, dishonest, and a downright SLEAZY and SLIMY company! Save yourself the hassle and go to Ipsy, FabFitFun, or frankly ANY other beauty subscription company because this company is TERRIBLE. What a joke of a company! The creator(s) should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for their utter lack of professionalism.

Will definitely say that the makeup worth the money. Arrived in 2 days. I will also say that the website published the Lifty Bra for sale but I cannot afford it, please send me a coupon to purchase and try it

I ordered lipsticks and lip liners for my cousin and they were amazing. The texture was very smooth and creamy. I got my package delivered to India in 17 days and in between the support team made sure I am getting updated on each and every point. Definitely recommended.

Like everyone else, I have not received my product as the order confirmation letter stated it will be shipped within 3-5 business days, so I did some online research, and there are many complaints, and the business address is also fake.

I contacted online customer service and recorded the whole conversation. Just like one of the previous reviewers said, it's all same answers: "As I have checked, your order will be shipped soon." And "I cannot commit any fixed timeline, but I can assure you that our delivery teams are working 24x/7 to deliver pending orders. It will be delivered very soon." And "We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will ship your order. Soon you will receive a system notification with your tracking number for the package." Of course, I did not get any tracking number, either.

"For refund Please contact our support for better assistance: support@shopfocallure.com. They will help you to refund your money."

So I want to save my time from getting any more useless response, I disputed the charge via my credit card company.

I finally got my money back. It was, unfortunately, a lot of back and forth. I had to tell them several times that I wanted a refund until they finally got it. I will still not buy from this company nor will I recommend this to a friend. I do stand by my review.

I won’t go into tons of details, but if a company takes your money and won’t ship you what you ordered, lies to you over and over why they can’t ship it to you, and refuses to cancel your order and refund your money, you can only call them one thing, CROOKS! I hope this saves someone a loss of money and time.

P.S. Even the good reviews look phony. They can’t get anything right.

I bought lots of Focallure Matte Lipsticks and I totally fell in love with them.

I bought them on a secondary website/app, and the shipping was totally unexpected: only one week!

Even the support service was great, and I suggested this shop to anyone asked me. I'm going to continue buying from this shop and totally only Focallure products!

I purchased from shopfocallure.com. Very good, long-lasting. I had it on my hand for over 20 minutes washed my hand twice, and the color is still there.

The product is smudge proof, kind of sticky, but very sparkly and beautiful color and smells like cookies! I did apply a little powder to help with the stickiness, and it worked. I am excited to wear it to work tomorrow and see how it holds up. Not overly priced so I would suggest you try it out for yourself! I purchased the pink and love the color.

I am obsessed with lipstick/lip gloss. This is my first purchase, and I absolutely love it. It wears for hours before you have to reapply. I think my favorite so far is Rose Quartz. I definitely will be trying others!

So I ordered from shopfocallure.com and somehow I made the same order twice. I spoke with the live chat agent regarding my issue. They advised me on how to return one of the orders. I got an email and printed the return label, brought my order to a FedEx pick up location, and within a few days my credit card was credited. I really enjoy shopping online, as no one is looking over my shoulder! Excellent experience.

This is a beautiful color, true to what it looks like online. It truly does stay on, I would recommend being careful with applying since it's so tough to take off, so to avoid mistakes! Makeup remover works to remove it.

I was very disappointed when I applied the lipstick I received from Focallure. I ordered a glittery lipstick, however, it looked nothing like the picture. The glitter was scattered and inconsistent, in the picture it appeared evenly distributed. Also, after a few minutes of application, the lipstick left my lips very dry. I won’t be wearing this lipstick, and I feel like it was a waste of money to buy it.

So, I had my doubts, to be honest, but they were quickly shot down. The color is gorgeous, it goes on smoothly, and it stays on for a good amount of time. The only downsides are just a little bit of crumbling if rubbed with your finger but no smudging, and it does start coming off if you eat greasy, messy food.
