We have taken advantage of the special $9.95 online samples and received them in a very timely manner. My wife and I have shared them and found the food to be very tasty and nutritious. Since we are on a fixed income and live in Florida where the weather here can be sunny and pleasant one day and stormy and foreboding the next, we try to always have a backup supply of foodstuff on hand. Our Food 4 Patriots have always been there for us and are never a failure.
It is never disappointing, and we have eaten several different items. We would recommend their products based on these known personal facts.

I was skeptical about survival food at first but decided to try something new. My order arrived as promised and I was impressed with the storage tote, easy to store (stackable), and after reading the directions, it was easy to prepare.
I tried the "Franks five star minestrone soup." I'm no cook, but I can boil water. At first, when I opened the package I was disappointed with the volume, it didn't look like enough for four servings, but once the water was boiling and I added the ingredients, the pot filled up with a lot of soup. The taste was bland, but you realize you just salt/pepper to taste. Some people cannot take salt/spices because of health issues. After seasoning to my taste, the food was very good.
I have since ordered a year's worth of supplies and get the 72-hour and three-month supply whenever the Food 4 Patriots family has their "FREE" just pay shipping and handling offers. I have also purchased the solar generator, Alexa Pure filter, solar water heater and Alexa Pure water filter, bottle and straws, etc. I can't say enough about their products, that's why I call them my Food 4 Patriots "family."

My husband and I are survivalists. Didn't need conspiracy theories to purchase from Food 4 Patriots. We received our whole and complete order. It is a great product. Anyone can tell today the direction our world is heading to. So it doesn't hurt to be prepared for anything - natural disasters, power outages, or government takeover or invasion.

Ordered a 4-week supply got nothing but oatmeal, mac and cheese, rice, pancakes, no Chile mac, stew, soups of any kind, no dinners. Not what was advertised. All you would have to do is respond, and maybe send me what I didn't get. But you don't respond, it's like you hide, apparently your company lacks respect, character in your customer service, don't use the word "patriot" unless you know its meaning. Thanks for reading my complaint, as a business owner for 30 years I do know something of making clients happy and it's not by ignoring.

Very bad and long drawn out experience. Bought $1k worth of food and some were leaking out of packages so we sent back at our expense. We even sent back free gifts and they still did not refund the full amount like stated on the website. But at your own risk! Common food you can purchase at any store is in their kits and doubled more than any of the other products. TOTAL SCAM. Do yourself a favor and spend your money with another company!

I am so sorry for the frustration this has caused you. I have checked our records and I see that on September 1st, you were issued a partial refund of $40 for the inconvenience of having to clean your kit due to damaged pouches and that you were going to call us back to let us know what packages were damaged so that we could assist in shipping out replacements.
On September 3rd, we sent you prepaid return labels to return your orders (as per your request). Those labels were utilized and the orders were returned to us on September 10th, 2020 at 2:37 PM.
On September 14th, you reached out via our live chat option and were issued a refund for $202.91. We were at that time attempting to issue a full refund of $608.73 for the other order but because you were already issued a partial refund of $40 - that refund attempt failed to process - still leaving you with an outstanding balance of $568.73.
On September 18th, you spoke with one of our supervisors who explained that because you had filed a dispute with your credit card company, we would not be able to refund any other amount back to your credit card and that the refund is now in the hands of your financial institution. He explained that you could cancel the dispute and we would refund you in full should you have provided proper documentation supporting this - but you informed us of your decision to continue with your dispute. From there, our Supervisor let you know that we would not be able to process the refunds on our end.
We deeply regret the negative experience you had. Thank you for understanding.

While I have not tried the food as yet, I was completely satisfied with the diversity of the contents, and impressed with them being stored in the tubs which made storage easy.
They were prompt in their shipping. Merchandise was as advertised.
I do wish they had included more of the fruit, veggie & snack mix, however, I do see where you can order that separately which I intend to do. I highly recommend this product.

I have ordered several times from Food 4 Patriots. Only 1 time have I had to contact them about an order. I had made a mistake when ordering the offer for the free 72 hour package, just pay shipping of $4.95 each. I ordered 3, for me and my sisters. It was a promotion for Seniors and I didn't realize that it was limited to 1. When I called, explained that I hadn't received the order, they were kind enough to send all 3 anyway. I've never had any problem with them.

I have ordered a few of the large packages. When I was offered a 72-hour package where I just had to pay shipping, I was interested. I wanted to try the food that is claimed to be so good but didn't want to take away from my survival stash. I have only tried one so far (the Liberty Bell Potato Cheddar Soup) and it was delicious! Frank Bates and Team are by far the finest group of survivalists I've had the opportunity to purchase quality products from. Frank is a no BS kind of man, he tells you what you need to know, and backs up his statements with the products he provides.
I've tried other survival sites, and have ordered from them. Frank's products thus far are superior to the other guys.
Food 4 Patriots is my only go to source for survival gear, food, water, protection, advice, solitude, and confidence that I'm getting the best band for my buck in preparing for the uncertain future. If only Frank sold commodities like silver and gold! I would look no further.

I order from them all the time. If I have any problems I call and they are addressed immediately. I rarely have a problem though. I have eaten some of the food and it is by far better than the prepackaged stuff from the store they feed us every day like Hamburger Helper & Mac and Cheese, etc. I don't have an order number as I don't keep slips but I will come back when I get another order with one.

I have purchased several things from 4Patriots and at times received coupons worth $25.00 to $40.00 good towards my next purchase and each time I attempted to use these coupons, I was unable to apply them. I contacted 4Patriots about this problem directly and THEY informed me that the coupons DID NOT apply to ME. Even though the coupons were sent to my address and had my name on them, they told me they did not apply to me. I believe in supporting my brother and sister patriots, but when I am doing my part and they choose to do their supporters like this, I do not believe that 4Patriots is serious about being fair in supporting their customers who are loyal to them. I had planned on purchasing their 4-week emergency food supply but now, by their actions, I am not so sure how loyal and fair 4Patriots are to their customers. In the future, I will find another loyal patriot to support. I find this review to be fair and honest as they were to me. As my order number was not supplied because I canceled my order, I will supply the coupon code offer in my name in the review.

My first and last time ordering.
EXTREMELY disappointed in the value of this product. I ordered the 4-week survival food kit. Upon close inspection of the meals, what I found is a deal-breaker for me and should be for you too.
Out of 4 weeks of meals, there is a total of LESS THAN 80 grams of protein TOTAL in ALL the meals. Mostly, carbs and sodium. If you want protein, plan on adding it to the meals because they don't have it. If you are diabetic or someone in your family is, this is not for you.
What a scary thing to be dependent on this kind of food even if it is temporary. I'm going back to my other supplier. This is a total ripoff and I can't believe the people who created these meals have any type of dietary expertise and obviously are not qualified to create a nutrition plan. SAD.

I saw the TV commercial about the free 72-hour kit, just pay the shipping. I went for it. Yes, right after hitting confirm on the order page they send you the sales video with "Great Offers".
That's very annoying BUT, if you did sit for the 3-4 minute video, they did give a link to opt out of great offers and only send the free kit.
I got my kit in about 5days. So far I tried the Chicken Rice, not bad. I hope I don't need it, but it is in my "Oh Crap" closet.

I got the free 72 hour deal and bought the 3 month kit. I have tried several items and several are great, some very good and some ok. Out of about 8 items we have tried so far, none were bad. The lasagna had a bit more sauce than I like, but from the aspect of emergency food, it was fine. I don't particularly like the scare tactic thing. The reason I was on the site was because I see a need.
The service has been great, good food and he offers several items of interest to me. I like the storage totes that the food comes in as well. I think the seed vault looks great and can not wait to try some in the spring. So, I would say overall, I am a fan.

I ordered the three-month supply, and it was delivered within ten days. Have only sampled one item (the Fettucine Alfredo), and it was delicious, and more than I could eat alone! I'm a fan of Mountain House and the cook-in pouches, but they generally don't provide as much food per pouch. I also like the totes they were sent in, they are sturdy, stackable, and are easy storage.
If the rest of the products stand up to the taste and serving amount as the Fettuccine Alfredo, I would definitely recommend this to everyone as an emergency option for food supply.

That is not what happened in my case. I was charged the full $27.00 for the trial kit. 3 attempts to contact Food4Patriots people for resolution, including Frank, have gone unanswered.

The food may be good. Therefore if we like it, thank goodness we can go directly to the My Patriot Supply folks to make an order since this is where the meals are coming from in the first place. It's my opinion the Food4Patriots site is an affiliate program just for marketing, taking orders and receiving commissions on those orders.

BEWARE! After a lengthy video presentation, I ordered the free 72-hour meal for shipping costs only and then opted for the 3-month supply. However, after supplying my credit card information, an automatic notice that my shipment was processed without a preview screen of charges. I immediately called customer service found on the website to verify the amount of charge on my card. All numbers on the websites found lead back to the same "call room" reps that state they cannot assist as they have no information about "online" orders, have no corporate numbers, have no supervisors, and have no additional contact numbers.
I also left an email request to verify the same with no response and am still waiting for the call back after being prompted while on the wait line phone queue that will obviously never happen.
Public records at the Tennessee Secretary of State verifies this business located 1204 Elmwood Ave in Nashville per website. Registered contact persons are; Jacque Davis, Erin, and Allen Baler. The registered agent is James M@Azcox and listed address is 216 Centerview Dr. Brentwood, TN 37027.
To date, I have canceled my credit card and ordered a replacement as I do not know with whom they might share data, information. I also filed a complaint with the Nashville Better Business Bureau, and with the Tennessee State Atty's office. All complaints are related to the inability of this company to address simple customary concerns such as what amount was charged to my credit card and for what product.
SCAM? I don't know if the product is of quality or if it would be delivered at all. I do know for certain that there is no Customer Service, Public Relations department, corporate secretary or involved owners to assist with billing concerns.
