I am extremely satisfied with Groove Life's customer service. I had been wearing my Groove ring for over a year and rarely took it off. It has gone through a lot during its time on my finger (construction work, concrete work, car maintenance, barbell lifting, etc.). I noticed that it started to develop a tear this past week. The ring finally met its match today when my baby girl decided to pull it off my finger, successfully breaking my Groove ring. I emailed Groove Life and they responded very quickly. I explained what happened and they told me that it wasn't a problem at all and that I would be getting a replacement in the mail. Fully satisfied with the product and the service!

This is our 3rd brand of silicone ring that my husband and I have tried and this Groove is by far our favorite. Love the thin pearlized version.

I got the ring for my husband and he wore it for a few months, and then it started to make his finger raw so he took it off. I contacted them and they got back to me ASAP and are sending him a new ring, and I’ll be sending the old one back.

I purchased a Groove ring 2 years ago and going through the everyday abuse of a diesel mechanic I didn't have much faith in these rings. My ring finally broke and I tried to return it for warranty on the Groove ring website but my ring was discontinued. So I reached out to their customer service and they responded the same day to let me know me ring was discontinued. They let me pick out a different ring of my choice and of equal value and shipped it to me, all for free.

The ordering process was simple and easy. When the order arrived, the rings that were included were of great quality! However, I realized that one of the rings I had ordered was missing. I emailed Groove Life and they had no problem immediately issuing a replacement for the missing ring at no charge. Will be ordering again!

I’ve worn the design off of my nomad collection rings a few times. Each time I need a replacement ring, I receive fast service from a pleasant and capable individual.

I got these rings for my boyfriend and I as promise rings for each other. They are comfortable to wear and the engraving on the rings I ordered are great. My ring is a little too big but that was my fault for ordering the wrong size. My boyfriend's ring on the other hand fit him pretty well. These rings are comfortable and of great quality for the price. I would totally recommend buying this product.

These rings and watch bands are made very durable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again. Love my Groove Life silicone ring! Even more than the ring, I love their "No BS 94-Year Warranty" and the customer service that came with requesting a replacement when I broke my band (user-error!). They were very responsive, pleasant, and helpful to get a new band issued in no time!

She was absolutely amazing! Best customer service I had in a while. She was very helpful and responded in a timely fashion even though I gave her two separate exchange orders. She still manages to get everything done fast. I even got my rings within a week. Christy needs a raise! She got you a customer for life!

Other than the color not matching, the image on the Groove Life site and the size being off, the rings seem to be a good product! Also, if there are any issues all you have to do is contact the support email and they respond pretty quickly and will resolve the issue for you, no questions asked! Thanks Maddie for all your help!

I have worn a wedding ring for 30 years now and have had it cut off and put back together 3 times due to injuries to the ring finger. I looked hard to find a soft ring that was durable and comfortable. Groove Life was the perfect answer. I got the thin Mossy Oak patterns and I could not be more pleased. The price was awesome. I will surely order more and recommend to all my friends. Ordering and Customer Service were great and very helpful. I’m glad to have a wedding ring again, so is my wife! The ring is great, very comfortable, and I can’t even feel it. That is NOT the reason why I love this company. Their customer service is 10/10! I really appreciate that more than anything. If you have had bad customer service, you can appreciate great customer service. My ring finally broke from the coal mines and they immediately shipped another out free of charge the same day! My husband LOVES his rings. He lost the first one and then he got the special 2 for one deal from me as a surprise. When I contacted customer service about some issues I was having with the warranty, I received an immediate and personal response from a real person (you get so many automated replies these days)! In my profession, I get my hands dirty (high voltage construction and part-time firefighter/EMT), and this product holds up well and lasted longer than I expected. As far as the no BS warranty goes, it’s exactly that. It’s been almost 2 years since I purchased my ring and it has seen its final days, only had to pay shipping to have it replaced. That’s not all! My style ring is no longer in stock, however, I can pick any ring from the site (except custom) as my replacement!

My wife is a mechanic and obviously can’t wear her actual wedding ring so we chose to give her the Zeus.

We bought her ring in April and this past week she SOMEHOW twisted the anti-stretch band AND tore a hole in the ring itself.

When I went to cash in on the warranty I kept getting an error so I contacted customer care.

Kimberly let me know the reason I couldn’t proceed on the website is because the particular ring she chose in the beginning was discontinued but let me know to pick out the new ring and even waived the shipping fee for me. Next, Missy made sure my address was updated as we just recently moved, and Savannah let me know all was well.

I’m so grateful for the customer service I received and I can’t wait to see my wife’s face when her new ring comes in!
