Love my Apple Watch band. It gets heavy use every day. After some use (6 months), the space between two holes ripped. I emailed them on a Sunday and got an immediate response. Getting a replacement band shipped ASAP. I just have to pay S&H. Great products, great company. Ease of communication was a delight!

I purchased a women's Apple watchband and matching ring from Groove Life. After I made the purchase, I realized that I ordered the wrong size ring. I messaged Groove Life through Facebook Messenger and they responded immediately. I tried to catch the order before it had processed, but it was too late. My assumption was that I would have to wait until the wrong size came, contact them again, then do a return and hope that there wasn't a fee. Not with this company. They were so accommodating! They shipped out the correct size ring before I even got the other and told me to just swap the packages when it comes, and return the incorrect size. No additional charges or return/restock fees. Seriously the best customer service of any online store that I've ever purchased from, and I do a lot of online shopping! Each time I've had to contact them, even with just a general question, they are always so polite and quick to respond. The customer service alone would make me a repeat customer, but I love the comfort and style of my ring and band and will definitely be ordering from them again.

My husband loved his Groove ring but sadly lost it. We looked everywhere but could not find it. I knew they had a great warranty so went about trying to get a replacement. First tried to call but could not reach a live person. Hit the button to return or replace but it told me I could not return the ring and gave me no other options for replacement. They did ask if I wanted to do a chat, which I did and was told his ring was no longer an option. I could choose another so he picked out one and amazingly the chat was still open and connected with the same person. That never happens. They are replacing the lost ring and even waived the small charge to replace because we could not get the same ring. This went from a not easy to get started process to outstanding customer service in the end. Thank you, Groove!

I work a lot all day every day so I need a ring that’s not gonna get in my way, and this is it! It fits perfectly on my finger and I have had to have it 3 times. I can’t stand not wearing it breathable and it helps out a lot. I just wish the paint and the ring weren't breakable! I hate having to wait but overall I love my ring!

I placed my order while my boyfriend was at work and ordered the wrong size. A couple of hours later when he got home I found out and reached out to Groove. They responded immediately saying they have corrected my order to the correct size. Was very quick and large relief how smooth it went. Order arrived and it fit perfectly. He says he doesn't even feel it on his hand and forgets to take it off when he goes to sleep. It does feel a bit stiffer than his previous silicone rings but it's been a couple of days and no chip/tear/wear and he deals with using his hands and metal at work.

It's a silicone ring that is much more than a drop of silicone poured into a mold and then sold. There's design and functionality behind the ring. Not only do they look amazing, but they are actually great to wear.

Unlike the other silicone rings out there, the grooves in these rings actually perform. They work. They don't retain moisture that is common with non-breathable materials. They don't make your finger white and pruney which overtime will lead to pealing and itching skin. Groove Life has solved that problem. And they're extremely comfortable. So that's the functionality.

Then the form. Just look at all of the options on their website. These rings actually look good. Really good. The toughest part is actually picking a ring. My wife and I are on our second pair.

They're packaging is over-the-top as well. Expectedly.

Probably the best part of this entire experience is the customer service. Not to mention their bulletproof 94-Year Warranty. Their customer service is prompt and will go out of their way to take care of you. And they'll throw in a little humor as well.

You can't go wrong with these rings no matter how you look at it. Do yourself a favor and get one. Or two.

I am a repeat customer. I love these rings. I had ordered 2 of the same ring and when I got the order there was only 1 ring in there. I sent a picture of the label showing a quantity of 2 and the 1 ring I had and they responded very promptly and said they were sorry about the mistake and they already had another ring on the way. That simple. I was super impressed with how smooth they made it and I’m so thankful they didn’t make me jump through hoops. Love these rings, love this company! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ordered the Groove Life Ring off a recommendation from a friend. Ordering the ring was easy. Shipping was quick. When the ring arrived it had a small blemish on it. I took a picture of the blemish and emailed it to customer service. They answered my email within 24 hours, stating they were sending out another ring, no questions asked. Great company!

True to size, these fit perfectly, are affordable, and are especially great for my husband who works outside all the time and doesn’t want an expensive ring to get lost or damaged. These rings are 1000% worth every penny, and if you have any kind of issue you will receive an email within one day! Customer service is great. We had a problem with our mail, not ever the company. I used the ring sizer app to figure out what size we should order, it was a little off so we needed to do an exchange for a size smaller. The exchange process was easy and super simple. They didn't have the size I needed in the original style I ordered and I didn't want to wait. So I emailed them after I processed just my husband's exchange (they had the size he needed) and explained the situation. They asked me if I wanted to wait or change to a different style and I changed. Got confirmation back of my order change and being shipped within 10-15 minutes and an email back confirming what I would like.
