Gundry MD Bio Complete 3 Reviews

My wife and I are both trying Bio Complete 3. She, having some gastric issues noticed an immediate improvement. I, unfortunately, have not been able to detect any effect. My wife feels much better and at this point will continue to use Bio Complete 3. This is good evidence that it works for some, and not for others. Assuming for those it works for there is a definite issue that needed some help.

I found the product through an ad and I thought it was the only option, so I ordered the Bio Complete 3. Now I found a second ad for the Total formula and being on a budget, wish I had purchased it instead. I feel it would suit my problem more effectively. I've already spent my money so I'll finish the Bio Complete 3, since I am gaining some relief from it also. I feel the advertising for Dr. Gundry's products has caused me to purchase the wrong product. Still yet, I am happy to report that the Bio Complete 3 is helping me manage the chronic gastritis that I've suffered with for over 5 years now. I have stopped taking Imodium by the handful to manage the daily bouts of diarrhea. I still experience the symptom two or three minor times a week instead of daily, but it's better. I just wish I had found the Total formula first, because I feel I could gain complete relief from an ailment that I've suffered daily with, as I said for almost 5 years.

It's a great product so far, so I don't want to return it, but the failure of your advertising to provide the clear fact, that there are other similar products offered, has led me astray of what I feel I really should have purchased and set me back in my search for some kind of relief from my ailment. I have learned a lot over the years and there are noticeable signs I've found, that lead to leaky gut syndrome, but I had never heard of it before. So I could never pinpoint my problem. Neither could the geologist I was going to, either. Thanks for the great products, Doctor, you're helping a lot of people, and thanks for listening.

I've had many GI problems since I was ill nine years ago. I've had to take laxatives and stool softeners regularly, and sometimes Imodium when it overworked. I have other medical issues as well. I've been taking the Bio Complete 3 for about a month. I have gotten much more regular, and having less problem with gas and occasional diarrhea. I still need to take my stool softeners and laxative most days, but I can feel a change. I think it takes time to adjust when you've had so many problems for so long. So I think probiotics and prebiotics are a big help.

I’ve no more intestinal burning. My bowel movements are amazingly smooth and comfortable. My abdominals are a ripped 6-pack. More importantly, I feel lighter. My obliques and fish gills are showing.

I have a renewed sense of energy and mental clarity. I gave a bottle to my girlfriend and she’s experiencing the same benefits, especially the comfortable bowel movements and no inflammation!

Into my 2nd bottle and it has not worked for me. I lost my regular bowel habit and hard to go to the restroom, and also have gained weight instead of losing! I think I wasted my money! I had used Restore before with no problems!

I have been using Bio Complete 3 for about 3 weeks now after watching the presentation of Dr. Gundry about how the supplement can help with weight loss. I never had a problem with bloating or moving my bowels but I thought it will help me to lose some weight. I didn't see any changes with my weight after taking 4 capsules a day and my body started to feel different lately. I have been taking Centrum Silver as my supplement for a long time and my doctor knows about it. I have not mentioned Bio Complete 3 to my doctor because I have not been to my doctor's office since I started taking it. I don't think that I will be buying any refill at this time.

I have been taking Bio Complete 3 for a month. I have chronic heartburn and since taking Bio Complete 3, my heartburn episodes are almost gone. I take Bio Complete 3 in the morning with two glasses of water and wait at least two hours before eating breakfast. I am hoping my heartburn episodes are gone forever.

Bio Complete 3 does not seem to interfere with the Low FODMAP diet I am using currently. Rational for design of the product makes sense to me, as a retired RD.

For over 24 years I have been struggling with SIBO as diagnosed by "GI-MAP" DNA Stool Analysis. My history includes breast cancer, twice, 24 years apart, as well as numerous surgeries replete with antibiotics and all the problems that ensue. I obviously have had leaky gut all those years. I chose to add Bio Complete 3 to complement the supplements I take for dysbiosis related to overgrowth of Candidiasis and Methanobacteriaceae. I think it will help rejuvenate my gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT) thus support my immune system. I've had no negative side effects.

When I first began taking this product about a month ago I was in the bathroom quite a bit and believed it to be a good sign as maybe my system was cleaning itself out. Next thing I noticed was a new sense of well-being (this was purely physical).

But now it has been over a month and I really am not sure it actually did anything but give me diarrhea and the illusion of feeling better as belief is a very powerful force. The video which led me to buy was very hopeful and uplifting and I was too once I made the decision to order and use this.

Now I am taking a wait and see attitude. I still have 3 more bottles and plan to continue to use as directed and continue to hope. If there are any changes or updates I will edit this review. I will say yes to the recommend question because there are no "maybe" or "wait and see" options, but I will not recommend YET until I am sure myself...at the same time, I will not say anything negative either because that would also be unfair when I am not sure myself!

Product is working as advertised. Saw improvement in a couple of days after starting the treatment.

After about a month of the program, were improved regular bowel moments. Stools turned a blackish color early on in the program. Color has returned to a brownish color. Indicates to me a "scrubbing" of the intestinal walls. Body had a lot of aches in joints, stiffness, overall fatigue. No energy. That has all improved after a month into the program.

I intend to continue with this product as it is so far helping me feel much better. I highly recommend the product for intestinal health.

I have had a problem with leaking stool for a few years. I have been taking Bio Complete 3 for almost a month now (4 a day). I have only had two minor slip-ups in the last 4 weeks now. So far I’m very pleased with my purchase.
