Overall I feel good, bowel movements are not regular though and that has changed. More hydration needed or more green salads? Possibly the gut is adjusting to the pre, post probiotics. Steaming foods such as oats, vegetables. Not been eating nightshade vegetables at all.

I was skeptical at first but did decide to try this as a new beginning to my health. I have only been using the Bio Complete 3 for about 4 weeks. My wife and I have also started a new healthy diet following Dr. Gundry’s suggestions. Have lost 7 pounds. I can tell that my digestion is changing. My pooping is slowly returning to a normal state. I’m a 62-year-old retired airline pilot. And airline life is now an absolutely miserable place to be! I always had alot of issues, heartburn, and some occasional bloating. Heartburn has been my major issue, it was so bad that the pills I used to take were no longer working so instead of getting stronger meds, I just order the Bio Complete 3 to try and it's been working really good out of the 2 weeks that I been taking it. I only got heartburn 2 days before taking it (it was a daily thing for me). I also noticed that I am not as tired like I used to be, and I am a mother of three, all under 10, so that was a plus.
