I've only been taking Bio Complete 3 for 3-4 weeks now and I noticed some improvement by the 3rd day. I have had every symptom listed that this product is supposed to help with and it does. I have to admit I have a gluten sensitivity that I have a hard time controlling. If I was able to stay away from breads and pastas, I'm sure I would be doing better. I have ordered 3 more bottles because Bio Complete 3 has helped me feel better than anything else I've tried from other doctors. I have recommended this to some friends with similar tummy troubles.

So far, on the whole, I’m experiencing better digestion and bowel movements. I take two capsules in the morning after breakfast and the other two several hours later. I can’t say I eat the best diet nor eat at the optimum times of day due to my work schedule.

This is my first time trying any of the Gundry products. I watched a video on social media and decided to place an order. I was a little skeptical at first but I'm sure glad I took the chance. It has only been about two weeks since I've started using the Bio Complete 3 and let me tell you, so far so good. I'm in my mid 30s, for as long as I know myself I've struggled with constipation. I'm talking weeks of not doing a number 2 or having to take a laxative to relieve myself. I try eating healthy and drinking a lot of water. I tried other products but the victory was always short-lived. I have noticed a real change with my digestive system for the past three days and the fact that it has been consistent gives me hope that this Bio Complete 3 will set me on the right path.

I’m almost through my first bottle. I ordered three. I’m not sure whether it’s working for me. I’m still experiencing gas and bloating. Bowel movements are better, but up and down. Although I have not seen anything specific in Gundry’s educational tutorials, I got Bio Complete 3 to see if it might address moderately severe reflux of over 7 months and unknown cause thus far. I stopped taking Prilosec after a month of very little change and noticed slight improvements each day with this new product. Still in the "beginnings" with fingers crossed since my biome probably is very compromised...

Your product went to work as described and I started going to the bathroom regularly and was happy with how quickly I went from constipation to elimination of waste with much more ease. I felt better overall and am now much more excited when entering the bathroom instead of dreading it.

I can tell a difference in my stomach, I have had a lot of problems with my stomach all my life. I'm still in the experimenting phase of the medication. I have told several people about the medication that have the same problems I do.

When I watched the initial video I felt like it described MY digestive issues from the past decade. I was really encouraged by the fact that I wouldn't have to start by changing my diet. I could take the Bio Complete 3 to help me start fixing my gut. I am almost a month in. I do have better bowel movements but I still get quite a bit of gas and cramping before I go.
