Since taking Primal Plants, I have not had any problems with colds, flu or sinusitis. I have to say that I also take the Vital Reds every morning.

Approximately three months ago, I read a report Dr. Gundry put out about eating properly and actually reversing heart/vascular disease. I first bought the Diet Revolution then Plant Paradox. I was in.

First of all, I purchased Vital Reds, then Primal Plants.

I followed instructions in Diet Revolution faithfully. I began losing weight, feeling better, got more energy, and my digestive track was on track. I had my annual wellness visit with my Primary Care Doctor and he was shocked at my story. Three months following Dr. Gundry's program, I have lost 18 pounds! My beginning weight was 211 pounds, and last Sunday I weighed in at 193! My blood pressure has dropped from 136/87 to 109/78 on average. My blood pressure medication has been cut to 6.50 mg.

I live on a lake in Eastern Washington. Last Sunday my wife and I went for an eight-mile walk along the lake, three hours total time, and feel great. I am 67 years old/young and have my life back.

Primal Plants is quite new for me, as I started with Vital Reds. I now take three of Dr. Gundry products. I was worried what the taste would be like as I'm somewhat fussy with liquids, however, the Primal Plants is perfectly pleasant for drinking. I have a shaker which does a good job of mixing it up, so there are no lumps or dry bits.

I would have to say my energy levels are hugely improved, but as I said I also take Vital Reds which was already improving my health. I also put half a scoop of Prebiothrive into the Primal Plants. I just love it that I'm putting so much goodness into my body and most importantly improving my gut health. I can only go one way now, thanks to Dr. Gundry, who has put his heart into changing lives.

I am 58 years old and I started getting some acne, which I never had. So my husband sent me the link to this product and I listened to it and purchased the product. A month ago I found out I am severely deficient in B12, Iron, and D vitamins. My doctor said that I should see a major energy increase after a week of supplementation with those vitamins. While I did feel an improved mental outlook, increased energy? Not so much.

I'll be honest. I struggled with the taste the first day or two. I'm mixing it in water. I came across a video of Primal Plants through a thread from a health blog I subscribe to. I am almost 60 years young, work full-time, but lack the energy I used to have. I am not sure what caught my eye about this video since the Primal Plants was being advertised for skin issues. I have very good skin and never really had a problem with acne or blemishes. But I watched the video anyway and became very interested in the other (great) side effects from this supplement. I eat pretty healthfully; no processed foods, try to stay away from sugar, and I am an organic gardener and benefit from all the veggies from my garden. I am always a little skeptical of videos that brag amazing benefits, so I did my due diligence and read up as much as I could about Dr. Gundry and Primal Plants. I couldn't find anything bad about Dr. Gundry or Primal Plants. The ingredients seemed too good to be true in a single serving, but I decided to purchase a three-months supply and try it myself.

I have been taking Primal Plants for only one month now, and I feel like I have so much energy. There are no side effects, no headaches or nausea (like after taking vitamins on an empty stomach). I feel like I can take on the day head on and nothing gets in my way. Before Primal Plants, not only was I dragging, but it was easy to just sit on the couch and not get anything done. I had no motivation. For me, this is a wonder supplement.

I bought this because it promises to help straighten out the balance of good bacteria/bad bacteria in my gut.

I had radiation for my prostate four years ago, and a side effect of that was some amount of radiation proctitis. I also took some antibiotics in connection with related procedures. That was necessary, but I think the antibiotics may have contributed to messing up the good bacteria in my gut, which was already sensitive due to the radiation (before all of this, I never had a problem).

Not to be gruesome, but on and off I have had a lot of gas in my gut, resulting in explosive bowel movements some days, but most days not. My colon doctor has tried to straighten me out by eating lots of fruit and fiber and taking good probiotics, and I continue to do all of that. But I was only about 80% better.

I started taking Primal Plants about three weeks ago. Within a week, there was a noticeable change in my bowel movements. As a result, I have more control over when I go. Much less gas. Bowel movements are not as soft. If anything, Primal Plants makes me a bit constipated, and most people would think that is not a great result, but trust me, it is great after what I have been through. I am just almost completely back to normal, which is the first time I can say that in four years.

I definitely plan to keep taking this. I don't know why it works, it just seems to work. I'm not going to argue with success!

This is my first month on Primal Plants Green. The first few days I tried just mixing it with water and drinking it down. It was okay, but then I began mixing it with the 8 oz of water and adding it to a sparkling water (LaCroix Coconut is my favorite). Since then I use it as my afternoon treat, and I really look forward to that rest time. Not only do I get the benefits of the Green, but I have increased my water intake for each day.

I have always suffered from digestive problems, since I was a baby actually. I have tried many many different probiotics and different digestive aids. Even though I have always stuck with the more nature/natural supplements, I always experienced some kind of distress.
