No response and can't track

I saw HiSmile's products everywhere and thought that I would try it out. Everyone got good results and everything so it should work.

I purchased it on the 14th of this month and got an email saying that the packed was being shipped and I could track it with a link in the email. Only to be thrown back onto my final order side to see a box where it said: "Direct Link tracking number: N/A." And there is no way for me to track my order.

I thought that maybe something was wrong and emailed HiSmile about my problem tracking my order. I got an email back saying they had gotten my email and would be in touch soon.

It has now been four days, and nothing has happened. I emailed them again today hoping for a response.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Not what I was hoping for, will never order again.

I'm disappointed with this Gold Coast company.

I have purchased once a long time ago, used the whole thing, and no result at all. I just let it slide.

This time they had 30% off so I thought I would give it another go. Same result. As I followed their money back guarantee steps and rules, they were able to 100% give me my money back!

The process was fast and easy because I live in the same city as their warehouse. The customer service reps are nice too. Although I had to send the empty product back at my own cost, which is not mentioned on their website. I don't know how much people from other places like China can actually get back after their shipping fees.

Anyway, I'm not sure how well it works for other people, but for me, it failed both times. However, it's much cheaper than professional whitening, maybe give it a go too?

We require this so that we are able to see the product was used in full, and once we receive it in our warehouse, we process a full refund of the product costs.

Not impressed

I ordered this after seeing all the ads that made it seem that HiSmile seriously whitened your teeth. When I ordered a while back, they claimed it would whiten my teeth by 8 shades. Today, I went back and their claim has gone down to 2 shades. I’ve ordered twice in hopes that my teeth would reach the maximum white they could. However, after two purchases (12 sessions) my teeth are maybe 1 shade lighter (if I’m really pushing it). Not impressed. I am going to head to the dentist from now on. I blew 120 bucks on the stupid thing.

Not worth the risk

Just reading these reviews are scary! It’s bad for your enamel and you shouldn’t keep using or lose all of your enamel? I had some sensitivity after the 3rd use and they did not appear any whiter after the 6th use. I regret purchasing this product and I’m waiting for a reply back from them and I’ll post there response!

Don’t work

Bought with Afterpay a set and a refill pack. Teeth are still yellow. Used actually like it says, the last two applications I even tried to leave on for two intervals and still nothing. Teeth at the bottom still yellow as before. Didn’t take pictures because I was for sure it would work. Guess I was wrong. Only had for 3 weeks and still got to finish paying for it. Dud.

Don’t pay extra for express shipping

I was really excited to use the products. I even paid additional to have it delivered within 3 days. It’s been over a week now and nothing has been delivered. Kinda sucks that they don’t give you tracking details also. You're better off ordering from Amazon.

Worse than before

I was really excited to get this product as I had been unhappy with the colour of my teeth forever. It came in a really nice box and I was really looking forward to my whiter teeth. I used it once a day, just like it's recommended and waited.

And yes, it actually did something. After like 4 uses, strange white spots appeared on my teeth. I thought they might go away and went on using the gels until they were empty.

My conclusion: All that happened to me was that I got white spots on my teeth and they now look worse than before. I went to the HiSmile's website to check if they offer a refund or anything like that - but they don't. So I'm certainly not buying this stuff again.

Based on my experience, the product is crap and doesn't work

When I posted on Instagram that it was crap and it didn't work on myself and five other people agreed, we were tagged in a comment from HiSmiles to contact them to help us get the results. They were not interested in helping at all, they just told me how to use it (which I was doing correctly) and that was the end of that. Save your money!

I hear charcoal whitens teeth and there is a new company out there who sells it in a little tub. Give that or anything else a go!

Terrible Cheap Chinese Product

I spent almost $100 on their products and when they arrived I realized it was the same $5 crap on eBay, just with branding. Went through an entire kit and did not notice a single difference. Very disappointed in this rubbish product.

Just awful!

I was super excited to get my product to try!

I have seen the YouTube and social media posts and couldn't wait to get my box! I bought everything and even did express delivery but it never showed up.

The company tried to palm me off onto their delivery service and told me they won't send me out a new box or refund my shipping costs when it is them who has to do this!

No one wants to help whatsoever. What a bad company!

They just wanted to get rid of me and not help.

It is not worth your time.

I want a refund

I only bought the products from the website once as a gift for a friend. And now I'm being charged $19.49 for something that I did not buy recently. I send TWO emails and got no reply. There's not even a number that I can call. I want the money back.
