I ordered from this company who sent me out a faulty item. The batteries they sent did not work so was unable to use. I send them 3 emails to which I got no response so I sent the item back. I still had nothing from them and managed to contact on Twitter where they lied that they had replied to my email, told me that they can’t assist as I had opened the box? Makes no sense, so now I have wasted my money on a faulty product that I have now sent back and there is no word of any resolution of me receiving a refund due to the faulty item? I’m shocked by how bad this company has handled my situation. AVOID!

Bought with Afterpay a set and a refill pack. Teeth are still yellow. Used actually like it says, the last two applications I even tried to leave on for two intervals and still nothing. Teeth at the bottom still yellow as before. Didn’t take pictures because I was for sure it would work. Guess I was wrong. Only had for 3 weeks and still got to finish paying for it. Dud.

First off, a big shout out to HiSmile and it's out of this world products! I have been using HiSmile products for a few weeks now, and am completely addicted and in love with how white my teeth now are.

Despite some of these bad reviews, give HiSmile a go because it does vary from person to person, and the state your teeth are already in. But I am definitely satisfied!

I have been using HiSmile for at least three years and I have or never will try anything else because it's the best thing I've ever used. My results are always amazing and keep me smiling all day!

So I ordered the whole kit about two months ago, and I was super excited to try it out.

I gave it a go about three times before realizing the LED light was flickering after about five minutes and then would completely turn itself off. I emailed the customer service team, and I had a response that same day. They sent out a brand new one for me and apologized for the inconvenience. We were back and forth with emails regarding some complications, and they were SO helpful and kind. I spoke to a number of people, and each and every one of them was outstanding. I never waited longer than two days for a reply, which I found amazing.

This company really does go the extra mile to help you and resolve any problems. Also, despite only using my faulty one a handful of times, I still noticed some results and can't wait to see how well my teeth turn out with a properly working one! Thank you once again.

The HiSmile team's customer service is amazing!

After I accidentally wrote the wrong post code in my address and having it delivered one hour away (oops), I messaged the HiSmile team to let them know. After I tried (and failed) to get in touch with the Australia post multiple times, I asked the HiSmile team to wait for my parcel to be sent back to the company so they could then resend it to my actual address. Instead, they sent me a new parcel in the express mail as they didn't want me to wait any longer for their product. It arrived in under 24 hours!

They have amazing communication skills and are very friendly and co-operative. They were very helpful even though it wasn't their fault. And the product is absolutely amazing so far, I definitely recommend it!

Honestly, I've had nothing but great experiences with these guys and with the products!

I've been using the kit for the last three months now, and I couldn't be happier with my results. I've used other whitening brands, and either didn't see results or they caused sensitivity, so the fact that I've found a product that actually does what it says is an actual life changer.

I can understand that not everyone will achieve the same results I have and that everyone's teeth are different. I bought a kit for my sister-in-law for her birthday, and unfortunately, we hit a couple of hiccups!

The parcel didn't arrive in the right time frame but I received an email from HiSmile that it was returned to them because I didn't actually put my sister's house number on the order! They resent it for me the next day, and it arrived in time for her birthday.

Unfortunately, she didn't get the same good results I did, maybe because she's a heavy smoker, I don't know, but we followed the directions and sent her before and after photos through, and I received a refund. I'm going to take the money and buy more gels for myself!

Long story short, just follow the instructions, check the terms on the website (same as any company) and just contact them if you have any issues, they are so helpful!

Since using HiSmile, I have noticed a huge difference with my teeth. It has helped remove stains, made my teeth whiter and my gums look healthier. The day and night toothpaste work amazing on my teeth. The day toothpaste protects and prevents stains on my teeth, and the night one helps removes stains. They all so taste minty, and the charcoal is not messy, which is fabulous. The kit has made my teeth so much whiter, which has really helped with my confidence.
