That is what I feel about being on this program. I get up with a more positive outlook every morning because I know I am on a journey to excellent health. Not just physical health but mental health as well. I have spent years trying to shed pounds that I felt ashamed for. I no longer feel that after reading Dr. Gundry's book, Plant Paradox. It was like he was speaking right to me.

I have told many about the program and gave several books away at Christmas. I think everyone should be on this and my grandchildren are already learning about this.

I ordered two bottles on 12/28/18 and probably received the order a few days later. We'll say I started taking Lectin Shield on 1/3/19. I am pretty good about remembering to take Lectin Shield with my first meal of the day but sometimes forget to take Lectin Shield with dinner. I have noticed that my pants are not as snug as they used to be and my wife thinks I have lost some weight. I am about 50 lbs overweight, so that's good. I have an old knee injury that has really been painful for months. That pain has almost completely gone away. I have bursitis in my greater trochanter and that was very painful for the last two years. To me, the hip pain is totally resolved. I have noticed a bit more energy. I did not have digestive issues before. I think if I can exercise just a little I can lose my big gut. There have been no side effects that I have noticed. I need to get The Plant Paradox recipes working. Very good product, I would purchase again. Thanks.

I have been gluten intolerant for three years and also very sensitive to nightshades, and since using Lectin Shield, I have been able to eat gluten products and nightshades without any symptoms. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!

Lectin Shield has given me noticeable results when I indulge in foods containing lectin. At first, I only used it when I was out at a restaurant or eating with friends/family at their homes. Now I find that it helps to mentally keep me on track with my eating and yet able to indulge once in a while in a lectin containing food. Great product! Lectin Shield is my new BFF!

My experience started in May 2018. I started the diet revolution and the first product I loved was Prebiotics. Along the way I tried several products. After I was closer to reaching my goal weight and was adding some foods back but still eating healthy 95 percent of the time I bought Lectin Shield. It has become my favorite product because I can easily see it working. From May up to present time I have lost 39 pounds! I absolutely love Lectin Shield! It really works! The amazing thing is I have always been a yo-yo dieter and I went on the diet plan never dreaming I would ever be on it long term. I told myself I have to stay on this plan for 30 days just to get in control of what I eat. Nobody was more surprised than me. Not only have I stayed on it but I have no desire to go back. Take Lectin Shield most days, twice to ensure lectins blocked. Lost eleven pounds need to lose 100. Confidence in product and it gives peace of mind. So far great!

Eating less animal protein and more green vegetables. Have struggled to find pastured chicken locally. Using Quorn products often. No cravings at all. Using recipes in Plant Paradox and companion cookbook. Love to watch videos online and it reinforces the food list program.

I have researched about the lectin and its effect on your body. It is hard for me to avoid all lectins from my food. So I think it is smart to take something with my food that can block lectin absorbed into my system. I love Lectin Shield to keep me off from lectins as much as possible.

Hi, I've been really struggling with weight and I found both Lectin Shield and Deborah Murtagh Keto diet online about the same time. I was pretty sure Keto would work, however, all the vegetables that are low in carbs seem to be high in lectins, so at the moment I'm taking the Lectin Shield and eating on the Keto diet and I've been on it for five days and I've lost 1.4 kg so far. For me, that is amazing as I have tried very hard to lose weight and as soon as I got over 40 I found it very difficult, even though I had success when I was younger with diets and had lost significant amounts of weight. I've noticed I am not hungry and I am more alert and I generally feel better. I'm not sure which product to attribute it to, but I suppose it's some combination of both.

Almost every day, there is something served with a meal that may require Lectin Shield. In my case, I like a piece of French Sour Dough toast with my smoothy and berries in coconut milk. Always when going out to eat, I take two Lectin Shield tablets with me.

Also in the smoothy are Dr. Gundry's suggested supplements - Vital Reds and Primal Plants plus Oregon Grape.
