I had come to get a medication filled. I put in my request and they kept me in contact every step of the way. The doctor had messaged me through their website and gave me a ton of info on the medication. One thing I appreciated more than anything, but also so unique they give the option to send it to you and receive within 2-3 days (I personally didn't do it this way), OR you can get it filled at a local pharmacy. I have picked the local pharmacy and I had no issues and I could pick up my prescription next day! Overall the service was absolutely amazing and I'd recommend to anyone! I placed an order for Ed medication and the package was scheduled to be delivered by 6/18/2019 via USPS. Did not receive the package even when shipment tracking suggested was delivered. Waited two days in case delivery was done later. Still no package and decided to contact their customer service support. Response to my email was prompt and they assured me that a replacement package would be sent. Today 6/23/2019 I received the package as promised. This was the best thing created this century. I took a urine test from Azo to see I had a UTI. Instead of making a doctor appt, begging to get in, then waiting, then leaving with a prescription to get filled, I just went on my phone. The wait was only 6 minutes, I saw Andre Tarin, NP, right away. Told him my issue, he immediately sent my prescription to my local pharmacy. The process was so easy and for the same price as my co-pay! ZERO REGRETS!

I turned to my PCP for help with depression and anxiety. She, in turn, handed me a list of psychiatrists in the area. After calling over 20 and finding that providers either a) did not take ANY insurance or b) would not take on new patients, I was desperate. I don't have $600 for an intake with a psychiatrist and I can't wait 3 months to see someone who takes my insurance (a very good PPO plan for which I pay a portion out of each paycheck). My primary refused to prescribe a different antidepressant (wanting me to see a specialist) and my anxiety and depression have been particularly bad and I simply wanted to switch SSRIs and try a different approach. It is hard enough to ask for help with depression and anxiety, and then to be told that, basically, sorry, there is no help...keep calling and calling. It took so much effort just to ask for help in the first place! I was left floundering by my primary care and saw an ad for this service, so I figured I would try it. Within 30 minutes I had a video consult, I was able to ask questions, receive answers and I will be switching medications to another SSRI that will, hopefully, be better suited to me. Fantastic!

So I’m at work and have been putting off going to the doctor. I have no refills left and haven’t had an outbreak in a while. The experience with Lemonaid was wonderful. The app works perfectly with all the information you need to determine the right course of action with regard to your specific health concerns. The app lets you know how long you will be waiting to talk to a doctor. The wait was not that long and I spoke to a Dr. Bhat out of California. Great physician. Personable, and quite helpful. You felt as if his job was to support you. Also, having a video chat was a very personal touch. Customer Support is excellent for Lemonaid. So far, I have dealt with Aly, Blain, and Christen in Patient Support. All were very responsive and you could tell from the tone in their emails that they are there to help you. You should always have your own primary care doctor but it is good to know that there are other sources of medical advice such as lemonade. Excellent service and experience.

I found your company through the internet. I was skeptical of course. The prices are fantastic and the service sounded amazing. There seem to be a lot of scams out there. I signed up and had a video chat with a nurse practitioner. He was very professional and based out of California.
