For starters, when I first ordered it in May 2018, I didn't get charged the $20, I got charged $37. Then since May they have pulled over $300 from my bank acct. That's the full amount of the system, yet I'm still getting charged $43 and change, and when I called I was told I have two more payments and then the system will be fully paid for. The $300 I've already paid should be the end of it, but it's not.

I explained that I ordered it because I have stage III cancer and its taken a toll on me, especially how I look, I look 20 years older than I am. I told them I have not opened up or used any of the make-up or the system, and not even the free gifts. So I asked if I could send it back and was told no because it's past the 30 days. Then I asked if I can cancel the auto-ship and was again told no. I asked because I haven't used anything yet and four of the times they pulled a payment they made my bank account overdrawn and I had to pay for that.

All they have done is refund a whole whopping $20 (which they said is a late fee charge, but how can it be a late fee when they get their money every time they have pulled it from my bank account), to my account and cut my shipments to every four months and for only $9.95 (which is supposedly 75% off). So I guess I'm going to have to report them to the BBB and get a lawyer and sue them. They have left me no other choice.

I got the product and the colors do not match at all. They sent two bottles; one makes me look red and the other was 5 shades darker than my skin. It is very hard to use this machine, and it spit/sputtered the foundation on.

When I called to return the product, I was informed that it would take up to 8 weeks to inspect the machine before they would refund my money. Also, there are lots of hidden fees! I had to give it a one-star rating as zero stars was not an option. I am very disappointed with this product, the infomercial was very deceiving...now I know why this commercial is on late at night.

I'm very frustrated with my purchase. I canceled the "club membership" three months later, I'm still being charged for makeup even though it was returned and I should have gotten a refund for it. They are good at drafting, but not returning your money.

I ordered this and decided I didn't need it so I returned the device. They said they never got it. Then when I called to pay for the device and stop reoccurring payments they told me they couldn't do it. I asked how much it cost and the rep told me "around $43.00". At this point, I had already paid for the device and told him to refund me the difference and stop the payments. He again told me this is not possible. WHAT A FRAUD!

Well, my package was returned today due to that fact I had put a PO Box address on it. The system allowed it to be put there. So my package was returned. I paid for the 2-day shipping and called to get my refund. I got into an argument with the lady about getting my money back and to have another package sent. I requested a supervisor after argument. The floor supervisor said they had to receive the package back into the warehouse before they could send me my package, in meantime, they have my money and are withholding my package. Now, mind you, it takes 5 days for them to get it back to their warehouse. Why is no one looking at the orders before they are going out? They know their process and that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. How am I supposed to know it's coming until the email. Really.

Luminess Air is not that great at all. I've found better coverage at a low cost such as L'Oréal foundation. Luminess Air has a sticky feeling when applied, and another thing, the advertisement claimed it was for $19.99 when you order but it turns out to be a $37.00. This thing its nothing but a false advertisement. I would not recommend it to a friend at all. It's a bunch of crap. Furthermore, they took money out of my account, which I had specifically had told them not to use the account. Nothing but a big scam, very disgusted.

My husband bought me this as a gift. I got it but I didn’t like it. The Luminess Air is like painting a wall. It sucks. So I just put it aside. I didn’t know that I need to return it within 7 days, if not the company will charge us monthly. This happened almost a year ago. I wrote emails to the company trying to stop them from charging me and told them clearly that I don’t need any of their products in the future. But the company kept trying to charge me. I closed my bank account to escape this. But I still got the company letter that says "we have made several attempts to process payments with the credit card information provided and have been unable to collect payment...therefore your account is in danger of being sent to our collection agency". My husband only bought once and paid about $39 something, we received one product. But the nightmare began from the moment we supplied our bank account information - we don’t want to do business with them but we don’t know how to stop them from doing business with us.

I have had no luck for over a month now. The first machine did not work. The second machine was different, sent without tube or stylists.

I sent emails and got one reply to three. They just wanted to charge me more for the second machine, even though they sent the wrong one with me not being able to use it.

I will try again and then will be calling my credit card company to handle it and get my money back.

Over a year later and they just can't seem to understand you can't expect a plastic bottle of makeup is not going to make it unbroken from Texas to Florida in a bubble mailer envelope. Not only that, the bottles are poorly made and leak soon after the seal is taken off and are shaken. The shaking is needed to mix the product before each use so I found myself trying to hold my fingers over the crack in the bottles with the lid off and the hole at the top to shake and I just had a mess.

After being patient waiting for new and improved bottles to be made and then sent out, I found that the new bottles are just as bad and as of today with the beauty club shipment received broken and makeup all over the inside of the invoice and mailer again, I called and canceled. Because again, I did not want another bottle sent where they would be more careful this time with the shipment and they were so sorry it happened again. I wanted to talk to someone with some clout in the company and find out why they can't get it right the first time. Why I am going to be charged $3.00 for another bottle to be sent out to me when it's their fault the bottle did not make it to me intact?

I seriously believed these infomercials I was watching and believed Luminess makeup would make my face flawless, make my wrinkles less defined because that's what it showed on the infomercials. Well, that was not the case. Instead, it sunk into my wrinkles, made me look older than what I am, and I'm only 34 but it made me look like I was in my late forties, I looked awful. Luminess tried sending me out different makeup, none of the makeup matched my face, even when I would try blending different shades, nothing worked.

I could have dealt with the shades not matching my face more than I can deal with the fact that it goes into every wrinkle and does not cover any of my blemishes unless I layer the Luminess on, which then only makes the makeup go deeper into my wrinkles, especially around my eyes, and make my pores look so large. I tried to return it and they kept suggesting different ideas so I would extend my trial. Until eventually I called back and said it's just not working and they didn't care, they said it was past my trial period and I was stuck with it!
