Hi, I'm a person who has been battling weight gain and loss for years ever since my early days in High School. I have lost and gained a combined weight of over 500 lbs. over the years.

As a gastric by-pass patient who topped out at a whooping 412 lbs., I know a thing or two about gaining and loosing weight. I lost over 250 lbs. in a single year.

That is part of the success story but not the total story. I started gaining weight back because I went back to my old ways of sitting on the couch not eating properly and just overeating. I have gained back from 187 lbs. to 273 which is where started the BIO X4. I'm proud to say that I'm now down to 250 lbs even. This is my short term goal. My long term is 200 lbs.

I have followed Dr. Lee's instructions to the T. 30 min a day of walking every day, 7 days a week except when it's en-claimant weather. I have gone to a non gluten diet which mainly means no wheat there is plenty of non-gluten substitutes that are fantastic. I only drink water and my Joint Juice and I take my BIO X4 with 16 oz bottle of water before each meal, that's it. Oh and no yogurt, as if that was ever going to be an issue.

My Gastric by-pass which was done over 9 years ago was still a new procedure called the Fobi Pouch, it helped but was not a permanent fix, merely a tool to assist my desire to achieve my goal. But now I am using Bio X4 to help achieve my further goals.

Dr. Lee has given me instructions on what to do and I have done them and have gained positive results from it. If it were not so, I would definitely be telling you that story as well because I fell victim to that side of the story. When I started Bio X4 early in April, I was drinking 7-12 cans of Pepsi (made with sugar) daily, and I weighed over 285 pounds. I stopped drinking Pepsi, and stopped eating any sugar, and it was easy. In fact, I have never looked back. I have been living on 1000-1200 calories daily, with no hunger issues -- I literally eat by the clock, meaning, come 1:00-2:00, I remind myself to eat lunch, because I know I should eat, not because I am craving/starving/going nuts. I now weigh under 240 pounds (about 3 months after starting Bio X4). I need to get below 220, before my pain usually goes away. I am very happy with Bio X4.

I fought thrush for years and had no idea why. Everything prescription the doctor gave me never worked or didn't work for long to keep it from coming back. I ordered Bio X4 because I've been through chemo and my system wasn't working properly. I found that within a couple of weeks I feel much better and, though I wasn't taking it to lose weight, I have lost about 7 pounds. I think the product works great. I have been trying to cut down my craving to eat more than I should and at time overeat and munch on junk food. I am also experiencing flaring up of my acid reflux. When I saw the ad on this product, to help lose weight with natural ingredients and help reduce acid reflux and shape up stomach, I thought I should try and see what happens. I am on my third bottle and I had lost up to 3 lbs so far, with less flaring up of my acid reflux and my stomach is getting smaller. Bio X4 has been a God send for me. Other probiotics have not provided the same measure of relief as I find with the Bio X4 product. Although I remain to have issues with both constipation and diarrhea, these episodes are far less frequent than before I began using the Bio X4 product. I will continue to use this product faithfully as my quality of life is significantly improved.

I originally started taking BIO X4 for the probiotics that I was hopeful would help with my symptoms from Crohn's Disease. Yes it did help alleviate my digestive issues. But I experienced some miraculous side effects. I no longer had food cravings, did not think about food all the time and I was satisfied with smaller meals. I just stopped eating when I was full. This was a changed habit for me. My appetite had shrunk. That's not all, so did my stomach, I had lost almost 10 lbs. without changing my diet or even trying. In about a month or so. I guess I hadn't remembered all the things this probiotic had in it. Like an appetite suppressant. Now my husband has started taking this probiotic along with other Nucific products too. He is hopeful of losing weight.

I've had MS 21 years and the meds have made me constipated for that long. I have tried everything, trying to find a balance between constipation and diarrhea. Last few years been taking 2 stool softeners, Cascara and prune juice to get a BM 1-2 times a week. Until now. Been having normal BM since on the BIO X4. No need for anything else. Also, I've been losing 1-2 lbs a week.
