It was very easy to order this product and I was prompted several times on how I could receive a discount. I appreciated that and found it informative. However, since it was my first time ordering, I did not want to order more than one. I will order again and appreciate their information.

I am 73 years young and bought the product to try to lose weight sensibly, where everything else had failed. Rather, I failed. I could not adhere to other programs.

With this, I keep eating what I usually have done with my family (using the 80% rule, I try to leave a little on my plate), and it works. I do feel good. I know this is working in my favor, and since I haven't had to change my eating habits, what can be better?

While always skeptical about supplements and their promises, I decided to watch the video on BIO X4. The information made sense, even though I am not a doctor. I was involved in a fitness studio weight loss competition and lost 30 pounds. With a minor injury to my back, I was unable to exercise the same way for a number of weeks.

I began taking BIO X4 the last week of September 2016. I have followed the recommendation to exercise that came with my first bottle. The appetite suppressant has been really good. I am not on any specific diet; I just eat less now. I have lost 50 pounds in a little over six months. After having my gallbladder removed, my digestion slowed down considerably. Average digestion dictates that three hours post-meal, your body has properly digested about 80% of the meal. My studies showed that I only digest about 17%. Needless to say, I have frequent bouts of indigestion, nausea, bloating and vomiting. Things always feel like they are just sitting in my stomach.
