I have been taking BIO X4 for seven complete weeks. I immediately began to notice increased energy, less sugar cravings and I get full faster. I notice greater success when I talk BIO-X4 20-30 minutes before I eat, I feel fuller faster. Starting week six I began noticing the pounds dropping a little quicker (I've lost about 8 pounds in total). I am super active and have always been healthy. I just wanted to try the product out of curiosity. I am so glad I did. Without changing anything, I lost 7 pounds. I took the Bio X4 for one month. I'll admit to not being perfect about remembering to take one pill before each meal, but it didn't seem to affect the benefits I felt they afforded me.
