This is a good supplement but the only side effect I have every time I take these, is a massive migraine. I had a feeling it was the supplements but didn't know for sure until I took a week break from the pills and was completely fine everyday. Then the day I started taking them again I got the headaches right away. I don't know if it's my own effects but just letting people know this is a side effect I'm having when taking these. These do help with cravings and I'm pre-diabetic and these surprisingly help my blood sugar level so for that sole reason I'm continuing these.

I find this product is great for my digestion. I also feel that I have more energy and a better outlook for myself. My bowel movements were not good and was inconsistent. They are now more solid and sometimes go more than once. I've lost weight but not due to this product. I started eating smaller portions and watch what I eat and started back at the gym.
