Love the product! Ordered in a skeptical frame of mind. Just another weight loss product, guaranteed to help you lose weight, gain more energy, feel better, etc.

But much to my pleasant surprise, Dr. Lee delivered on all counts! In two months I have lost 25 pounds. I do feel better, I have lost weight, I do have better energy, and while getting from 265 pounds to around 200 has always been a goal, with BIO-X4 I actually feel like I CAN get there!

This is not magic bullet, I did make some lifestyle changes, but the HUGE benefit to BIO-X4 is that I am loosing weight without feeling "starved". I stay satiated much, much longer and the hunger pains and cravings just aren't there as often as they would be with most other weight loss regiments. I was skeptical going in, but am now a believer and will continue to use BIO-X4.

When I started Bio X4 early in April, I was drinking 7-12 cans of Pepsi (made with sugar) daily, and I weighed over 285 pounds. I stopped drinking Pepsi, and stopped eating any sugar, and it was easy. In fact, I have never looked back. I have been living on 1000-1200 calories daily, with no hunger issues -- I literally eat by the clock, meaning, come 1:00-2:00, I remind myself to eat lunch, because I know I should eat, not because I am craving/starving/going nuts. I now weigh under 240 pounds (about 3 months after starting Bio X4). I need to get below 220, before my pain usually goes away. I am very happy with Bio X4.

I ordered Bio X4 because I've been through chemo and my system wasn't working properly. I found that within a couple of weeks I feel much better and, though I wasn't taking it to lose weight, I have lost about 7 pounds. I think the product works great. I've already recommended it to a couple of friends.

I have ordered the products, and now I'm expected to pay over £30 ($36.60) more for Customs charges before I can receive my shipment. When I emailed, I was told

"The customs fee is one that you will need to pay, and unfortunately, we are unable to refund you for it, as is charged by your country’s customs system. Sometimes at customs, non-domestic packages incur a fee which must be paid before delivery' by Johnathan who ended the email by saying 'have a great day."

So they are taking no responsibility at all. We use the term "pass the buck" in the UK!

I also had trouble placing the order and imagine I will have twice as much as I planned, as it seemed like my order didn't go through so I repeated pressing "place order."

I definitely will not use anything named Nucific Health in the future. They are misleading in all sorts of ways.

Bio X4 has completely changed my gut health! It only took a few days to start feeling the effects in my gut. What was amazing is that I felt like I could feel everything doing its job! The enzymes and probiotic were making digestion smoother and more trips were made to the bathroom, making my system flush itself out instead of being so backed up. The green tea extract was making me feel energized without my daily coffee. And the Caralluma Fimbriata was keeping me full until next meal time!

I can't tell you how happy I am that I came across a random video about what not to eat on Facebook and took the hour out of my day to watch it. Which in turn recommended BIO X4! I'm currently halfway through my second bottle and have already lost 16 lbs! BIO X4 has helped me tremendously in my transition into my new healthy lifestyle, and I can say this supplement will always be a part of that.

I just want to say that I am beyond pleased with the results of my health while taking Nucific BIO X4. In September of 2016, I plateaued in my weight loss goals and felt I needed to eliminate other things out of my diet. Along with bread and soda, which were the first to go, I also eliminated sweets/candies/desserts.

During this sweet fling elimination, I decided to search on the internet for ideas of maintaining my health without sugar and stumbled upon Dr. Amy Lee's (cartoon-style) presentation on so-called health foods on the current market. I tell you, I was so surprised at what I learned and saw that I could do something about my sugar addiction all while eliminating it.

Today I am 40 lbs lighter, well within my BMI, bowels feel more regular, skin clearer, and I feel so good about the decision to include this product into my daily health and wellness regime. All I can do is say thank you so much Dr. Lee.

So far, so good. I have dropped 53 pounds. Taking them is easy, and I fit them in my daily routine. My sugar cravings have slowed down. By having everything all in one bottle saves me money and time.

I have slowed down on my usage. I tend to use it in the morning with breakfast and in the evening at dinner. If you drink plenty of water with them, they work great. My advice for anyone is to just try them out for a month and see the changes in weight and appetite.

I started using BIO X4 about two or so months ago. I have a very aggressive workout routine, have low thyroid, and struggled with losing weight past a threshold. Along with taking BIO X4, I also changed my diet to limit animal protein, certain types of plants (with seeds) and ate more fish, power greens, walnuts, and fruits in season. So far I have lost 12 lbs, am rarely hungry after meals, and have increased energy. My Systolic part of my blood pressure has also decreased as well.

There are two things I noticed after using BIO X4.

First, was greater regularity and this is very important to me. I was typically having a bowel movement once a day in the morning. My father used to call it his "morning constitutional." I seemingly had inherited that trait.

After a short time of taking BIO X4, this has increased to twice, sometimes, three times per day. From my early days in college taking courses for a physical education degree, I remember learning that if your digestive tract is truly healthy, you will eliminate food roughly twenty minutes after a meal as waste moves out of your body. I am not there yet, but there is an improvement.

I also noticed an increase in energy, although that may be psychological. It does not matter even if it is though when it all comes down to how I feel.

I started using BIO X4 two months ago. I have quit drinking diet soda, increased my exercise and with the help of BIO X4, and have lost 26 lbs. It has been painless. My wife asked what I was doing differently, and now she is taking it. It is definitely working for me. I went from 237 to 211 in two months. I walk every morning and every evening. I eat a ton less and love how it has made a huge difference.
