BIO X4 is not what they rave and say it's supposed to be. Some type of laxative yes, but nothing else. Don't waste your money. It's been over a month for me and I am highly disappointed in the results, which are nothing, no sign of anything. Keep your money, eat healthily, and work out consistently. BIO X4 is a joke.

Just follow the directions on the bottle, you don't need to follow a diet. Don't even need to exercise! It works! I've lost over 10 lbs in two weeks using BIO X4. I even snack late at night, and as long as I take my BIO X4, I don't gain weight! It also calmed down my IBS and I can eat chocolate again!

We have been taking these tablets for a couple of weeks now and are already feeling the benefits in our health. My husband has been feeling under the weather for some time, and these tablets seem to have started him on the way to full recovery. Be sure I shall be ordering more very shortly.

I’m on my second bottle of BIO X4, and I have to say, I have been pretty pleased with this product. I’ve been teaching group x classes for the last 17 years. And as I am nearing my later 39’s I’ve been noticing I was getting bloated and soft in my middle! What!

So I cleaned up my eating, cutting out junk and refined sugar and pop, but still, not a lot was moving.

I tried three bottles initially but stopped because I thought a little pricey. However, after a month I noticed a change in my stomach. I felt bloated, lack of bowels movement, overall just knew I was missing regular bowel movements.

So far, I have a very favorable impression of BIO X4. I am going more regularly, and I have lost a few pounds with no exercise or change in diet aside from the one capsule three times a day with each meal.

I have a very sensitive digestive system with issues of gas, bloating, and runny stools. When I received my order of BIO X4, I took only one capsule daily until I believed the pills were not adversely affecting my system. At that point, I started taking one capsule 5 to 10 minutes prior to a meal. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised to find the issues with my digestive system began to improve and remain much better than prior the BIO X4. It was about two months later that I realized all my pants were fitting much better and even became too big. As of May 3rd, I have lost 19 pounds and am thrilled with these results.

I ordered BIO X4 for gut health, not weight loss, although I did hope to shed a few pounds. After about a week of taking the pills as directed, I noticed a significant difference in my bathroom visits. I also noticed my energy level sky rocket. I wasn’t sluggish and lost most of my bloat. Now I can’t live without these pills.

I cannot recommend these pills strictly for weight loss because that was not my intention or goal, but if you’re looking to feel better in your tummy and feel a significant increase in your energy level, then I highly recommend them.

"Wow" is the only word that describes this product. I’m the type of person that if I don’t see results in a couple of days, I stop using it. I’ve only been on this product for two weeks and already lost eight pounds without even trying. I love the energy I have, no more bloated feeling the flat tummy my cravings have completely stopped. Unlike others, I am not experiencing any dramatic benefits. I had good guy health, to begin with, but just wanted to lose 10 lbs. I have been on the pills for over four weeks now and have lost 5 lbs. I have also tripled my exercise and significantly cut calories. It’s hard to say whether or not the pills actually made the difference or if it was just my change in habits. Taking the pills and advice that was sent did help me psychologically think more carefully about my diet and nutrition. I am not at the stage where I can cheat at all. Any little diversion from my new routine puts weight back on.
