Seems it is a scam

I placed an order for three bottles. During checkout, it seemed like the page was frozen. After three attempts, it placed my order. It placed three orders. I tried immediately to cancel two but it never did. Then when I received them in the mail, I tried to return two but they don’t answer your email to return. I’m upset because my girlfriend tried it and loves it. I was hoping to have found a great product, but it seems it’s all a scam.

Don't buy!

Not an ethical business! EXTREMELY POOR customer service! ONLY out for financial gain!

VERY RUDE customer service representatives, who have NO concern regarding the person calling or the issue at hand.

Don't waste your money

I tried a full course with zero effects and zero benefits, after seeing a very slick presentation online. The stuff is like most food supplements, which have little or no effect, with no FDA approval, but are sold by snake oil type hype. It is not a total scam, but the benefits are marginal if any. Don't bother. By the way, it's not cheap.

Not at all as stated

I spent over $600 (with tax and shipping). I've been using these products as directed for the past four weeks.

I have experienced stomach noise (severe) and increased bloating and gassiness. I have not lost any weight. I have developed a terrible rash that looks like eczema on my hands, arms, and torso.

I have not changed or added anything to my diet but the use of this product. I am not seeing any of the benefits so claimed in video or testimonies.

Not happy.

Refund scam

The product did not work for me. I called for a refund, and I was offered a 3-month refund extension. I had just explained that the product was making me sick and they would not refund. I called again and was asked too many personal questions. I finally was told that only $49 of the $90 could be refunded. They deduct $60 for shipping of empty bottles back! I said I would pay for my shipping. Please be aware of this if you need a refund.

Refund

This product did not work for me. I did not have energy and it somehow lowered my immune system, and I got shingles. I was so hoping this product would work! I am very disappointed!

Partial refund...not ok!

I started taking this supplement because I liked the concept of everything being in one pill...probiotic, weight loss, energy, etc. The only reason I gave this one star is because I at least got the energy part! I had gas, bloating and horrible constipation. I gave it a good chance, taking it for at least 45 days, but I couldn’t take the discomfort anymore. I wanted my money back! Not only did I spend $10 to mail it back but then I received a partial refund! So, in essence, I spent over $50 to feel like crap for a month and a half! I’ve never had a problem before with any other company giving me a full refund! In fact, the last company didn’t even ask me to send the product back! What a major disappointment. And this company should be embarrassed to be handing out partial refunds in this day in age!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Saddened by Nucific's failure to reply to my concerns

I guess I got sucked in by the slickly done video ad, but really wanted this to work. I think it did, but after about five days of taking one tablet with each meal, I started getting headaches! I can honestly say that I rarely get headaches - almost never, unless accompanied by the flu.

I contacted Nucific by email as they offered a money-back guarantee - but no response whatsoever! How disappointing! I had my nutritionist check the label, and he said the only thing he could see that MIGHT cause headaches (in susceptible people) would be the last ingredient listed "Craving Control Blend" - so I guess I'm one of them! It might work for you, but I'm not supportive of this company any longer due to their failure to respond.

Rip off

This product netted me no results, not sure what was in the capsule, looked like the same stuff Dollar Tree products are full of. Advertises no haggle return, well, that's untrue as well. Funds said to be sent to PayPal account I never used and the result was to wait until refund kicks back and they will issue a check some several weeks down the line. Very unsatisfied, do not purchase.

Poor customer service

Buyer beware!

There is a computer glitch when purchasing this product. I was only going to purchase three bottles and ended up getting 18. When I first called to return the product I was told that there was no glitch and that I did indeed have made a purchase for 18 bottles. I tried and tried to explain that the purchase did not go through. It said my card was declined.

I finally get the return slips only to see that they are not going to pay for return shipping. I called again only to be told that I placed the order for 18 bottles and I am responsible for sending them back if I want a refund for $667. Who in the world would purchase that much product for first-time use?

By the way, I would have given a rating of "0" but I had to give 1 star just to try and post this review.

I thought I was dying!

Before I could finish my first bottle, I started feeling fatigued. I felt so weak that I even told my daughter-in-law "I feel like I'm dying," and I did. I finally went to my primary care physician who ordered blood tests. When I heard from him the following Friday, he told me to go to the emergency room. Of course, I did, not knowing what the tests read. They examined me, of course, and contacted my doctor. He said, to them, my a1c was 12.6. They took my glucose level, and it was over 400.

Now, before all of this took place, two years before I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. I was careful about what I ate; but, the BIO X4 curbed my appetite. So much so that I wasn't eating much of anything at all. So, saying this, I would recommend that anyone with pre-diabetes, please, check with your doctor first.
