I really do like the way I feel lighter after taking BIO X4. I am not as bloated as I once was, AND I lost 15 lbs in two months without changing my daily eating or exercise routine.

Nucific BIO X4 definitely improved digestion. I have problems where this is concerned, so I'm happy for improvement. However, the product is expensive for me since I'm on a fixed income.

The good part I experienced with BIO X4 is the loss of cravings, and the feeling of fullness when eating. It really worked well with those.

However, as soon as I started taking BIO X4, I experienced pain while urinating that got worse. It was so painful that I went to my doctor and found out I had a urinary tract infection. I stopped taking BIO X4 while I took the antibiotic, and then resumed when I finished the round of medication. After a couple of days, the pain returned and did not go away. I went back to my doctor, found I had another UTI, had another round of antibiotics that cleared everything up, and then when I resumed the BIO X4.

I did some research on the ingredients and found that Caralluma Fimbriata can cause painful urination. I have stopped taking BIO X4 and won't take it again. This is very disappointing to me because I loved not having cravings anymore.

I’ve been taking BIO X4 for about four months now. It has helped my digestion. I am more regular now than before, and I’ve always had a healthy diet. I didn’t notice much of an appetite suppressant in the supplement, but maybe others do.

All in all a great product. Expensive, but for what you get, it’s worth it. I’ve also started to do the bone broth which I love and highly recommend!

I started taking Nucific BIO X4 60 days ago. Since taking it, I have lost 10 pounds, and I have felt great in my stomach area compared to when I was not taking it. I eat mornings, and throughout the day also I take vitamins. I work and keep busy during my day. I take Nucific BIO X4 once or twice a day. My weight dropped 1 or 2 pounds, but not greatly. I would like to drop a full 10 to 15 pounds.

I would like to receive more opportunities to purchase at a better price. I will continue using BIO X4 and hope to reach my weight goal and still feel healthy. I've cut back on sodas, candy, and late night dinners.

The BIO X4 helped in terms of digestion. I already eat very well, like no junk food what’s so ever. I’ve always had my serving of fruits and vegetables a day and always eat a good portion of food three times a day.

I’ve noticed more energy, but not that much. The one noticeable thing that stands out after using it for a month is that I go to the bathroom and poop a lot more often, which is what I wanted. I’ve suffered from constipation for as long as I can remember so being able to use the bathroom more often really has me satisfied with this product.

I was interested in BIO X4 because I had tried everything to lose the weight and now it was affecting my blood sugar, cholesterol, and my self-esteem. I like the way Dr. Amy Lee is honest and straightforward.
