Rocket Mortgage was great, speedy service, communication was there at all times. I tried to go through a mortgage company before and had a terrible experience but Rocket Mortgage changed all that. They helped me every step of the way to get what was needed and explained everything down to the T.

There was a significant delay after spending hours on the phone. The interest rate was messed up and we didn’t even get the rate we were promised. Trying to fix it would only have added to more delays. Very disappointed with the process this time around and the antiquated way the checks to pay off creditors are handled. The delays resulted in us taking more out from our loan to pay off debt as two billing cycles have passed. Now I have negative balances and am paying on that at a slightly higher interest rate.

Everything was done online as fast and conveniently as possible. On closing day a mobile notary showed up so we could sign and close in about 15 minutes! Great service! Will recommend to everyone!

The speed was great! The bank I had my HELOC with delayed and delayed for two months! Never made it to the appraisal! Within five days Rocket had my appraisal ordered. Four weeks total from app to closing. Wasted so much time with my neighborhood bank - should have gone straight to Rocket.

I came over to Rocket because I didn't like the rate or communication style of another lender I was working on. Rocket did a wonderful job keeping me updated on what they needed and explaining in clear, concise terms how to clear stipulations. At each point of the process, I would be introduced to whoever was servicing that aspect (application, underwriting, closing). This was perfect and they had me ready to close in almost three weeks' time.

Overall satisfied, however, the delay from various points combined with excuses was beyond frustrating and needs to be cleaned up, especially since you claim to be "rocket mortgage". Felt more like "molasses mortgage" at many different points. Luckily, Robert A. did an amazing job in attempting to resolve my many concerns. Thank you Robert.

The process was very easy and with the Rocket App uploading all the needed documents was simple and quick. The whole process was faster than expected and we constantly received updates letting us know what was going on.

It was amazing to be able to communicate mostly through the app or even by text. In order to get a cash-out loan like I desired I needed to increase my credit score and Rocket Mortgage had a team, at no additional cost, help me achieve this goal and I was able to get a cash-out refi.

From first contact to closing, Rocket Mortgage was effortless. Weekly check-ins, I always knew I would get a response to my texts within 24 hours but often it was within a few hours. I promise you will not receive this response anywhere else.

Everything was online - we were given a to-do list that updated as we completed each task.

I never had to worry whether or not things were being taken care of; it was the most stress-free experience we’ve had for purchasing a home.
