Rocket Mortgage was the easiest and fastest refinance we ever did. I believe from start to finish it was 20 days. Everyone was very professional and friendly. This is our second mortgage with Quicken/Rocket and I look forward to the next one.

This was not an easy mortgage to do but all in all, it worked out and I got a great rate and closed on time. Buying a second home in another state is not easy with all the paperwork, but Rocket streamlined the process and it went through.

The entire process was easy. I was just fishing around on their site for refinancing rates and soon received a call, which I ignored. Then I received a text message, which I responded to. This started a dialogue and the process moved along quickly and easily. I enjoyed working with Devin Contreras, he answered all my questions and made it a personable experience. We closed within 12 days of the original inquiry.
The only issue was a snafu with the digital closing and we had to close a second time. It was a small inconvenience, but it was not that big of a deal.

The refinance process from beginning to end was fast and professional. My contact person was helpful in areas of the process. The communication via text, email, and phone was easy to understand. Overall, the refinance process was very efficient. By far, one of the best mortgage companies I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.

They all knew my needs and wants. From start to finish it was the most pleasurable and fast experience I had. Thank you so much for everything.
