I was using my sister's Simply Fit Board and the thing cracked right in the middle. I am not near 400 lbs, this product has bogus claims.

Summary
The Simply Fit Board is a balance board that claims to help you lose weight and get a stronger core. While it’s likely to result in real fitness improvements, you probably won’t lose much weight.

I am overweight, have severe degenerative disk disease, no cartilage at all left in my knees, and a ton of other health issues including PTSD. With my PTSD, it makes it hard for me to leave my house to exercise and with my other health issues traditional exercise is not going to cut it with me.
My board (I got the magenta one) has increased my balance by a considerable amount. I don't fall near as much as I used to, I am getting cardio by doing it very quickly and working up a sweat, I have lost some weight and toned, and the best part is, it is so much fun. I'm not going to lie, my calve muscles still ache afterward, since maintaining perfect balance uses more muscles than you think and you quickly know if you're not doing it right with this board because it will walk across the floor with you.

Well, I was weighing 228 lbs when I started, and now I'm at 165. I started from the get-go, and I really love my Fit Board. I tell people how good it is. I would recommend it to anybody that's looking to lose weight, tone and look great.

After one month of working out, I lost ten pounds, 2.5 inches off of my waistline, 5 inches off of my hips, and have toned up my back, arm, butt, and leg muscles. I have more balance and energy. I love working out and watching the girls and Kelly for motivation. My daughter-in-law lost over 30 pounds and 22 inches. She told me about the Fit Board.
My advice is to listen to Gloria about taking it slow and at your own pace until you get your balance. It works. I do all six intervals, six times a week. I love, love, love the challenge and the results. Watch your diet. It doesn't make sense to workout and eat junk. Thank you Gloria Hoffman and your mom Linda. God bless you for creating something so easy but effective.

As 2017 started, I was nearly 35 pounds overweight and not sure what to do about it. After watching Shark Tank, I knew the Simply Fit Board was for me so on January 8th I bought my first board. Within 4 weeks, I lost 10 pounds using it 20 minutes a day, 3-4 times per week. That got my attention, so I decided to reconsider a few things I was eating. I removed some fast food from my diet and continued using the board. A few weeks later I was down 18 pounds. Awesome!
Suddenly I started having a sore tooth, so I went to see my dentist. It turned out to be an infection and a 3-week nightmare, of which I could not exercise or workout (getting my blood pumping would cause great pain).
I missed my Simply Fit Board. I missed it badly.
During this downtime, I decided to go through my closet and try on some of the nice clothes that I had not been able to wear for many years. I was amazed. Some of them I could actually fit in and some I was really close. I knew I had more work to do but was feeling re-energized.
Finally, the swelling and infection were gone and I resumed using my Simply Fit Board. I kept on a steady plan of 3-4 times per week using many of their exercises shown on the DVD. Just about the time I had lost more than 20 pounds, I dislocated a rib on my left side. I thought I was going to pass out. The pain was intense.
Ugh! That means 2-3 more weeks of not being able to use my SF Board due to the swiveling. I was able to do some speed walking during this time, which allowed me to maintain my weight, but I knew in order to really lose the weight I wanted to I would need the Simply Fit Board workouts.
Finally, I resumed my exercising on the board and started doubling my plank and ab workouts. To date, I've lost about 34 pounds and can fit into any and all of the clothes hanging in my closet. I am now wearing slacks I had not worn in nearly 20 years.
I love my Simply Fit Board and continue to use it to maintain my incredible weight, as well as working the belly fat that a 58-year-old man has to deal with into muscle.
Others in my life are asking how I lost the weight and after telling them about the Simply Fit Board, some are using it for themselves. I just got an email today from a client that I work with who said he bought one after we talked and he's lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. That's what it's all about!
I love you Simply Fit Board. You are a perfect fit for me and my health!

I bought the Fit Board two weeks ago. I'm 54 had two cervical spine surgeries with titanium bar put in, and a lumbar spine surgery. I quit smoking 2 and a 1/2 years ago and gained 50 lbs.
Using the Fit Board is so easy and comfortable with no strain on my spine. And I've lost 2 lbs! For the people that complain about the board moving and going in circles, take it from me, it's because your balance is off. Once you get the hang of it as I have, you will stay in one place with no problem. I love my board.

Very poor customer service. It took over 3 weeks for my delivery. Very difficult to find customer service contact information on the website. The product is okay to use, but the whole website, customer services needs improvement. I would not recommend to anyone to go on the website to try to order. Very disappointed that was backed by on of the sharks on Shark Tank.

Hello, I am Susan Johnson.
My sister gave me a Simply Fit Board about two weeks ago, and I love it! I have not been this excited about exercising in a long time, and I can’t wait to do my workout. I am 56 years old, out of shape, overweight, with bad knees, bad back, and high blood pressure, so to say I was skeptical is an understatement, but I was game to try it. Watching the video and following the workout makes all the difference, and I have used it daily with no pain or problems of any kind.
I started with the 10-minute workout and have built up easily to 30 minutes with no stress! Additionally, I live in very restricted living quarters (we call it the "sub") and that was the reason my sister thought it would be good for me, and she was right. Having a workout that I can do easily is awesome.
Stay tuned, because my weight is going down for sure this time, and I am so motivated! Thanks to my sister for the thoughtful gift, and thank you Simply Fit for making the world a better place.
P.S. Even my cat loves it (you ought to see that video).

I am 66, retired, have lower back issues that limit walking and sit too much. My legs are weakening, and balance is getting worse. Then, ta da!
I got this board. I get up, hop on, and get going. I put a rug under it to protect my wooden floor and a chair or counter top in front to grab just in case I wobble. I started slowly. I watched the video online to see how it's done.
I love to hop on every hour for a few minutes when sitting around. Life is good.

I've had my Simply Fit Board for several months but never used it faithfully until the last three weeks. I weigh 220 pounds and am down 10 pounds. I am using the board for 30 to 45 minutes a day. However, the board is cracking across the middle. If it is rated for 400 lbs and I weigh 220, so why is it cracking?

I put my order in on 11/29 and it's "Out of stock" and won't be "Expected, not guaranteed" delivered on "Expected delivery of Jan 02, 2017." And there is no customer service whatsoever to ask if a different color is available?
