I had such a great experience with this staff; they made me feel comfortable, ensured all of my complicated questions were answered, and took the time to explain their system and plans. I’m sooooo excited for my new smile and it’s all thanks to the professionalism and care of this team! If you’re looking to correct your smile for less in the Columbia, South Carolina area, I would highly recommend.

Smile Shop visit

Had a Smile Shop visit with Stef yesterday. Very pleasant and upbeat experience. She made me feel comfortable from the moment we met, took all the time to answer my questions and even explain some things I had not asked. The 3D scan was amazing and again Stef showed me how my teeth would be aligned. She made sure that I was informed and comfortable with the entire process going forward. Would highly recommend Stef and the Princeton Smile Shop to anyone who wants to get started with the process towards a better smile.

Follow up visit

SDC has been great, just finished my 8-month plan and went in for a slight adjustment. Really friendly staff and everything went great. I would have never done this the traditional way I had put ot off for over 20 years. The price is right the service is great and the results are fantastic. Highly recommend the London, Ontario office.

Lack of medical supervision

This is to alert the public as to a complete lack of medical supervision with SmileDirect. They will leave you high and dry.

After receiving my trays, I took and sent in pictures, and notified the company my trays weren't fitting well.

Despite being told my doctor would review and get back to me in 48 hours, it's now been two weeks and I've contacted them 4 times starting three days into it. And after this last time, they just sent me an email saying they were starting the cancellation process (but it would take 5 business days for someone to reach out to me).

Unprofessional and lacking of medical supervision. You get what you pay for.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Worst ever customer service

I went into Orland Park on October 8th. On October 10th I got an email stating my re-evaluation had been approved. Since that time I log on to my account and see "oops you did not keep your appointment". I did but still can’t log on. Who is Dr. Brian Nelson? Is it true that you use dentists and not orthodontists? What brought me to re-evaluation was that my retainers were clearly not for my mouth. They include one tooth I do not have. You use an inferior material that I have actually had to cut with scissors to keep from cutting my mouth. The edges flare straight out. Terrible customer service. I call over and over again without a return phone call. I wish I had never started this process. I can’t give 0 stars.

If customers have any issues with the aligners, we may recommend that they trim the aligners in any specific areas causing discomfort or we may request they come in for a new scan. Excellent intro visit service! Highly considering starting ASAP.

Just finished my intro visit at the SmileShop at the pop-up store within CVS in Santa Monica. Excellent and highly professional service by Jackie (my Smile Guide!). Knowledgeable, attentive, answered all of my questions and all concerns covered (trust me I am in the health care industry myself and I know my way around). Did not even feel for a moment that I was pushed a sales-pitch! Great service, combining best of technology and above all, people!

Very optimistic

I visited the SmilteDirect bus on October 17, 2019 and got a full mouth scan. Everything was explained very clearly to me. I was treated very professionally. I signed up that day and I have received my aligners on November 12, 2019 just as they had said I would. The aligners fit tight and I have been wearing them for a week now with no significant problems other than having a headache. I will be starting week 2 tomorrow. It is a pain having to brush and floss after eating anything but I expect to have the cleanest teeth in my family! I am 68 years old and have always wanted straighter front teeth and have finally made the step in the right direction. People don't even know I am wearing them. I am looking forward to a new straight smile! I will keep you posted!

My 3d scan visit

My experience with SmileDirectClub in Midlothian, Virginia was extremely enjoyable. Dom, my Smile Guide, was both professional and yet fun to work with. He made the process a smooth and easy one, taking the time to thoroughly explain every detail. And he did this within the prescribed 30 minutes so there was no wait or lag in scheduled time as one might experience at a conventional dental office visit. So thanks and thumbs up SmileDirectClub.
