Our son had a 6-month supply of SmileDirect aligners. One of his aligners in month 4 was made incorrectly. SmileDirect acknowledged their error and offered to remake his aligners.
We were told on September 9th that his corrected aligners were being processed. It's now October 31st and no new aligners. I call each week and I'm told they will ship "next week".
In the meantime, our son's teeth must have shifted back, since he has not been able to wear any aligners.
$1800 has been wasted by a service that can't deliver...
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
