Return issue

I purchased a sweater in the neighborhood of $68. It took forever to arrive and when it did, it was not the sweater I ordered. I sent it back to the address on the package and was told I could not receive a credit because it went back to the wrong place, so they screwed me out of my purchase and have done NOTHING to show they even care, not a coupon, nothing! LOWLIFE COMPANY.

Horrible quality. Scam artists!

My first time buying online from an unknown online store. Oh my, what did I receive. It's not even funny! Firstly, the quality is super cheap, but that I was kind of prepared for. But the style was nowhere near to the one on photos, just the colors maybe. I am size "S" and I received...well, my mom is size "L" and it's so big on her.

The dresses starting at $50. I bought two (not smart for the first time, I know), so when the return label was requested it was like a game. At the end, they wouldn't accept a return, apparently due to a shipping cost back to China, which I would have to take care of myself and there was no guarantee it will be processed.

At the and I received a refund for $17.70 (!!) to alter the dresses. Lol. There is no way to alter them. The was one big nice joke. Don't repeat my mistake!

Crazy policy

Ok, so I ordered a pantsuit. The order went through fine, a month passed and it still read "processing." When I asked what's happening, they told me it's sold out. But no one notified me. So, I decided to chose other items, three of them to be exact. They said they will give a 15% discount on the new item. My new total comes to about $35 MORE than what I originally paid. They have refused to accept my new order. They say they can only exchange one item for one item. Huh? But I said I want three items, I will pay the difference. After a week of back and forth with this, they continued to insist I could not order more, I have to order only one item. With this kind of stupid business decision, it's a wonder they are still around. So stupid! Now, they tell me part of my order was paid with store credit so I don't get that back, I can only have store credit again. I'm not getting all my money back to my credit card.

So, know this, your order will take over a month to arrive, if you have to deal with customer service, good luck and don't expect rational replies when you do, or get all your money back.

Return policy is a scam

Very disappointed with the quality of the dresses I ordered. Returned them in January and still waiting for the refund. The package was held in Customs in China for a month and on February 25th it was picked up by M Saric without being scanned (I have proof from USPS). So now it still shows that is in Customs. I emailed StyleWe multiple times and they keep telling me they don’t have the package and it is in transit.

Please search for that small black paper that I sent it back with my order. What is going on? Why my package was not scanned when it was picked up from Customs in China?

I’m very disappointed and sad that I was trapped like this. I will never buy from this company again and tell all my friends and online about it!

Worst experience ever

I ordered a suit and it was made from the cheapest material ever created. It was also too small. The coat that I ordered must have been made at the same, the most cheapest material ever found in the factory. Also too small. I asked for a refund and the process to request a shipping label did not work. So I went through customer service and weeks would pass by without a response. Finally, I was sent a shipping label. Come to find out that to ship to China the postal fees are enormous and unaffordable. They know what they are doing. They shipped this below standard clothing out is that you can't afford to return it. And they don't offer free return shipping because they know you won't want it and cannot return and so you are stuck. And the third party that I made the purchase through sided with them. But, of course, that is how they make their money. They didn't want to give me a refund either. NEVER BUY FROM StyleWe!

Total rip-off

I ordered dresses from StyleWe a few years ago. Two were huge and one was too tight in the bust of all places - not a problem area for me! When I sent the three dresses back to the address they gave me (costing me over an additional $60), they sent the package back to me. There was no way they were taking those dresses back. I did end up fitting into the one that was too small that and one other were beautiful dresses. An additional dress was lovely, but cheaply made, and the zipper broke in no time flat. The gist of this is that unless you want to spend twice as much to get half as many dresses, don't bother with this site. They were also extremely rude and disrespectful in the e-mails that ensued. Companies like this should be prohibited from selling to the USA. It prevents people from wanting to buy from any company in China.

Coats for winter, best choice!

Favorite casual midi dress

Black Sexy Sheath Paneled Polyester Bandage Dresses are my top favorite midi dresses for casual use. This dress by Wow Couture is great to use for several occasions. It is body hugging and therefore suits hourglass body perfectly. There is a unique cut on the back of the dress along with a zip, which adds on to the "oomph" factor. Although it does not expose bare skin, it shows off a little here and there, which is sexy. I got the dress delivered within a few days.

Some problems

While I like the fashion styles of StyleWe, I have some problems with other aspects of their products.

1. Prices. The prices used to be more reasonable, but lately, some prices are unreasonably high.

2. Quality. Some of the material quality is cheap. I bought a linen product that was see-through and sheer, so I had to return the product since it was unwearable.

3. Slowness. The shipping delivery and exchange store credits are unreasonably slow. Why does it take two weeks to ship these products from China to California? Why does my store credit take eight business days to post to my account (it is just store credit not a refund through a bank!)?

Think before you buy

The company is shipping like they are in the US, but if you want to return you will have to ship to China at your own expense. The cheapest way to ship it is around $23. Think before you buy. If you suspect that you might want to return it, see if it is worth it.

Horrible. Poor quality and customer service. Scam of a company.

First of all, where are all the negative reviews?

I recommend that no one order from this company. The quality was ok, but the sizing is way off in the guidelines set by measurements when ordering. After it arrives the American size is on there, but not before, and it is significantly smaller then I wear.

The biggest problem is returns and customer service.

You can only reach them by email despite there being an American phone number. When you call, it's a recording that says to email. While they do get back to your emails, it's often a different person each time, and they don't know what the other is talking about.

I returned 8 items totaling approximately $500. I had to pay $78 to return, which I realized after the fact that the company is in China. It does not say this anywhere on the website or in the return policy. They make the returns look easy.

After the date of arrival passed, I followed up with the company. They said the package was not there. We then (I did) tracked it to a location in China, which is allegedly customs. The representative continued to say they would not pay me back unless I paid to get the package out of customs. For days they never told me how much. Finally, they wrote saying "about $200." Now is it $200 or "about" $200? And they provided nothing in writing. They just said for me to put $200 in their PayPal and then I would receive my refund. They also continued to offer me credit refund but no money refund.

I find it extremely bad business in this day and age to just tell someone a fee, provide no supports and then ask for money to go into a pay pal account. Extremely questionable practice. Their mission is to get you to keep the merchandise and take a small stipend towards credit in their business. They make no mention of China until it's time for you to do the return after you fill out their return form that is followed by the label. You get an automated email back with suggestions not to return and the difficulty of it and expense of mailing to China. That is the first notice of China, but by now it's too late.

Again, they do not discuss customs or anything related to that at that time. And now they say that they advise that you not value items at over $150. Well, first of all, I saw that nowhere, and second of all, why would I say I have less than I do? That's lying and deceitful. But I suppose that's what this company is all about. Lying and deceit.

You have to ship back to CHINA and it is costly, however, one woman says she remained steady and shipped to Walnut, California. I have had multiple different people answer me and offer multiple different return pricing, but none of them include paying for shipping back to CHINA. What woman would shop online knowing that they would pay a high cost of shipping back to China plus customs? NO WOMAN.

P.S. HighYa, please take these reviews seriously. We as Americans are losing a lot of money for fake clothing companies!

Can we say zero stars?

This cannot be a legitimate company. After almost eight weeks of poorly constructed customer service emails trying to explain why my order has not been shipped, I received an email that my item is not in stock. Clearly, they are running a scam. Let's see if they refund my money. To make matters worse, I made this order in mid-February, and now we are two weeks away from my daughter's event. I cannot emphasize enough our anger and disappointment. This is clearly a scam, and now I realize I should have read the hundreds of negative reviews before I fell for the click bait ad online.

Still no product

I love the clothing styles on this site but am still waiting for the order I placed 39 days ago. I received one dress about four weeks after ordering. Nothing since. Thankfully I placed the order with Amex so I have protection and will not pay for items I never received. Very frustrating and I will not use them again.

Never received my order and no one cares

The first order that was never received was three weeks late (needed the dress for an affair). Chat says "Oh it's a Chinese new year and were are busy." Oh really? Cancel my order and send me a refund. I thought I would try them again a few months later. I placed an order on 3/8, and it's 3/23; where is my order? I get on chat and the person says "oh I have no idea of when it will be mailed. Do you want a refund?" NO, I want my order.

This is the worst company ever. Don't ever order them! There is not real live customer service; it's an answering machine. It's a shame, and I still don't have my second order!

Why you should research before you purchase!

Wow, what terrible customer relations at StyleWe. I will NEVER purchase another item from their website. TERRIBLE! The sweater order cost around $40.00 and their return location is in China, which will cost be approximately $23.00 to return. Plus the size was much too small to be a considered a Medium and the fabric has a horrible odor. Don't buy from this website!

Scam! The dress never arrived and "customer service" tells me to check with neighbors.

I ordered a dress and got no help on the status of delivery. They say delivered, but it was not. I called the shipper who gave me a USPS tracking number but said the item has not been delivered or released to the USPS. Now I enter the tracking number, and it's invalid.

I have filed a formal complaint. DO NOT order this cheap crap.

Orders paid with no deliveries

I placed some orders of sandals from StyleWe and also a dress since May 27, 2018, totaling $188.10. I am still waiting! When I emailed them, they told me that they were sorry and they will send it express mail! I waited a while, no deliveries! I emailed them again and this time they said that they were sorry and they will refund me 5% from purchase, and they will send them express mail. I do not believe them! It looks like it is a SCAM!

Sorry that you are not satisfied with our service.

Normally our delivery time is 2-5 business days of preparing the orders and 7-10 business days of shipping (2 to 3 for express shipping).

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

So there might be a delay if there are some unexpected issues like shortage in inventory.

For long time waiting, we would happy to provide some discount for customers as a reimbursement!

Returns are a total rip-off

I ordered two dresses from StyleWe in April. They looked far better on the models than in person or on me. When I went to return them, I was given two options, keep the items and receive 25% of your purchase price or return it back to China. I was so horrified for not reading the fine print (where was it?) and their policy. I wanted ALL of my money back. I returned the dresses to China, per their directions. It is now August, and I have heard nothing from them, despite my inquiry. Don't get ripped off like I did and buy from a reputable company, even if it costs a few dollars more.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
