I have suffered with GI distress for years. I have been diligent in taking a probiotic daily. I saw the video about ActivatedYou and decided to give it a try. I have been using this product for approximately one month. I originally decided to try the probiotic due to my constant bloating that I could not correlate to anything I consumed specifically.
