Unable to find my order

By Patricia J., California, Verified Reviewer

I placed an order and paid with PayPal in early April. I have been unable to get any information on my order. I have not been able to log in. No number for Customer Service to contact them for assistance.

Waiting for masks I ordered

By Patricia C., Coventry, CT, Verified Reviewer

I ordered masks and sanitizer. The orders were placed at the end of March. The money was taken out of my bank in the first week of April. The total of my order was $160.20 that was for 5 orders I received, 1 order for 10 masks. I did not receive the rest of my orders. I want to know why you took the money before I got my masks.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Stolen money

By Jo M., Brisbane, Australia, Verified Reviewer

I purchased 2 car seat covers for myself and a family member for Christmas. I kept getting told the wait 30 days for it to arrive, it never did, and when I asked for a refund I was told that it's too late for a refund or a credit. So they have my money of $128, and I don't have the good. Freaking scam artists! Not to mention that there is nowhere to report them, why can't they be shut down!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Wish shopping made nightmares

By Joseph P., Massachusetts, Verified Reviewer

This place is so ridiculous, they have cheap prices but you order whatever you want, they send you your tracking information that the delivery process takes 2 to 3 months, and then you cancel your order and it takes them 2 to 3 months to get your refund. This place is a nightmare, stay the heck away.

Rubbish site, rubbish service, poor products

By Alan M., Houston, TX, Verified Reviewer

I was enticed by the low prices and reasonable delivery dates. How wrong could I be? Despite placing 6 or 7 orders, NONE ever arrived on time, all were late by as much as 30 days! One order was absolutely totally wrong, I ordered a religious cross and after SIX weeks, not the two as promised, I received two items, one was a brooch, so ugly, I would not have given to the devil, the other was a cheap and cheerful neck chain, again nothing I wanted, but I expected this for Christmas, it finally arrived January 29. I was seething with anger as it was expected by December 21 or 22. They supplied a returns note and I printed the address, posted it, and it came back "address unknown"!

Seriously, do not waste your time or money, the products are all from China and many of them are of an extremely poor standard. Also, when you try to claim your money back you don't get the tax back, something worth remembering! As for customer care, they don't know the meaning of it, utterly disgraceful.

Beware of Wish.com!

By Tammy P., Georgia, Verified Reviewer

I have has a sprinkling of cheap orders on Wish over the last few years, not a regular customer. My last order was over a year ago. While I was sitting in a lecture I got a notification that of an order of $61, then it was almost immediately canceled and converted into Wish.com credits. I have never made an order that high with Wish, it's always been low amounts. I was confused because the app is not on my phone and I was touching no electronic device whatsoever at the time this transaction happened. Later when I was home, I changed my login password and I contacted Wish just to get the runaround. First their automated system, then I was able to email back and forth with an agent. All denials and trying to claim that maybe I placed an order by mistake. When I rebutted all of this, even suggesting they trace the IP of where the order was made, I was told it was going to be escalated to another department, which I feel is a way for them to ghost me.

I have been told this is a way for Wish to profit off you forcing you to spend your money with them since they stated what Wish.com credits are non-refundable.

I have since filed with my card company fraudulent charges, my card canceled, and a new one is being sent out, and as soon as this is settled I will canceling my Wish account for good. Horrible site, products, and customer service!

They burnt me twice for almost $500

By Felix P., Verified Reviewer

I called them finding out they don't have live customer service unless I wanted to pay a min of $20-$40, so I contacted them over my last transaction of $20 but they took out $127.00. I asked them why and they said they would get back to me, and that I was wrong, but I have my bank telling me they did take my hard-earned money as of yet. They stole my cash and still no product or reply. They deny stealing my money, don't do business with them, they will burn you.

Shameful app, which should be banned

By Andrew H., Penarth, Wales, United Kingdom, Verified Reviewer

My son put a number of items into his basket, £341 worth of items, and considering the cost of most of the items, this was a lot.

Wish introduced an instant purchase feature to the app, which is not a problem for most people, but with the younger generation who are naive, it is a huge problem. This coupled to the fact that I used my credit card for my son to purchase a present for his mother on this app, taking care for the card not to be remembered, it somehow remembered my card and processed the order.

Now ordinarily this would not be a problem as you normally get a cooling-off period, but Wish have taken this away, only allowing you 8 hours to cancel, as we only spotted this accidental purchase the following day, when the emails started to arrive, we were beyond the 8-hour window and Wish Customer Care, although they acknowledged the mistaken order, hid behind policy, stating the only way to resolve this was to wait for the items and then return them. What they did not say was that we would have to pay for the return of the items.

FRAUDULENT SITE

By Ayo K., New York, Verified Reviewer

I placed an order for a mini drone on this site on December 30, 2019. Delivery date was expected to be January 15, 2020. I received a notification on January 14, 2020 that my order was delivered to SCHENECTADY, NY. So I went out to check and I didn't see any package. I have a video doorbell that records any motion, I checked that as well and there was no record of any postman/woman coming to my door. So I contacted Wish support, I was told to give it a few days. I waited 2 days and since I still didn't see any package, I sent a message to support again asking about my package, I was told the item has already been confirmed delivered to my city and therefore I have received it. I was shocked. First, horrible customer service, second, very clueless customer service. I asked support to show me proof that the item was delivered to my address and not just my city and the reply I got was it has been delivered to New York so I must have received it. SHOCKING! So I order an item from Wish.com, input my house address at check out, but the item was sent to somewhere in New York. It was not sent to my house address, it was not even the local post office in Schenectady, NY because USPS couldn't verify the tracking number. Item was shipped with WishPost and only their tracking site is showing delivered to New York. I asked for a refund and I was told blatantly that I won't be getting any refund. What sort of site is this?

Please save yourself the headache, don't order from here, they are really terrible and that's why you see their adverts everywhere. If you must order from China, use AliExpress, even though it takes long to deliver at least they ship with USPS and you can track it and be confident that USPS will show where your package is. I had to open a dispute with my bank, I definitely will get my money back one way or the other. I wish there was a way to post the screenshot of the chats I had with their support so everyone can see just how unbelievable this site is. HORRIBLE FRAUDULENT SITE!

Shipping scam on Wish.

By Trevor U., United Kingdom, Verified Reviewer

I haven't seen complaints about his one yet, but I ordered 2 jackets £4 for the 2, cheap, I know, WishPost was generated, and the items were shipped, but then the seller contacted the carrier and canceled the item, on carrier tracking it came up as a forbidden item, and was promptly returned to the seller. Wish is still saying the item is coming, as the seller has contacted the carrier not Wish, no item, no money. Don't buy from Wish, there are loads of scams going on.

Eh. Hit and miss.

By Amy L., New Jersey, Verified Reviewer

I would give this company one star but I gave it two because some of the packages did come and were of good quality. If you want a 100 percent chance of getting your items, stick with the small stuff and keep it under $5. Whenever I ordered expensive things they never came. I ordered these big items in 2016. It's 2020 and it's still not here. Also, the free items they advertise aren't free, you need to pay shipping. Delivery is slow, expect it to arrive between 3 to 7 weeks.
