I'm a breast cancer survivor and also have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Needless to say, I have much muscular pain. I have my Vital Reds with water, a small amount of my pre-workout drink, and a bit of orange juice. I swim in a masters club and gave each one of the team a sample. As a result, they have all ordered some Vital Reds! I should have shares :)

This product is PERFECT for me. I've had low energy, sleeplessness, memory loss, etc. This stuff really works! I should have just went ahead and ordered the three bottles but, me being the skeptic that I am, had to try it first.

To me, Vital Reds tastes best hot. I like taking it in the mid-morning or early afternoon. I'm type two diabetes, got the bad cholesterol, and two years ago had three stints put in.
