Having said that, the facts about the digestive system seemed to be correct, so I made the initial investment to give the product a trial at a 3-bottle purchase, knowing that the results would take time to produce an effect.

All I have say is, I followed the directions exactly and wow, it works! I work long hard hours sitting at a desk with only long walks (parking my car as far away as possible wherever I go) for exercise and felt literally drained with little to no energy at all. After taking the product (no exercise yet), I have lost 20 lbs and my digestive system went through a complete change and I feel it getting better than ever expected. I drink a couple of cups of coffee (no sugar) and the rest good clean water all day.

In the beginning, after a few weeks, things felt uneasy in my stomach for several days, and I almost considered stopping. I learned about BIO X4 from my sister, who had just ordered three bottles. I ordered only one because of the high price.

I took one capsule before breakfast and one before lunch. I didn't take the dinner dose because I was concerned the green tea extract might interfere with my sleep. Also, taking two instead of three capsules daily helped me prolong the supply.

Thankfully, I lost the weight I wanted to lose, primarily because of the Caralluma Fimbriata, which suppressed my appetite. Since I had already been taking a probiotic for a couple of years and had tried green tea extract without any noticeable effect, I think it's the appetite suppressant that really made the difference. Recently, I have found another source for it and will continue to take it.

I feel this product works well, but it's priced too high for long-term use. That's why I deducted one star from my rating. I'm happy that I learned about Caralluma Fimbriata from the Nucific video.
