Please cancel me immediately

I have used this for a week and I have lost complete respect with the selling emails. I will go to the BBB if I’m not canceled immediately. Then there is no number to call. No, I’m totally done with you, cancel me or I will report you for fraud.

Not happy!

I tried for $1.99, got my menu and recipes for the first week. Decided it wasn't for me so I canceled and received a notice that they received the cancellation, but then they took $9.90 out of my account the next month. I have to close out the card to keep from being charged next month. Not happy at all.

We received a request to cancel on January 6, 2021. We replied to you immediately offering you Free Lifetime Membership. We did not receive a response, so we left your account untouched since we were not authorized to do anything else without your reply. You responded on February 10th asking to cancel instead of receiving the Lifetime Membership, and we went ahead and canceled the same day.

We are sorry for the confusion this caused, but your account has been canceled and you will no longer be charged for the subscription.

Cancelled and keep getting billed

I requested a cancellation pretty quickly into my membership as it really seemed not a good fit for me. I received an email back saying they had received the cancellation request. But I have been billed for two more months for something I canceled and that they had acknowledged my request to cancel. So I am not at all pleased. I have sent several more emails and I had better get a credit for them billing and taking money out of my PayPal WITHOUT authorization. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau concerning this.

We received a cancellation request from you on December 29th, we answered you on December 30th offering you Free Lifetime Membership. We did not receive a response so we were not authorized to touch your account. You answered us on February 28th asking to cancel and refund the last two payments so we canceled and refunded the two payments and answered you on March 1st letting you know that your payments were refunded.

We are sorry for the confusion this caused, but your account has been canceled and refunded and you will no longer be charged for the subscription.

Scam and you're never canceled

I canceled within 24 hours back in January and I'm still being charged. I've filed a complaint through PayPal and hope for some resolution through there. I've responded to emails and have a cancellation email, but so far no response.

They make it near impossible to cancel

I have been trying to cancel for the past 3 months. I received a reply from a Justin stating I won't be charged anymore. Next month comes along and again I get charged. Happened 3 times so far. I'm beyond done, I'm now going to dispute with my bank and file a complaint against them.

Kept getting charged

I didn't receive an email telling me how to log in when I took the trial period for $1.99. I tried to log in from their website but I would have had to go through the trial again for $1.99 and by then they were already taking the $11.88 from my PayPal account. I disputed the $11.88 and was told that it would be refunded but nothing as yet and that was in April. There was no way to cancel the automatic payment so they took the same amount in May and now June so I have paid nearly $40 for something that I haven't even used. I have now been able to stop future payments from my PayPal account but I'm really miffed that they have ripped me off and by the look of the reviews I'm not the only one. They use a 3rd party called Kendago B2C Media Ltd to collect payment.

We found two different accounts created from two different email addresses, one that was refunded and one that was not. Because you reached out through PayPal, our system did not register both accounts which is why only one was refunded. At this point, we have gone ahead and refunded the most recent purchases from the account you are referring to in the review, and the other account was already refunded and closed.

Canceled subscription and refund account not fulfilled!

I canceled my subscription after the initial trial period and have been billed several times since for $9.90.

Trying to reach someone from their customer service team is a joke!

The only response I received is an automated response stating they received my email and allow the 24 to 48 hours for someone from their team to respond. That was on June 30th, 2021 and I have yet to hear from anyone?

All I want is to have this membership canceled and my money refunded!

Don’t do it!

I thought the free trial would be ok to start and I would cancel it if it didn’t work for me. A few days went by and I remembered I had joined the free trial but hadn’t even given it a second thought so I figured I might as well cancel because I’m not gonna do it.

They have NO customer service! You have to send a “message” that’s really an email and then it’s 2–3 days before they get back to you and when they do this is what they say:

It was 2 days after my email requesting to cancel, they do this on purpose so you will forget again and they keep charging you. If you say CANCEL that means CANCEL! Otherwise, give me a phone number with a human if you want to negotiate!

Unbelievable

Since joining the club I have been inundated with mails claiming the latest new discovery, a video clip to watch full of sales pitch and ALWAYS some brilliant new supplement to buy at the end of it! I am quietly loosing the will to live. If their medical science is so far advanced why is it that there is an ever new discovery... UNBELIEVABLE

No weight loss in four weeks

At home, I eat very healthy and totally organic foods. My problem is not the foods I'm eating, but the amount. But even with all this very healthy food, my nutrition grade was only about 87%. All I wanted was a way to trim the belly fat without changing my healthy diet. Eating smaller proportions was helpful, but the suggested foods were expensive and not always available at Whole Foods. I had never eaten so many snacks and certainly not drank the recommended 10 glasses of water a day.

With my busy schedule, most of the time it was impossible to stick with the number of meals and snacks per day. My grocery bill skyrocketed from trying to include this wide variety of suggested foods, and at the end of four weeks, my weight is pretty much the same as when I started. A refund would be nice, but I have a feeling that won't happen. I've decided to stick with eating smaller portions and exercise more regularly and see what happens. So, I wouldn't recommend this program to a friend.
