I love Trim Down plan. I've been doing this for almost 4 years! I feel much better. Before I was in pain and out of breath. I'm reading labels and eating more time per day and the combination of the foods I eat is why this works.
I don't feel like I even have a weight problem anymore! I feel like exercising now. Thanks for all this great info to use the rest of my life. I was in a size 16 and now wear 10s and 12s!

I joined this club in January. Have not been able to access the menu's after 5 weeks. Has anyone else had this problem?

I joined Trim Down Club in April of 2017 as I had tried numerous diets which didn't work for me. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I can honestly say it has worked wonders for me.
The diet plans are amazing, and you can change them instantly to however way you want them. I am still continuing on the plan as I have felt healthier than I ever felt on previous diets, and also lost nearly two stone in weight. It may not seem a lot over that period of time, but by looking at old pictures and pictures now, the difference is astounding.
I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who is at a loss as to what diet to try. Give it a go; you will be amazed at what it can do.

Seventeen years ago, I had gastric bypass. I was desperate. However, things did not go well. I threw up every meal for 13 years. The doctors were baffled.
Out of complete desperation, I joined Trim Down club. The first day I was on the plan the vomiting stopped. Miracle? I don't know but the minute I go off of it, the vomiting resumed. It is a perfect balance of nutrition.
One of the girls in my group has Celiac disease. She lost 100 pounds. One diabetic lost all her weight and was able to get off her meds as long as she stayed on the plan. The nutritionist is the best. The plan is easy to follow. The administration is always there to answer questions and help in any way needed.
Although, I don't comment every day. My group has over 2,000 members. Many only check in once a month. However, they all come back and say this is the only thing that works for me. As for myself, I'm alive! Trim Down Club has taught me how to balance my day and make wise choices. Thank you, Trim Down Club.

First, it took me a week before I got an email to even get on the site. I was stupid and went for the first round of upsells figuring the more info the better. I never got the links to the upsells and it took a week to finally get onto the site, then I clicked on the FREE GIFT...for only $6.98 shipping, but wait, if you spend $40 for the full-size product that you haven't tried yet then you can get $7 off. Refuse that and there is another product, and another and another and another until I finally gave up and asked for my money back!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I am an RN and I know a thing or two about nutrition. This is balanced and if you spend time setting it up and reading instructions and information, you will develop a whole new way to eat without preservatives and things that cause U.S. medical/dental problems. Come on, there is no fast way, you have to work, food in the right combo all day. I worked up to running about 10 years ago and it was hard but I took off 20 lbs and kept it off. It's hard work, yes, but well worth your time. Stop whining and get to work. By the way, I don't work for them either.

I love this program, it's the only weight loss program that I've been able to stick with. I don't have cravings, I'm not hungry and as a result I've been able to lose 80 lbs. It came off slowly but I wasn't looking for a quick fix, I've completely changed the way I feel about eating thanks to this program.

I signed up for the Keto diet and what I got in return was a plan that is definitely not Keto based. Why do you false advertise to people! I am so angry and will be canceling my subscription even though you have taken $2 from me. An easy way for this company to be making $2 from many people with false advertising.

As soon as I signed up I saw I would be charged not $1.99 one month trial but $9.99 automatic every month on my credit card. Also, the information and the same type of recipes are on the internet for free, e.g. on medical sites for diabetes, etc.

You have no way of canceling this service so I will be reporting it as fraud to my credit card company. It's pretty bad when you try to reach you and it says the site can't be reached. I thought I was getting keto-friendly diet menus, instead, I have to set things up myself. I want this canceled immediately, but I will be disputing this to my credit card company in the morning.

As far as the menus go, when you sign up for KetoTrim through the Trim Down Club you’ll receive a premade 28-day Keto meal plan just like every other customer. I requested a cancellation pretty quickly into my membership as it really seemed not a good fit for me. I received an email back saying they had received the cancellation request. But I have been billed for two more months for something I canceled and that they had acknowledged my request to cancel. So I am not at all pleased. I have sent several more emails and I had better get a credit for them billing and taking money out of my PayPal WITHOUT authorization. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau concerning this.

We received a cancellation request from you on December 29th, we answered you on December 30th offering you Free Lifetime Membership. We did not receive a response so we were not authorized to touch your account. You answered us on February 28th asking to cancel and refund the last two payments so we canceled and refunded the two payments and answered you on March 1st letting you know that your payments were refunded.
We are sorry for the confusion this caused, but your account has been canceled and refunded and you will no longer be charged for the subscription.
