Love these products, love this company. It works. I have lost 19 inches, and over 10 lbs. I didn't need to lose a lot, but am at that age where it is really hard to lose, especially those last 10-15 lbs. My body is totally reshaped and I feel great.

Notice my hair is stronger, and a patch of eczema I had for over a year "suddenly" cleared up. Not sure if those are related, but wouldn't be surprised. I did the 21 day diet, but am making it more of a lifestyle. If you do the program, eat and exercise like they tell you to, you will lose the weight.

My husband and I are in our 50's, and were in desperate need of something to help us with our energy levels, so we started looking for a really good protein drink that was made with all natural ingredients, plus was great tasting. Language issue with their support staff (Kevin). He did not answer my question and kept giving me unrelated answers! I told him that I just received my order and had called in as the pamphlet said to do. My question was, "I was wondering if free shipping in 14 days meant from the day that the item was shipped, or from the phone call date?"

He kept talking about a coupon code, and just did not understand much about my question or the phone call protocol!

Leptiburn had done nothing for me, so I talked to them (via email) about returning it and being sent some Metabo 360 to try instead.

I thought I should return the Leptiburn that I hadn't used, but they did not have a visible address for returns, so I went on the Internet and found the address (in large, bold print) for them in Austin, Texas. It turns out that it's the wrong address, and they insist on refunding my money (goodness know how long that's going to take to show up in my account) and didn't want the stuff returning (which I had done with all good intentions, for $NZ 45), and said I had to physically order something else I wanted from their website.

I feel that they could "think outside the box" a bit more!

I bought the protein powder from BioTrust, and the taste is ok but way too sweet (the taste of Stevia is overwhelming).

I bought ONE package and clearly stated I only wanted it ONCE, but after a month I found they had billed me for a second one. I contacted them via email, and they handled it well; they refunded me quickly and the extra package I had received I got to keep. So far so good.

After that, I've gotten email after email with endless sales videos and other information I do not want. I've tried, time and again, to unsubscribe, but they kept coming. I emailed them and told them to take my name off their lists and stop sending me emails. Still, they keep coming. I ended up having to block their address to get rid of them!

Don't waste your money. My wife and I both used this product as directed for four months and only had average weight loss. Me 221 pounds to 200, and her 132 pounds to 122. We both exercised an average of four times a week and ate healthy meals. This product had nothing to do with the weight loss. We've lost this type of weight many times without any outside products, but it sounded so amazing that we thought we'd try it. What a waste of $240. Don't buy this product!

I write this review to provide an honest account of my experiences with BioTrust. I have used almost of their products. I have had great success with every one of the products that I've used. I dropped 20 pounds of fat in 12 weeks as a result of using their products. Four months later, it's still off. My favorite is the low carb vanilla protein powder. I enjoy a protein cookie or a protein bar for snacks throughout the day. Their Leptin product really rocked my fat percentage.

I have interacted with their customer service personnel and they make you feel as though you are the CEO of the company they work for. I realize that some of the products are expensive to some people. However, I look at my health as I do my retirement savings. What I do now, will greatly impact how I live when I retire.

If you sacrifice a bit so you can save for a 401K now, you'll benefit financially when you're older. If you pay a little more now for all-natural ingredients that have been tested and verified to contain what they say they do (unlike some other companies) you'll reap the health benefits later in life. Look up how much operations cost for knee replacements, diabetes complications, heart stents, etc. and perhaps you'll see the cost of healthy foods in a different light. If you're looking for a Dairy Queen shake, a Hershey's candy bar or a frosted sugar cookie, this isn't the company for you. Their similar products are quite tasty to me personally but yet they have no sugar like all of the aforementioned products.

I have tried numerous supplement companies and their products. I've chosen to stick with BioTrust due to their research involved, their honesty and the great training advice I've received on their free forum board. I've also received free shipping, just like they advertise. I give this company two thumbs up! If you don't like a product, they have a full year money back guarantee.

I've even read comments from their head nutrition and exercise coach and CEO on this forum offering to rectify any errors. That's impressive.

I was very skeptical about the claims of how great the protein shakes were but thought I would take a chance and purchase a one month supply. I did the same for the protein cookies, after all, who won't want to lose weight all the while drinking milkshakes and eating cookies? So my BioTrust products arrived, very quickly I might add, after days.

Ok, I thought here goes. I blended up my first milkshake and opened up a frosted oatmeal raisin cookie. I can honestly say that this is the best tasting protein drink I have ever tasted! The cookie was also outstanding. There was no nasty after taste that sometimes accompanies protein shakes and it wasn't chalky or grainy, only creamy and rich tasting. The cookie was soft and tasted like you were eating something bad for the waistline, loved it. I can not say enough about BioTrust products. In fact, I have told all the ladies in my office building about these products because I so strongly believe in the BioTrust company and what they stand for.

All the ladies say I look great and I know it's because of my continued use of these wonderful products. I have just recently purchased three bottles of the Metabo379 and have lost four pounds in the last two weeks. What's more noticeable for me is how loose my pants are becoming. I'm excited to see where I'll be at after three months is up. So if you're trying to decide if this is something you might want to try, all I can say is take a chance. The Products are fantastic. You have to take them everyday. I am an athlete and a boxing champion for many years. No caffeine or stimulants in the Biotrust products.

I've been using IC-5 for 3 months and have noticed that when I'm having an urge to eat carbs (which seems to be a habit I need to discount) taking this product has proven to be successful for me.

I agree with the comments about up selling. I intended to order Leptiburn but accidentally ordered the carb and belly fat products. I took all three and was somewhat disappointed at first but took them for 30 days. I suddenly realized I had lost weight, 17 pounds. I also took advantage of their free protein mix sample and thought it was very good. Normally I despise those things. In sum, I think it is worth a try but give it at least 30 days.

Two months ago, my mom injured her knee, and she asked me if I knew of anything that might help her recover a bit faster. I went to a friend who recommended she try BioTrust's Ageless Body combined with Joint 33X. I liked the company (I love their Low Carb), so I bought a bottle of each for her to give a try. A couple of weeks later, she asked me to buy her more because she really liked them (I was pretty surprised as she's not always good at taking supplements).

A little background: My mom is nearly 79 years old, and she's an avid quilter, volunteers at a school once a week, and is always happy to help everyone around her. So seeing her slow down was a bit frightening.

I checked in with her again yesterday, and she asked me to feel her skin and look at her fingernails. I paid shipping to get a trial size sample of the Vanilla Cream Low Carb protein blend. The taste was overwhelmingly a fake sweetener taste, which I don't understand knowing the ingredients. Sorry, but although the product looks very good and useful to me, I can't get over the taste.

I bought BioTrust IC-5 and took it as directed and noticed my diabetic numbers were down after one dose. So, of course, I was excited that finally I got something that works. I continued taking it for 4 months and my numbers were looking so good and I felt good too. My A1C went down and my doctor was very pleased with my results because I had even lost weight. He even took me off my diabetic medicine. So a few weeks ago I went to order more from Amazon but couldn’t because it had been recalled. Now my numbers have gone back up and I’m back on diabetic medicine.

I am a 66-year-old woman who had Gastric Sleeve surgery in 2015. I was in the trifecta of collagen depletion issues. Arthritis, menopause, and bariatric surgery robbed me of any potential to have good skin, hair, nails, and noncracking painful joints. What actually sent me scrambling to find a good product was my loss of hair. I did some research and tried some supplements but began taking far too many different combinations. In an effort to just make it a one-stop product I found the Multi Collagen from BioTrust. I took a chance and have been more than thrilled. I am losing less hair. I have actually gotten some volume back. My joints pop and creak less. I have been so pleased with how my skin looks. I was working on looking like a 90-year-old since I had lost so much elasticity in my skin. I actually have seen that there is a plumpness and elasticity back to my arms under the external skin. I believe that it has helped to reverse so much that life has taken away. I can only say how it helped me, but I have recommended it to many of my friends. I' m a huge fan of Biotrust products. I'm using IC-5, protein powder, protein bars and BCAA's and I'm more than happy with my results (have used them for both fat loss and muscle building phases). Something I also look for when it comes to supplementation: What do industry leaders say about them? Tons of really good and awesome coaches use and recommend Biotrust products.

Besides having awesome products they also have THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Be it advice on training, be it taken care of when you have questions on a shipment, etc.

I'll retell two stories about customer support: They sent me the wrong product (3 bottles of IC-5 instead of Leptiburn), so what did they do? They told me to keep the 3 wrong bottles and they sent me the 3 right ones free of charge.

Oh and this by the way was the only time I ever had a problem with any order. Yes they simply rock.

Second story: I'm emailing back and forth with their lead coach for a few months now and about 90% of the time it's not about Biotrust products and if it is about Biotrust products it's because I bring it up. He advises me on all sorts of workout stuff, etc.

So overall: they are awesome and have made my life better. What more is there to ask for?

As many others have mentioned, there are tons of advertisements and up-sales as you try to check out. I've also been directed to their website from lots of other 'health' websites, which interestingly enough all use the exact same formats of emails, advertisement videos, and advice, and all swear by Biotrust. Hmm,sounds to me like one big giant ploy to get people to buy their product. I went ahead and gave it a try though, because they boast great tasting low carb all natural protein shakes and what not.

As far as taste goes, definitely not the best tasting protein shake by a long shot. Very gritty and has a weird after taste. And at 42 dollars per bottle plus shipping (if you order a min. of 3 bottles), you are much better off spending less than 30 dollars for a bottle twice the size of EAS, which is what I had been using in the past. Looking at the nutrition facts and ingredients, they are almost the same. Plus, EAS tastes way better in my opinion. So, I'd rather save the money in the future (and avoid the annoying ads and emails) and just buy that from the local grocery.

As you know, I'm on the other end of the world. But at the same time have no problems with order, payment or delivery, as this write up. 

So listen to the one who used it, I lost 67 pounds. And this is the result of production and support Biotrust. And this would not have happened if I did not feel that they really want to help me. We were united by invisible ties, one purpose to achieve results. And I got it. You're not just a protein bar (or any other) you get a community of like- minded, who know how to help you and are willing to do it for you. Biotrust, it is not for those looking for where tastier. I highly recommend BioTrust products. Not only are the products top-notch, the customer service is fabulous.

I have used almost all of the products but I really, really love the LeptiBurn. I've been using it for months. The first 3 months I used it I lost 30 pounds and never hit a plateau. It has a slight energy boost from the green tea that I really like, not too much though so I'm not jittery.

The Low Carb Protein Powder tastes amazing and it really blends nicely. I typically have it with coconut milk and just use a mason jar to shake it up with, no special shaker required. The chocolate is thick and rich.

ProX10 is another daily for me, love my probiotics. Keeps things in balance and my skin behaves so much better when I'm taking it. Added bonus - no refrigeration required.

Incidentally I was the 1st Runner up in their Transformation Contest and I'm a very real person with very real results. FYI: It takes more than nutritional supplements to get a killer body. Diet and exercise are also key. I used all three to get to where I am now.

I ordered some Belly Trim XP from BioTrust, but as their website is not a customer friendly one because it seemed to keep taking me back to the beginning, I ordered more than I had intended to. Then it would not let me go to the cart to check what I had ordered before I gave my credit card number. As soon as I did that, it took me to the invoice and I could see that I had ordered over AU$1,100 worth of tablets, so I emailed them straight away, but I got an email back saying my order had already been dispatched (WOW what good service!) and that I would need to return them once I got them. I wish it were that easy, I was sent a return form, but I wasn't told I would need US customs clearance to return them OR what custom clearance form I would need.

So I packed them all up exactly as I was told and arranged for them to be collected by a delivery company at a cost of AU$156. It was returned to me by the parcel company as I did not have a customs clearance form and I have tried every avenue I know to find out which form I need and the form number but to no avail. Hence, I still have the tablets in my possession and no refund. So you have one very unhappy customer.

I ordered BioTrust. They offered me a sample or a larger quantity, so I took advantage of the cost savings. I ordered a chocolate mocha. When I received my package, no sample, and the wrong flavor. I tried the protein powder after my workout. It was just gross. The flavor was "mediciney" and not a chocolate flavor. I usually purchase my protein whey from a large Vitamin store, and it cannot compare. Do not waste your money on this product.
