The whole buying process was very smooth. I already knew I wanted a cheap sub-compact. They have a ton with various mileages, conditions and competitive prices. I found a Hyundai that fit my needs. I applied, uploaded my ID and paychecks and got a call 30 minutes later that I was approved. The interest rate is what I expected. I called back later with questions about the insurance requirements and was treated well by the person on the phone. The car was delivered to my job a few days later. The service I received from the Carvana rep was excellent. It was chilly and rainy, but she gave service with a smile.

The car, a 2017 Hyundai Accent was in great condition; very clean and pristine. My only complaint was regarding the cheap hubcaps and floor mats they slapped on the car. I should appreciate new accessories, and I know this is just a cheap Hyundai, but these were some super budget replacements.

Two of the hubcaps popped off the wheels that very weekend! Irritating, but I plan on replacing them anyway. No serious loss, plus very minor issue for a used car. Oh, and the wipers are bad. Gotta get new ones.

I’ve gotten several follow up calls and emails and even a hand-written thank you card (misspellings and all!) with tons of info regarding any next steps regarding the warranty, payments, support, etc.

During the first seven days, I thoroughly inspected the car (I’m no expert though) and actually read through the entire contract. There was nothing hidden, no surprises or shadiness.

I’m very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend Carvana.

So far best car buying experience I have had

I wasn't looking to buy a car really, just looking at cars and wondering about costs. I found the car I wanted, and put in an application. Everything was better than expected, so I continued the process, still not 100% sure I wanted it. Each day I went deeper in the process and researching other options for same type of car, and after 5 days I had decided Carvana had the best prices and options after looking at financing and fees.

Everything was super easy, I went at my own speed and finally I decided to hit the purchase button. Step by step what was needed (and completed) was easy to follow, I set date for pickup and on said date went to the vending machine to get my car.

They actually had the date as the day before, but didn't matter, I was able to do it right then.

Car was brand new looking, perfectly clean and as I test drove it, it was everything I expected, down to the two imperfections. The only problem was it was listed as SR trim level and actually was an SV. When I told the agent, they said they would find out what they could do. She called while I had it out for a test drive and when I came back they had a monetary offer for the difference. There were only two things I really might have wanted with the SR and I decided they weren't worth the going back and finding another car and such, so I took the money offer and am fine with the SV.

After I finished signing papers etc., I took it to my mechanic who had previously told me he had checked out about 20 Carvana cars and never found a problem. He went over my car and said it had been well-maintained and he found no problems or evidence there had been any major problems previously.

I am at my 6th day, and Carvana called to make sure I liked the car and let me know after today my 7 days were up and they would be sending in the registration and license info and I would receive that in due course.

So far I couldn't be happier with everything about the car and the website and ordering process.

Easily the best car buying experience in my life. Purchase, financing, and online paperwork handled in about 30 minutes. Delivery of my one year old SUV and trade in went smoothly and the rep was well versed in the new vehicle. I won't step foot in another dealership again.

Sold my SUV

I had originally put my SUV on Craigslist and in one day a customer service person from Carvana got in touch with me. He was very pleasant and explained how easy it was to sell my SUV to them. In one day I had a very reasonable quote from him and the next day made an appointment for them to pick my SUV up, signed a few papers, and she handed me the check. It was by far the easiest transaction I've ever done as far as selling a truck.

Everything seems ok

I bought my car and picked it at Warrensville Heights, Ohio. Not far from home. No problems at this time. Car has some tires issues. Not sure if it’s going to be covered but everything else is ok with it.

It’s a VW 2016 Tiguan. Fits my needs hoping it will be a good purchase.

I read a lot about the car and went to different dealerships to see what they offered with my credit. Nothing was better than Carvana. So I took the chance and I don’t regret it.

Hoping car lasts at least 2 or 3 years with us. It fit 3 kids, two car seats in the back, and a 10-year-old.

Car has low mileage and nice interiors. Cheaper than any other dealership I went and the better part is I got approved having very bad credit!

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Sold them my car

For years I have been a user and fan of CarMax. That is until I saw Carvana's commercial. I went online after seeing a commercial and within five minutes received an offer on my car, which was substantially higher than the competition. I accepted the offer and within two days they were there with a check and a flatbed to take it away. I was so pleased with how friendly everyone was to deal with, 100% will use them in the future.

Smooth sailing

Recently I decided to give Carvana a try. Living in Boston and Bethesda for the last two decades a vehicle wasn't a necessity, or even a luxury, but rather a costly inconvenience. When I began my search a couple of months ago I visited a few car dealers. I had been to a Jaguar dealership, Mercedes, and Lexus. All offered excellent customer service, but finding exactly what I was looking for seemed challenging. After test driving a Lexus RX 350, a Volvo XC 60 and a Mercedes I decided to go with the later. Still, I was looking for exactly the perfect vehicle. One that was well cared for, as well as known long-term reliability.

Carvana made this process simple through there filter search. Each car coming with an easily accessible Carfax to review, complimented by there 150-point inspection process gave me enough confidence to give it a whirl. Thus far, I couldn't be happier. I found a perfect car for me. A 2011 Mercedes e350 Avant-garde 4Matic. Though I've only seen pictures of it, and doing my own homework prior to making the purchase, it looks like a beauty. This model has had zero recalls, steady maintenance history with two owner history and has not been subjected to harsh winters. I submitted the pre-approval in two minutes and once I decided to proceed had all necessary approval paperwork in within 5. They even sent me a message "wow, you tech wizard." That evening I received confirmation that my financing terms were approved. The next day, July 26, I received confirmation the purchase was approved. The next day July 27 I received confirmation that: "We've got great news! Your 2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class has passed its final inspection with flying colors!" - Carvana.

Since I am an "out of market" delivery, Carvana goes through a third-party delivery, which takes a couple of days to assign. On the 29th I received a exciting text message, informing me that "We have great news! A carrier has been assigned and they are estimated to arrive between August 9/August 10." August 2, I received more tantalizing news in email and text; "We've reached the final stretch! Your 2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class has been picked up by our third-party carrier and is currently headed straight for your driveway!" Today is Monday, August 5th, and I'm thrilled to think about the vehicle arriving at the end of the week. I enrolled in car insurance, which is set to begin August 10th, and ensured my AAA membership was up to date. In addition, I researched a few ASE mechanics and described the sale and have prepared to take my Mercedes in within the first week for inspection within there "7 day Money back guarantee." The vehicle comes with a 100 day/4189 mile Warranty. This affords quite a bit of confidence in the purchase process and I intend to not only have it inspected within the first few days, but again near the end of the warranty. To supplement this warranty I considered CarShield, Carchex, and Endurance. Ultimately, I decided to complement their warranty with a 5-year Endurance. This ensure that there is no gap in my warranty coverage, since there is a minimum 60 day waiting period with 3rd party warranties.

Yesterday my "Right Car Solutions" license plate covers arrived, as well as a beautiful "Geedar" blue and brown leather trunk organizer, as well as a "Sabre Defense Spray." The "Mercedes-Benz PCMIA card reader" I ordered, and my "SanDisk Ultra SDHC" car arrived in another package. I picked up some "Scotchguard" and "NuFinish Scratch doctor," and today my Mercedes baseball hat, a glove compartment "Maglite" "The Club" arrived. And Wednesday I expect to receive my thoroughly researched "detail kit" and portable handheld vacuum, as well as my MB specified approved quart of spare oil, MB approved brake fluid, MB transmission fluid, and MB coolant, to keep in the trunk. I'm excited to get the next message, to coordinate delivery, and up to this point, I am thoroughly not only satisfied with Carvana, but genuinely pleased. Every conversation has been professional, fun, and respectful. One guy who called, even had purchased a Mercedes himself and detailed the plethora of options on the vehicle, as well as things to look out for, such as engine mounts. I called Carvana to get more information on the new tires that would be coming with the vehicle and couldn't find out what kind they were, although one can hope they are Continental all season. One can hope. They did inform me that they had replaced the engine mounts, so that's one headache prevented.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my "Used Car Dealer." I'll check back in within a couple of weeks and let you know how things are coming along, what the mechanic, one of the best in the country has to say about the vehicle; and my experience with the company after sale and receiving the vehicle. I've always admired Mr. Kawasaki, and little-known fact is he is not only a board member of Carvana, he is a "brand ambassador" for Mercedes. This affords a greater sense of security, and the high-quality nature behind both companies. I'm looking forward to utilizing the Mercedes race system. I'm confident I made the right decision not only when selecting this Mercedes, but also choosing Carvana; "The new way to buy a car. Because buying a car shouldn't suck."

Smooth process from pickup to RETURNING the car!

I guess I'm one of the 25-something percent who had a very decent experience with Carvana.

I purchased online, picked up the car 2 days later (2016 Audi A6) at one of their "towers" (in Oak Brook, IL), drove it for a week, decided it wasn't the car for me. Nothing really wrong with the car, it just wasn't my preference. I'm glad I had a whole week to decide!

I called Carvana on day 6 of my test-drive week, they scheduled a pick up time for a few days later (even though I offered to drive the car to the pickup location, they insisted they would drive to me!), and the truck was there on time with my trade-in, dropped that off and picked up the car I had originally purchased.

No questions asked, no hassle, and I just got my refund in my account 2 days later!

The week test-drive is fantastic, NO other used car dealership will let you do that. And both purchasing and returning was a breeze. The price I paid for the Audi was very competitive.

I recommend Carvana and will definitely consider them for any future used car purchases.
